I was travelling from andheri to vile parle station via western express highway today about 6.00 pm. While i reached the turning of sahara star hotel to take a right turn towards vile parle station, one traffic police constable asked me to show my licence. There was no signal violation as i was standing on the signal itself to take a right turn. I asked him as for what reason he needs to see my licence. He alleged that i was talking on mobile phone, which i was not at all doing.in fact i had just passed my phone to my co-passenger to answer the same as i was driving. Still the constable demanded the licence and papers of my car. I showed him the registration papers, valid insurance papers and a valid puc also and politely told him that i was not carrying my driving licence as i had forgotten my wallet in my office. He made me park my vehicle under the bridge and gave me a slip mentioning various offences, which i took on the belief that i was not carrying a valid licence.

I was shocked to see four offences listed in the said ticket which was generated through a device. The offences mentioned in the challan generated are not committed by me, except for not carrying a valid driving licence at the time of driving. I am a law abiding citizen of the country and i trusted the constable for levying fine for not carrying driving licence. He has levied a total fine of rs 2200/- under various sections mentioned as follows. I was not even told at the time of issuing challan that what kind of offence i have committed.

250 (A)/177 mva rs 200/- using mobile phone while driving (I was not at all talking on the mobile phone)

184 rs 1000/- driving dangerously. (I was not at all driving dangerously, infact i had halted at the signal for my turn to take a right turn)

179 rs 500/- fine for disobedience of orders, obstruction and refusal of information. (Which i have not committed, i was already halting at the signal)

3 (1)/181 rs 500/- for not carrying driving licence (Yes i agree to it as i had forgotten my walled at office)

Total rs 2200/-

The above challan was issued by the constable on duty, whose name or number i did not note at all. I just accepted the challan because i was not carrying my driving licence. Does the acceptance of challan amount to disobeying the orders or refusal of information. I honestly accepted that i was not carrying my driving licence at the time of driving. Is the traffic police given a certain target to collect fines without the motorist committing any offence. I feel cheated by the above act of your police constable who has willfully levied charges without any offence being committed by me.

I am enclosing herewith a copy of the said challan issued by the constable and request you to kindly delete the charges levied erroneously/purposely. I am very much willing to pay the fine for the offence committed by me for not carrying my driving licence, which i had accepted to pay.

I hope your goodself shall look into the matter and do justice to a law abiding citizen of our country.

I regularly travel from Western Express Highway from Borivali to Goregaon. Heavy vehicles tourist & other buses, trucks, tempos purposely emit poisonous & polluted blackish emission on smaller vehicles passing by like car, autorickshaw, bike & scooter etc. Endangering lives of citizens travelling by these vehicles. If you wipe your face with handkerchief or napkin there is thick trace of blackish pollutant on it. It is a health hazard & flouting of pollution control rules.

Hi, This is Vishal Jamdade. I am living in Bhandup West. I have a complaint about the unwanted parking at both the sides of Tembhipada Road. From Ekroop to Tembhipada (605 Last Bus Stop), there are lots of two wheelers, three wheelers & four wheelers vehicles are standing on both of sides. Hence, there is no way for passing two buses at same time & because of this, people need to face traffic everyday. Because of this buses running with delay. Hence, BEST Management not happy to give the fast & best bus services with maximum number of frequency because of daily traffic. So this is request to you kindly look into this & remove this unwanted traffic from Ekroop to Tembhipada 605 last stop.

Reveived an echallan for vehicle mh03ce6719. The vehicle in the picture is not mine and is a activa without number plate. The officer might have made a mistake in the entry thus i received the echallan for my bike. And mh03ce6719 is a Honda unicorn 150 black bike not an activa.

I have jumped signal and do not posses license for my bike registration gj27aq0800 near inorbit mall malad west signal and caught by tp there. Despite of promise and explanation of not having sufficient cash with me i agree to pay echallan mr babban shinde (As told by the tp there) he asked for cash of rs 400 as bribe.

Mahim sagar uturn. May 6th 9.30pm... V were driving an armada mahindra so since there was gear problem so v took a turn n then lady consapble stopped us... Saying u hav to pay 1200rs fine... After requeatinf here and telling her it was an emergency but she accepted 250rs bribe n left us... No consideration 4 emergency gear prblm n plus bribe... I want action...

