Dear sir,
i have complied all the police requirement for lockdown (Halmet, Mask and carrying all documents of bike no. MH02 EG 8640) and went out for valid reason i.e for bank, same has been shown to Traffic policeman so he told to leave me.. but later i got E-Challan on phone. which is not correct because i have not disobedience any rule of police.
i requesting to cancel the challan - MUMCM[protected], which may wrongly imposed

I have bought a new car wagnor cng on 08/10/2020. But in e challan there is a fine of same number dated 2019 and it a bike. So plz kindly change

Hassling women drivers, rash driving on a scooter between kandivili east and Goregaon East in March 2nd, between 10 45 - 11.15pm. this person was riiding rashly and broke our mirror. Please catch the culprit n fine him heavily. He was not wearing a helmet too.

I have changed the lane (with precaution), Told this to the traffic police who was enquiring about it... Still got the challan of rs 500/-...photo is of standing vehicle... It is clear from that...

I have been charged for no reason I have passing by through regular routine from my office back to home a traffic police officer suddenly came up on the middle of the road in front of my vehicle I had no way out but to put up my emergency brake on my 2 wheeler Activah 5g.he started asking me to show up my license I had showed him my license I told him to tell my fault why I have been stopped for he refuse to tell after he catches two or three vehicles more I told him I was in hurry to go rush to a toilet please return back my license then he snapped a quick photo of mine and told by him that I’ll be charged 1250 for not cooperating I request for my justice I have been charged for no reason please see and revert back as there are many construction going under my vicinity there are many ways blocked and we have no other choice but to break the law and go under some lane which are one way or not please whoever is reading please see to my concern 1250 is a very big amount for no reason and a bit of argument cost 1250 with a traffic police officer I’ll share the pictures of police man who has charge me

We were on Kharghar 3 monkey point signal, we followed proper signal and yet we got stopped by a traffic police saying we jumped the signal and the camera has captured.. But he could not show us any proof of the violation of rules.. When we refused to pay, he took our photo and car photo and registered it online... The online page where we are supposed to pay a fine of ₹500 has our car photo. Police person was arguing about the digital license and asking us the physical one and demanding the digital mParivahan is not government recognized. I did pay the fine already and I came to know about the consumer complaint via a friend and hence raising this complaint here.

MUMCM[protected] Challan number was uploaded on the system a few minutes back. The photo clicked by your traffic police was clicked by your police from a moving traffic police vehicle when I am sitting in my car with the engine on. This is the second time this is happening.
The previous challan was also done in the same way.
Why is my vehicle number plate clicked from behind and not the front?

I visited bandra linkin road with my kids on 26.02.2022. It took me half an hour to get my vehicle parked. I m from delhi. There is no dedicated parking area provided by bmc. And even noone confirms where vehicle could be parked. A i had to go to juhu i was at bandra for just 15 to 20 minutes, and within that time span of time my vehicle was towed away.

I was highly surprised to know the penalty amount 1000 rupees. When i asked for this heavy amount. He said prices have been revised from 200 to 1000 on saturday only.

It is highly unfair. Bmc has not provided any parking area and looting people unreasonably. It was clearly observed that traffic officials were doing it intentionally. My vehice was not on main road, still it was towed away. And i was amazed to know the amount.

Every person present there at police booth was just requesting for lesser penalty amount. I was shocked to see this. Please take teh matter seriously into consideration. I think i wont be able to go out with my family anymore. As till now i am not able to understand unfair traffic rules.

If there would be some dedicated parking area, and people dont park there then they should be charged with penalty. Its highly unfair. Harassing common people like this.

I have received message on 27/02/2022 at 12.44 . Stating I have been fined for rs 500 for challan number MUMCM[protected]. Kindly check and rectify

White ecosport MH05EJ5793 is transferred to a second owner Ms Neelima Mahendra Patel on 1st December 2021.

This challan should go to the second owner Ms Neelima Mahendra Patel . Please update the same. Please see attached the challan charged wrongly on my name and also ecosport RC that is transferred to second owner Ms Neelima Mahendra Patel .

