There's a request to maintain traffic on malad marve road (Midchowki, abdul hamid road, police station no.1) malad west.
The roads are blocked atleast 4-5times in a week, delaying the traffic by 30-40minutes because people are not following signals and blocking the road.
As theres only one main road, it's difficult in case of emergency like fire, or ambulance as it's impossible to move because of traffic.
I request the traffic department to maintain the traffic on that road, thus reducing panic and time waste age.

I have been charged wrongly for someone elses offence. The licence no. Is of a driver whom i do not know & image is also of a person i do not identify. Maybe due to vehicle no. Being entered wrongly i have been charged. Mobile no. Is wrong. Please look into the matter. This is the second time i am complaining for same issue as there was no reply earlier.

There is a severe problem of taxis parked right in front of the entrance gate of afghan church colaba, preventing worshipers, visitors and tourists from entering the premises. This church is a grade 1 heritage structure and a popular historic tourist attraction, however tourist vehicles are unable to enter the church compound or even park anywhere near the church due to the many taxis parked haphazardly in front of the gate.
Even when requested to move they do not oblige.
In the evenings and night, these taxi drivers sit around in their taxis drinking alcohol and beer and throw the empty bottles over the wall into the church compound.
We humbly request the traffic police to remove this unauthorised taxi stand from in front of the church and set up a no parking zone around the front gate.

Dear sir,
I am a senior citizen and i reside in sarang street, mumbai 3.
In my lane during the day time there are numerous bikes parked illegally to an extent that there is only enough place for one person to walk at a time. The lane is always experiencing traffic congestion due to this reason and it further becomes difficult for senior citizens like us to get out of the lane.
Requesting you to do t the needful at the earliest to solve this problem.

Please note illegal parking below metro bridge by truck and hotel owners there is always a massive jam during peak hours from marol naka to asalpha ghatkopar road, trucks are parked horizontal very amazing also near by mosque cars and truck are illegally parked pls take stern action against illegal parking, with a permanent solution i have seen towing vans with a cop in the van but they never take action against this.

I have a clinic at juhu tara road behind ritu kumar showroom my driver was waiting there a traffic police person came and issued a challan at the same time there were tempos belonging to a restaurant close by no action was taken. I need the car there because the society doesn't allow my car in the compound despite being owner of the clinic in the building. I am a gynaecologist and have to rush for emergency. I live in a private compound and it is a narrow lane. My building is the last in the compound and the other buildings park in the lane hence blocking access to our building and in case of emergency a fire brigade or ambulance cannot even reach our building. After so many requests made to the other building members they havent done anything about it

This rickshaw driver did not accept a passenger to their destination even though his flag was up this happened outside the gokuldham police station around 19:08, this rickshaw driver was blatantly refusing to drop a few ladies to their destnation, but around 5 feet ahead he accepted another passenger and was willing to drop him to his destination.
When i asked him about it, he said he would take the other passenger and was apologetic, but when i looked out for the other ladies they found another rickshaw to drop them.

Please take action.

Mai rly hospital. Ka petiont hoo maine kali pili stetion ke samane khadi taxi se rly hospital chodane bar bar kahta hoo lekin sare taxi driver, paas hi bhaykhala hospital hai chalate jaao, nahi jata, mai abhi gadi chenging time hua hai, wo root nahi jaunga! Aisa javab dete hai aisa bol dete hai!
Yah taxi wale bhaykhal rly stetion &rly hospital bhayakhala ke samane khadi taxi karake yeh manmarji karte hai, jadater petiont hote hai, pls take action against..? Ye mere sath roj hota hai...

The zone where the said car was parked is on the turning before Sharda theatre Dadar East opp Kohinoor mills has no sign showing no parking zone.
Also, the fine for parking in no- parking zone should be only Rs 100/- as per your website.

Please look into my complaint and enlighten me as to how I have been fined.

Hello I was at Solitaire Park Andheri east today around 2pm and wanted to go to JB Nagar. Despite a number of rickshaws lined up there not even 1 agreed to come saying it's short distance. In fact when I clicked pics n said I'll complaint 1 rickshaw driver for abusive and told me he is neither scared of Cops, nor MODI nor Shiv Sena.
This is what a middle class Mumbai citizen gets???
I'm hoping a lesson will be taught to this arrogant man who cares a damn of the citizens and government of the country.

Fines for those who just stopped at the start of zebra crossing but no fine for the ones who crossed the signal when it was red! When i asked about the same to the officer he said, 'Toh tujhe bhi nikal jana tha!' Matlab joh crime hosakta tha uske liye fine and no fine for those who committed the crime!! Great work! The incharge officer was C. T JADHAV!Totally lost faith!! Matlab inka kya hai agar ek baar kisi ka license hath main liya, aur sab papers barabar nikle toh kuch na kuch reason toh chahiye hi fine leneke liye! I learnt a lesson from that guy, ke next time rukne ka nhi if it's yellow warna fine bharna padega cz thoda line cross hogaya toh toh crime hai!!

Mumbai traffic police ar notorious at standing to catch drivers on left turns, which, should be free turn. Motorists violating traffic signals for right turns or general braking of signals are never stopped. I made a left turn at Irla signal when the green light was blinking. I was stopped and forced to pay a fine with noproof whatsoever. The cops did not even see the signal. it was an assumption and ddagiri once they saw a woman driver. Disgusting behaviour

I have received 3 e challans for speed violations for the year 2016 just few days back i got the massage for the same and when i m checking online there is absolutely no evidence found regarding the same. no video or any photo is found and even no location has been given.
how am i suppose to pay this 3 challans for the same offence and without any evidences?

This is to bring to your notice that the Traffic police at Teen Haath Naka, Thane are demanding high amount of fine.

It almost take 2-3 signals at teen haath Naka signal to go to LBS Marg from Eastern express highway, so I by mistakely took wrong way of Service road, and I was caught and was demanded to pay fine of Rs 1200 for wrong way travelling, and it was first time I was facing traffic police, but I was not having that much amount, I told I don't have that much amount, then he demanded Rs 400, but I was having only 300/- So I gave him 300/- rs to get my licence back.
But I was shocked to see when I checked that as section 2RRR/177MVA the fine amount is 200/- Rs. Please correct me if I am wrong about Fine.
The public are being scared of high fines and more black money is being collected by this way.
We have to stop this. I was not able to check name of the Traffic police as I was in hurry.
Please see that correct fines are being asked and this corruption needs to be stop.

I, Mr. Shoeb Mustafa Halvadwala is an Advocate by profession. I have received an E-challan message at my Mobile Number having E-Challan No: MTPCHC[protected] for Offense: Halting Ahead White Line u/s 19(1) / 177 Motor Vehicle Act of Amount Rs.200/- at around 12:15pm on 01/06/2017.
I would like to bring to your notice that this E-challan generated on my vehicle is wrongly generated in place of someone else's vehicle. I visited Kandivali East R.T.O for the same issue and after hours of argument I was asked to contact the E-Challan helpline. Soon, I started making calls at the E-Challan Helpline and after several attempt, finally a call got connected and even the Staff at the helpline looked clueless and without satisfying my query they disconnected the phone. Thereafter I called at the office of Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) & even there they were not able to solve this issue. I also tried contact all the responsible person by tweeting my complain but the result was same.
I would like to bring to your notice that I was deeply saddened by the harassment caused by your department for the mistake committed by your very own department. Everytime I reached to your department I felt humiliated and ignored. Kindly look into this matter, I hope to see some positive action from the Mumbai Police as soon as possible.