I Reveived an echallan for vehicle MH O4 GD 7684 for crossing white line. The vehicle in the picture is not mine and is a Maruti swift with a different number MH O4 GD 7384. I have hyndai xcent Number MH O4 GD 7684. my car park in garage from last 30 days. i have received message of e challan which includes another car photo. The officer have made a mistake in the entry thus i received the echallan for my car.

I would like to indicate that this all violations are done at one signal (Gandhi nagar signal junction, signal for the vehicles coming from iit jvlr, kanjurmarg, vikhroli and thane).

All the zebra-crossing and the white lines are not visible for person driving four-wheelers. I would request you to please paint those as early as possible.

There are 2 cars on st. Anthony street, Kalina which have been parked there for more than 4 months. One is a white tata indigo (MH02 CR 2806) and the other is a champagne coloured Maruti Zen (MH02 PA 9854). No one has turned up to claim ownership of the cars. It is creating a lot of nuisance with traffic and is also a security hazard. Exact location is outside krishna building near mathuradas colony.

My vehicle number is mh03al5151. I have recieved an e chalan number "mtpchm[protected]" to pay the fine for triple seat. Whereas this vehicle is a four wheeler red hyundai getz. I don't understand who triple seat fine is issued for a four wheeler vehicle.

Kindly rectify their is no evidence available on the site for the same. Request you to delete the offence from the e chalan site which is erroneously issued.

I have been fined rs. 400 vide challan no: mtpchm[protected] stating that i had violated a police stop and passenger excess motor cab at malabarhill on 19-12-16 whereas to the best of my knowledge i was not at malabarhill that day and nobody had stopped me and there was no excess passengers in my car. Although i have already paid the challan i would request you to kindly get the refund back for me as i feel that there is some error with regards to the same. There were 2 challans. The other one was for crossing the white line which i accept and even paid as there were photographs attached.

This cab numbered "MH 47 N 0134" on 29th April midnight was coming from link road and speedily rushed towards mittchowki signal. There was heavy traffic at this time also, still the cab driver was rash driving and threw a big alcohol bottle from it's car window in the middle of the road causing trouble to the passerby's. The driver did not bother to check and went towards malad station road.

One or two auto parts store alongwith repairing job work of scooters and bikes in large scale on S.V. Road, Parekh Nagar, Opp. Dr. Babasaheb Municipal Hospital. They are repairing job on the S.V. Road unauthorizedly. Hence parking of scooters and bikes are always on the road near bus stop. They are capturing footpaths also there is no way to walk properly. No body can bothered for this and Traffic police of kandivali west not doing their job properly please help us to residence of kandivali and pedestrians

I was stopped at mahim causeway and western express highway junction on account of signal jumping.
The person not only charged me for jumping signal but also for unclear number plate. The number plate is perfectly correct and made by an authorised dealer.
Only when I checked online the fine for both the offences are Rs. 100/- each, but I was charged Rs. 200/- for each of them.
In total I paid Rs. 400/- and I have the receipt for the same.

I stay at Acme Complex off GMLR Rd. Goregaon-West. Outside our complex next to our gate Shaman Motors runs used car showroom on the street. His cars for sale our parked 24x7 365 days. Because of entry to our complex is blocked and also people have to walk on roads as there is double Parking.
We need you to attend to parking nuisance on GMLR RD and attend to pedestrian safety.

We stay at sayani road, prabhadevi, mumbai 400025. their one car show room ARYA HONDA they always park their car on main signal which create lots of problem during peek hour specially morning hour when their always heavy traffic going towards ELEPHISTON.this is my request to you tell them not to park their car their till 11 am.so many time other private car also parked on main signal which block the way .because of these parked car traffice is not able to move ahead

Severe Parking problem in Ghatkopar East, Garodia Nagar, plot no.187, Bharat Apt, behind hotel Pushpavihar, Mumbai 400077.
Residents of the above said building park there car on the entry/exit gate of the building and being a narrow road it becomes difficult for padestrian to walk n Cars to move to and fro.
Please help before some mishap happens..