I want to inform you that I was falsely penalized for signal jumping as I want to draw your attention that there is no signal situated at that location for which I was fined for the sum of rupee 1500/- which i have already paid on 26/02/2022 vide receipt no: MUMRE[protected] DT 26/02/2022 now I want you to bring your attention on this matter and refund my penalty which I
had already paid. please do the needful as at your earliest

Please see the challan MUMCT[protected]. This is a challan for towing of a 2 wheeler. This challan is incorreclty mapped to my 4 wheeler.

If you see the image (evidence) in the challan, it is against a 2 wheeler MH03 BD 0225 while the challan has been mapped to my 4 wheeler MH03BS0225.

My wife incorrectly made payment for this challan, without checking.

Please refund the amount paid that has been paid against this challan. I have escalated this to "multimediacell.[protected]@mahapolice.gov.in" in September 2021 and submitted all the evidence. They agreed to process the refund. But despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been done even after 8 months.

I have wrongly received e challan for my 4-wheeler MH 03 BS 2272 with challan no HSPCCC[protected].
The actual vehicle which has violated the rule is MH 03 BS 7272 as visible in evidence.

Sir, I reside in Mumbai and like every day I was travelling to my office from home on my bike. I was at Jogeshwari West when a Police constable stopped me. He asked me for my license which I handed to him. Later he said that I will be fined for jumping the signal, I was surprised because when I crossed the signal it had just turned yellow and had 3 seconds left for it to turn red. He didn’t agree, instead kept issuing me a challan. I tried to convince him continuously but in vain. There were a couple of other officers as well present at the spot. I explained them the situation for which they agreed and asked him to let me go but he didn’t listen to them either and instead issued me a challan. I’m aggrieved right now because i have been fined Rs. 500 for a violation which I didn’t even do. Its not about Rs. 500, it’s about being innocent and still having to pay the false challan. I have been driving since last 6 years and I barely ever had any challans issued to me. The officer today not just issued a false challan but also mentally harassed an individual. Police officers are meant to be public servant and but instead I got mentally harassed by one today. I’m really expecting justice and help here. Kindly look into it. Thanking you.

The Speed limit on Mumbai Pune expressway is generally at 100km/hour, as per you speed camera my speed limit was 97 km/hour.

Either you put the entire Mumbai Pune expressway at 70km/hour which we will follow, but you must not change to 100 km/hour or 80 km/hour and try to confuse motorist who are travelling on an expressway. I have always tried stayed below 100km/hour.

You must not change the speed limit to 70 km/hour and then charge fines to unsuspecting motorists with fine of Rs. 1000.This is very unfair and unethical to unsuspecting motorist.

We are tax paying law abiding citizens who wear seat belt and generally drive safely.

Plz waive the fine of Rs.1000/- given the circumstances.

As per violation challan number (TNCCC[protected]) & (TNCCC[protected]) against me is totally wrong. I was travelling at a given speed limit at that location. I have also proof ( Refer attached photos) as there is clearly mentioned speed limit at that location from where your team took the photos and exactly behind your team this speed limit board is fixed.
So it's my humble request to take this challan back.
Hope for a positive response from your end.

On 23rd feb 2022 i received a challan of Rs.500 for not wearing helmet, although i paid it online but still in the application its showing unpaid.

I received a wrong challan on 6th February 2022, details mentioned below:-

The same was contested on the same day for which the reference number is:- MUMGR[protected]

that is not my scooter nor that rider is me, its a error as the number plate on that scooter is not visible clearly.

Maharashtra Traffic Police — Regarding misuse of vehicle registration number..

Myself Ra I have a complain regarding misuse of my vehicle(honda HF Delax black and red colour) registration number. As mentioned above my vehicle number MH03AY5043 registered on my father name is having but when I checked about pending challan. I was shocked to see that the same number is being used by any other miscreant having white colour. I have approached local police as well as RTO of powai but was not entertained. I believe that it is a serious issue. So I kindly request you to take a note of this complain and start an investigation as I may suffer for the misuse done by any other person. I am also attaching the photos of both the vehicles along with this complain
