We have been parking our car in MCGM allocated parking lots outside of reserve bank of India (fort). recently the rates of parking have been increased, which is not a issue but with these increased rates at least we should be provided the safety of cars. there are people loitering around and standing besides the car and leaning on them with keeping their stuffs on it as if the car is there public property. it is very annoying to see this. I would like to request that when these parking lots are given to contractors on lease to collect the money from the people, the government should provide strict norms in the interest of the end consumer.

I have recd challan no. Mtpchm[protected] dtd 07/04/2017 for without helmet & police stop violation. I have opened the challan on the website.in both the places, there is no evidence or location provided of the offence. How can i know that this is indeed my mistake

Kindly attach the evidence & location for the above mentioned challan in order for me to be covinced and make the necessary payment.

Have visited to mahim police chawki near st michaels and complaint against not moving cars and 3 poultry product trucks including a black scorpio. Whic is blocking the parking space since so many month. Due to which the dailing parking of other vehicles are not getting parking space. Due to which if the bike or the car is found little bit out the towed van picks up the dailiy moving bikes and car parked specially near ram mahal, t p road, senapati bapat marg, mahim, mumbai, maharashtra 400016. After bringing to the notice of traffic head mr. S. R. Ghorpade understood that he is aware and already getting complaints but no action taken. So kindly look into this issue and clear this space for daily moving traffic. Also there is no no-parking board been placed and it at the discretion of the traffic police to towing the vehicles of their choice even though more than 20 vehicles parked wrongly by not moving it from last so many months. We are staying at 73-A, Kalina Village, Santacruz (E).
This is known as Kalina Big Villlage, Gowthan Area. This area has a narrow lane for the members of our building and near buildings and bungalows for movement.

For the last few months the place outside our building which is quite narrow is being used by passer-by's for their bike parking. There are around 15-20 bikes being parked every day and this causes inconvenience to the people nearby.

We have senior citizen who are minimum 70 years and above in every flat of our building and recently one of our member had met with a paralytic attack and it was not possible for us to get the ambulance in because of this parking.

Request your kind help clearing up this place and helping us in smooth movement of people.

Sir, i am very sadfull to inform you, that the two wheelers riders are highley making of sound pollution.in case that efecet was going small babys, childrens, they have hearing problems for this pollution, day to day it is increasing, they two wheelers cant contral there speed and making sound pollution. The two wheelers have two / three /more sound speakers, and the speakers are hybried sound. If you banne the sound automatically they control there speed / sound pollutions / traffic also accident.
And our small baby / children hearing problems are coming in minimum ratio.
I am requesting you to please take mejor decisions for this case.

I Merzin Pardiwalla suffer from a sun borne disease in which my skin starts tearing on exposure to sun ... I was coming back from the sea link and was facing trouble with my car getting heated up instead of helping me out I was first charged for tinted windows even after showing a medical certificate and then was asked for PUC to which I said you are not allowed as per law he turns around and says "don't teach me law tere jaise kitne hi aake chale gaye " if this is the answer a citizen is supposed to het on a law passed why make laws I want an immediate answer and action on this as I am planning on going to the press for the same

MUMBAI POLICE TRAFFIC VIOLATION
E-CHALLAN NO. MTPCHM[protected]

I happened to see a message in a social media that E-Challans are issued by Mumbai Traffic Police along with a link also mentioning that the fine amount will be compounded. Though I least expected any Traffic Violation charge be raised against my small motor car, just to see how the link works I clicked on the same and to my utter shock and surprise I saw that there was a violation charged against my motor car with a fine of Rs.700/=
The offence committed has been:
1. Over height and length goods.
2. disobeying police order.
The offence is said to have been committed on 17th January, 2017 without mentioning any time of the offence. The place of offence is said to be Sahar, Mumbai
THERE IS NO EVIDENCE FOR THE OFFENCES. NO PHOTOGRAPH OR VIDEO ATTACHED TO THE CHALLAN.
A photo of the said E Challan is attached hereto.
I do not understand what could be the charge of:
over height and length goods for a small motor car (Maruti Zen Estillo) against which the charge is attributed.
I am a resident of Thane and my travel is generally restricted to Thane and nearby areas. My car has not been driven in Sahar on the said date of 17th January, 2017. I have not been detained by any Traffic Police officer or issued any physical challan. I have not received any communication for any offence committed at my postal address either.
I am cautious to follow all traffic rules and regulations. I am pained to see the charges against my motor car as mentioned above.
I believe the traffic violation charge is raised by mistake against my car.
I REQUEST THAT THE VIOLATION CHARGES BE CANCELLED AND REMOVED.

In plot no 303 sector 2 charkop . There was no need of signal .. first there used to be no traffic. Cars used to move without any difficulty . Now last 2 days signals r put by government and it is creating nuisance for the commuters and even people walking on roads and it is difficult to remove cars from building too. I request you to please remove this signal.. There is no need of signal in my locality . Why government is creating nuisance in life of a common man and troubling them.. here signal was never required.

Sir I had complaint earlier on 8 April regarding of tempos and private taxis parked in lane after reclamation bus depot it is disturbing for senior citizen it's difficult for residents to take their cars out police told sitting in kc MargTo Help no heed from building Nos 24 to 30 is totally disturb please help earlier for these parking in our small lanes thanking you

And this grows & grows. Chk Thellawalas that too at corner of Road (Opp.Inorbit Mall).Inconvenience & Filth increasing everyday, apart from being dangerous at corner and squeezing out Road space.

