My car has been standing still on the signal and yet challan of rupees 200 has been created by officer.

I follow traffic signal rules very diligently through out my life. Would request you to reconsider echallaan created by officer.

I received an sms from maharashtra traffic police - echallan with fine of ₹500 for my new 4 wheeler car. When i clicked the link from sms to check what was the fine for, i saw the voilation under sec129/177 mva - without helmet. I clicked view on the page to see the image and i saw it is a two wheeler with similar no. Plate with only single letter difference.

This is clear case of wrong challan served to me and it needs to be cancelled immediately.
I repeat that i own a 4 wheel car and not a 2 wheel scooter.

My echallan no. Is muccm[protected] and it needs to be cancelled.

In[protected], i have got message of e-challan for rs 200/-, but i have not drive my bike from 2 days, then also i have got e-challan fine, i have checked the photo of e-challan which the traffic police has taken, but the photo of bike is not my bike, means that police has taken the photo of bike and mention the wrong bike number which was my number and i have get fine as e-challan in my record. Please clear this e-challan from my record.. I have attach the bike photo in this message which police has taken and my bike no is mh43 bd 6832, my complaint is, if we make small mistake we have to pay e-challan penalty, if police make this mistake what is the fine for this.. Also if police cant read and write, so what is the penalty for this or only we have to pay penalty for all, weather we are wrong or right… please clearly and remove my penalty from my list as possible as..

For both e challan's, same photo is used an an evidence.

I have received a wrong e-challan for my vehical number mho4gj7434 which is a silver ertiga

In the mentioned evidence image you can clearly see the vehicle colour is black which is different from my vehicle.
The one seen in the evidence is a balck car and the number is mh04gz7434. Which is different from mine.

Rickshaw driver of MH02EF3152 and badge number 228668 was under the influence of alcohol/drugs and not in his senses. A threat to woman commuters and passengers. Refusal to even consider senior citizens and just parked and refusal to even take any passengers. This rickshaw has been observed along with the same driver on multiple occasions and there needs to be strict action taken against such drivers to ensure safety of commuters.

I have received an e-challan sms on my name and against my car no. Od 02 aj 3346 for over speeding which i have not committed since i always drive car at the speed below 80 kms. Moreover the is no image is appeared in the e-challan but only id of image is mentioned. I have doubt that in order to meet the assigned task randomly vehicle number is noted down by the traffic person without without a snap of vehicle and uploading the vehicle number into the site as the all information is available in the site will automatically fetch the data to generate the e-challan. Wrong e-challan can be generated due to various reasons like a lapse of judgement of trafic person, technical error, etc.in this connection i requested to the concerned rto and the officer's name appeared in the e-challan for verifying fact but no reply till date. Once again i urged to authorities to verify the fact and drop the e-challan if found genuine.

Yesterday morning I was riding my bike without helmet and was not carrying my documents.
I was charged of ₹700 with challan no. NVMCM[protected] at 10:50am which I paid.
An another challan with challan no. NVMCM[protected] was added to my vehicle with false name and same fine with false license no.
Kindly check the challan i have been charged and remove that challan from my vehicle no.

I have received a wrong e-challan for my vehical number mh03cj7704 which is a white honda active.
E-challan number : muccm[protected]

In the mentioned evidence image you can clearly see the vehicle colour and make which is different from my vehicle.
The one seen in the evidence is a blue tvs jupiter where as the vehical with the number mh03cj7704 is a white honda active.

We have not done any violation. Kindly cancel the echallan.

Yesterday we received echallan no:mumcc[protected] regarding traffic violation against our vehicle number mh01cx1352. We have observed the images which you have sent are not ours. We have not done any violation. Kindly cancel the echallan. The registration number which is shown in the image is not clear and also colour of the vehicle which is shown in the image is not ours.

A challan was wrongly given for parking in a no parking spot to our vehicle no. 9002.
The driver was given a challan even though he is clearly driving in the image provided alongsid the challan.
How can a moving vehicle be said to have been parked in a no parking spot?
The traffic police officer has clearly acted in malice and wrongfully fined the vehicle.

I have wrongly received e challan for my vehicle. Challan issued for vehicle with registration no MH47AE8494 (as seen in attached images) but registration no mentioned in challan is MH47AE8498 (as seen in challan image) which is my vehicle. Please cancel this challan and issue it again on the correct registration number. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me so hope you take necessary action as soon as possible. A wrong e-challan has been issued to me.
The photo proof shows that the vehicle number as MH 02 EN 4858 and it has been mistakenly considered as MH 02 EX 4858 which is my registration number. So I need the Mumbai Traffic Police to take my e-challan back. The photo proof shows a honda active but I have Royal Enfield. So the e-challan is wrongly issued on my name.

Sir I have received challan (MUMCC[protected])for Vehicle MH03DA0293 (My vehicle is 4 wheeler Skoda Octavia) where as photo attached is of Auto rickshaw with same number
Since its clear that violation done by auto rickshaw, requesting you to remove challan and take appropriate action as another vehicle is running with same number plate.

I received an Echallan stating Rs.200 fine for broken number plate. The moped which is registered with my name (Divya Ramesh Karekar) is Yamaha Fascino where as the vehicle photograph attached in the Echallan is Honda Activa. Either some is using fake number plate or mistakenly incorrect number was been noted by the traffic representative. Kindly recheck and waive off the charges.

The fine charged on my vehicle is wrong, because when i see the image it is of a auto rickshaw, and where as i have a four wheeler car vehicle with the same number - mh - 03 - dg-4091.

Actually, e-challan issued for car no. Mh-05-cv-7402. As my car is in parking from last 2 month as i never used it & on 02 jan 2020 when i got this challan for signal violation at nerul, navi mumbai, so i was just wondering & check the image attached with echallan was issued for me is not for my car as my car model is maruti suzuki celerio & the image is for hyundai creta also the car no. Is not visible. So can you please reject my e-challan as soon as possible.

I have also tried to reach mumbai traffic police to reject this echallan of my car. But i was not able to reach their as always helpline is busy. And please try to take care this type of typing mistake because of this mistake other person can come in fault.

My vehicle no MH-01 CP 2916 was given an challan when my driver was at signal of Rammandir and Hanuman Mandir at Wadala on 21st Dec 2019 when you see the photos firstly the line of signal crossing is not even visible and secondly there is a vehicle front of him and he is behind so where is the case of crossing the line
The photos can be reverified and rechecked as echallan is wrongly given

Today at 1155am my driver came from ravindra natya mandir in prabhadevi to pick me up below suraj prakash building and was barely waiting for 2 minutes to pick me but suddenly i received a no parking e challan time 1156 am which is wrongly given so request cancellation as it was barely stationary for 1.30minutes so it is not a no parking offence and even my driver was in the car so it was not parked unattended

Today on 29th december i received text message for fine from mumbai traffic police towards parking of 4 wheeler vehicle. For parking at no parking zone

Non parking zone is nowhere mentioned where the vehicle was parked and people frequently park their vehicles there.

Being no parking sign is not placed anywhere near the area request you to consider my plea of reversing the charges.
