There is a line of parking marked at the junction of the signal at sophia college lane, outside bishops gate. The maximum width of the lane allows one car coming down the lane to take a left towards breach candy, one car standing in centre to take a righ towards mahalaxmi and one lane for oncoming cars going up the lane. How can this parking be allowed to block one lane which causes much confusion and a jam at this signal at most peak times.
Also similarly there is a parking in front of the raymonds showroom on the main road which blocks the left turn going up towards sophia college. Both these parkings at the signal junction cause a great nuisance. Kindly look into this as there is never a traffic police available at this signal

I had submitted my complete that I got wrong challan I had submitted photos also but I had not got any reply from traffic police still.0n online prosses still my challenge is shown unpaid which has to be cancel. The given challen to me is of two wheeler reason is no helmet but the number of my vehicle is of four wheeler that is mh 46 bk 8833 and the challenge is for two wheeler shows number is mh 46 bc 8833. So pl check the challen and send the challen to vehicle mh 46 bc 8833

Hi Team, We were in an Auto Rickshaw when this Vehicle passed very close to us and was Rash driving almost hit a Bike rider near Ghodbunder Road today at 13:00 hrs. There were 3 kids in the car and the man was driving was around 35-40 years age. This is a Hyundai Creta Black color and Vehicle number KA01AH2691. had a sticker of zoomcar.in

E-challan no. Mumcc[protected] for mh01de6022 for speed of 82 km/h (On jj-flyover).

On 28/6 at 8:39am, it was raining and traffic at jj was slow moving. Driving at 82 km/h at jj on a rainy day is practically not possible. I was driving in cruise control with speed locked at 30 km/h speed at that time. The violation stated in not correct.

2. High hardness of the traffic police personnel

Since last one month some one had parked the car volksvagan car number MH O4 JM 2473 on Ram Baug Lane(santram Lane) off Davd Baug road Andheri West Mumbai 400058. It is blocking the entrance of the road facing lot of problems while coming & going out of this Lane.

Please check take the car away from here.

I am Sikh, Traffic Police sent me a challan for not Wearing Helmet.

@traffic Policy; you sure that People in the your department know laws.
Sikhs were Turban and are exempted for Wearing Helmet.

I have recieved an e-challan for ₹400 against the car no mh02al1207, however the image attached in the challan copy is for car with registration no. Mh02al1297. Also i was not present in the location mentioned in the challan. This is the case of mistaken identity. Hence request you to reverse the same from mh02al1207. Please look into the same at the earliest.

I have received the above referred e challan challan on my car from mumbai traffic police for an offence of over speeding, based on camera shot taken on the worli sea link bridge on 26.02.2019.
1. The number on number plate in photograph taken mh01cp0819 has been mistaken, for my car number, and
2. The physical details of the car (Sunroof) does not exist in my car.
3. Moreover the owner of the car then, certifies he was not in mumbai on that day.
I have attached photos of my car taken in another challan mumcc[protected] dt 27.06.19 issued today for crossing pedestrian crossing line
Hence the request is to refund the challan ammount paid online of rs 1000..

I likw to mention few points as a common public, i live and stay in malad west near toyota show room chincholi..

The pannalal marg is always choked with traffic and accidents too, due to the illegal parking in the roads and the street vendors due to which vehicles get jammed,

I have sent the pictures in mumbai police app (Mtp) but no response, share auto they take 4 people at one time and there are two share auto stand illegally operating. One near sona wines its the corner due to which always the roads are jammed and another one is near malvan kalvan restaurant.

The platforms are occupied by the hawkers with food and the same waste water is been thrown in the

Please do take necessary action and remove the illegal parking and the auto stand, the plat forms are loaded with hawkers no one to check.

The number plate of the said bike is not clearly visible and thus it has wrongly been charged in my name.

In the evidence images which are available online on e-challan site, it clearly shows that vehicle is of Scooty without Gear but my vehicle is (BIKE with Gear) Bajaj Discover of Bule/Black color and the person who is driving is a Old Age Man and not me.
Can you please redirect the challan to the correct owner of the vehicle and remove the e-challan appearing against my name and vechicle no.

On 8th/june/2019 at 13.36, i recived challan no. MUMCC[protected] for car no. MH 01 CD 0733. The challan was for stopping ahead of white line.
The photo shows crawford market.

But at the same time, I have an RGSL message, deducting the toll amount for using the sea link.

Please check. There seems to be an error.

My complaint is regarding the fine which is made on the vehicle on 20june 2019 @6.22pm in Bhandup west near jainam hall location. My car was break-down due to battery issue, it was also on the side of the road & i was waiting near by vehicle on road side due to battery issue. There was no traffic issue because of my vehicle.. I was also nearby the vehicle. I have the legal bill which was issued from battery store.
Instead of knowing what is the problem? Someone has clicked the photos from backside avoiding to get photo from front side.

Suddenly a rash driver of Bus Number MH01LA6134 of your BEST undertaking overtook us from the left side and was about to crash our vehicle
The incident occurred at around 03:30 PM
The driver was knowingly driving very rashly after I started clicking pictures of the episode
He was very arrogant in his behavior and continued driving rashly to irritate us more
Sir, I request you to take stern action against such drivers so that they do not risk other people life and damage their property
As a father of my son who was driving our vehicle I had felt very helpless and feared for our life

Violation for not wearing a helmet.

Desirable resolution /action: the image evidence which has been attached is of another vehicle and the person sitting in that is also different. This scooty doesn't belong to us and also the vehicle number is not visible in that image.

I have received two wrong e challans. Please find the details below

1. Echallan no nvmcm[protected] - the challan is for dangerous parking. Violation date and time is 23rd feb 2019, 17:34.

The photo which they have attached is of taxi with vehicle number mh03at1858 which does not belong to me. My car is hyundai grand i10 and vehicle number is also different.

Request to please with draw the above echallan as it is showing pending at end.

2. Echallan no mumcm[protected] - the challan is using of mobile phone while driving. Violation date and time is 12th april 2019, 17:52.

That day i have gone to my friend's house along with my son on auto. The car has not been taken out of my building premises. Also, i never talk on phone while driving. No evidences has been attached on the echallan.

Request to please withdraw both the above echallans as they are showing pending at my end.

Further, the violation has been done on monday at 14:50 hrs when i was at home. Kindly requesting mumbai traffic police to withdraw the incorrect e-challan.

i got an online challan this morning at 10.11 and the challan nu is MUCCM[protected], stating that i was driving without helmet. at that time i was in office and there is no evidence provided. so, please provide the evidence or remove chllan from my account.