This is not only violating Municipal rules but also Traffic, Disease spread and Citizen Road rights.

Request you to look into the same urgently and resolve at its earliest...by removing these illegal or any hawkers in this zone.

The above challan was uploaded for the car parked over the white line at the traffic juction on[protected]. Earlier there were photograph, which is now been removed. In the photograph it was clearly shown that the vehicle is stopped very much behind the white line (please see the attach photographs).

Still i have been fined.

Please look into the photographs and reverse the challan amount online.

I have received challan no. MOFF[protected] dtd 11/01/2017 for No Parking. I have opened the challan on the website as on 13/04/2017.

In both the places, there is no evidence or location provided of the offence. How can i know that this is indeed my mistake

A stupid careless rash driver banged my car Arey Signal ( below fly over) by jumping his red signal and not listening to my horn. After the incident he gave me a stupid reason that the school boys who were seated in his car were in a hurry so they told him to go fast. Date of incident- 10th April-17

I registered the FIR ( ATTACHED) with Vanrai Police station ( Goregoan highway)who was initially not willing to register the case. They did not give me a copy of FIR reasoning they dint have xerox machine. I took a pic of the FIR on my mobile ( attached).

When i asked what action would be taken against the driver, they initially told me that they would impose the applicable fine of Rs 3300/- on him . But the driver dint have the money so they told him they would keep him in lock up till fine is paid . The driver contacted his owner and reported that the owner was out of town and cannot be available. the police later told me that they would keep the car with documents and release the car once the fine is paid. The keys were handed over to police.

The next morning i again went to the police station to get a copy of te FIR. I was again told to come after 1100 hrs. Now this is harassment. How can u expect an office goer to leave his job and keep coming to the police station at inconvenient hours as per their convenience. Why dont they have a provision of providing copies of FIR lodged in their police station. Is this digital India??

I also saw the driver car missing in the police compound. On asking the constable he told me that the car was released. When i asked i wanted to see the receipt of the fine paid by the driver, he got uncomfortable and told me call up his Kishori Mane Madam ( mob- [protected]). I tried calling but no response.

I seriously suspect CORRUPTION. They have taken bribe and released the car.

I would like to know
Why police station is not equipped to provide me a copy of my FIR.
Why does the police always discourage you from filing FIR reasoning not my area.
Why cant the police give me clear information/STATUS of the final outcome of my FIR.
Why should i not beleive that they have accepted bribe and released the car.??

My car no is MH02JP0876. I have been charged a penalty of Rs. 200/- twice. I had been charged for parking in no parking in January which I have paid however the second penalty for Rs. 200/- charged on 1st March has appeared without any episode of breaking the rule . Request you to please delete the second charge. thanks so much

The foot path opposite D. N. Nagar metro station, Andheri West, has 4 huge, open, manholes that are deep! There is work going on this road which is going towards the Audi showroom, on Link road. The manholes are open, deep, and very dangerous. There are no lights here and it is not possible to see them in the dark! Please take immediate action before someone falls into it!!!

Sir we senior citizen staying at Bandra reclamation kc Mary Mumbai 400050 are totally disturb with tempo parked in the small road on either side not only that even private taxis double parking day time and night we resident people find it difficult to drive our cars out kindly help us by making the parking on one side we residents will be oblige if you do the needful do make rounds in the night and morning thanking you

Please clear the traffic near kurla andheri road...its all the time jam by traffic...morning after11 and evening after 7 .plz do something...for control traffic over here. m working near by kamani bus stop and i am always going too late to office n too late to reached at home.i am getting all the time traffic do something for this

My self Mr. Devanshu Mishra staying at Navimumbai Maharashtra, owning vehicle number MH43AW2087, Recently I got challan of Rs. 200/- (Attached ) of signal jumping in which no proof attached

Request you to help me kindly discard and vanish this penalty because i am confident about my driving i.e. no such violation was committed by me.

Hiiii i parked my bike at marol and it got towed whn chck there was no place mention there where they have taken my bike... i first went to andheri they told me to go to jogeshweri... all the way i spend around 100 rs for rickshaw to take my and then have to pay you all also 430... the officer name was pandurang wagre nd he towed my bike frm marol beside my bike there was also a car but he didnt towed the car...

when i checked with one of the officer why charges are increased i gotta good reply frm your team... govt got a new towing machince tempo so have to cover the charges buz of that charges are increased...

1) all i want to know why we have to come all the way to jogeshweri if our bike is towed at marol... do youall are paying the rickshwa amount...

2) why the towing charges are become double buz to cover your new tempo machine... where is government how much u wil earn frm small people...also wht benifit youall are getting earning so much money...

3) why did the officer didnt took that car only took my bike...

i hope i get a reply if i dont this will be escalated to joint cp, cm and consumer court..

I have tried calling[protected] but nobody is picking up the telephone. And when someday some one pick the call & spoke with the lady about all situation. Then replied me that even in their system the Image are not getting open. So please wait for couple of days. And then it will get uploaded. Then again after 4 days i spoke then again she told wait for couple of days still image are not uploaded. Then she again me MTP Email if, but that id is wrong. Mails are bouncing back.
