As a representative of teit batch[protected] of terna engineering college, nerul, navi mumbai. We to pay our admissions fees as per due date 07 august 2017, and the notice was issued on 04 august 2017. The fee are high so we need some more time to pay our fees and the college management are'nt giving permission for the late payment. On 07 august 2017, the college managment are saying that you all have to pay the prospector fee or else we won't accept your addmission and the prospector's fee is only valid to the first year engineering and we all dont want to pay the prospector fee. So i kindly request the respective authority to kindly pay attention on this subject and resolve our problem quickly. Waitingt for your response

I am attempted my tybaf examinations on april and was having expectations to get the results by june which is when mumbai university declares every year, now its august and we yet hadn't got the results. Whatever the reason of delay may be, but nearly 4.2 lakh students are severely suffering due to this problem and even i am not able to get a proper job, i wish to study ahead but because of non availability of result one cannot opt for further studies. My friends who already applied for foreign education cannot go for it as bcz of no results in hand. As a rational citizen of this country and a aspirant for bcom (A&f), i need an explanation for this, this need to sorted out quickly, strict action must be taken against the officials responsible for this and all this loss faced by the students need to be compensated as soon as possible. I hope necessary steps required will be taken for the same!

Hello sir i m akash shrivastav passed hsc this year and the reason is complanting this latter is the college anand vishwa gurukul which is situated at raghunath nagar wagle estate thane near western express highway, on the date 14 i taken offline admission in this college and during admission i asked to the clerk can i cancel my admiision he said to me yes, but after 3 days i decided to cacnel my admission from this college but they was not agree to cancel the admission and act from me and my parents very rudely and said very perkiness and said lie i m not said the admission will cancel but i have a vitness and hod of the college also not considerig my statement he said my staff is right u was saying wrong and when we took thier our pre corporator in front of them they will ready to cancel the admission but they didnt refund my fee they we will not refund its our college rule and principal clerk and also hod behave with me and my parents very turpitudely after very supplicate they ready to give half fee and remaining half they kept in thereself i think this very injuctice to us middle class family they where not only insult to us but also annex poor peoples hard working money its very hurting to us plzzzz i hope that you will take action on this without any mistake they was bullying with us by polition power plzzz take action on this either they are do same from other poor proples kindly request to our respected university staff take a big action on this if justice exit for the middle class people so you can take a action for that kindly request...

As i had completed my t. Y b.com successfully in year 2014. I came to know that we have to collect convocation certificates from college. I had passed from prakash degree college of commerce (Kandivali west). Today i visited college demanded for the same they ask me to pay 200rs as convocation charge don't no why they had collected it. As per my information no college is collected the same kind of fees. Fyi... This college use to cheat students and generate income on their needs. This is so embarrasing that non of the college had charged for it, this is the only college students facing problem in view of extra charges. I also collected the reciept from the college in which they manually inputted the convocation charges which can be shared in attachment if you need. Humble request you to take strict actions against the college and don't lead any other poor student to be get victimised.

As a student it's a kind request to the mumbai university please look after our problems in our college as the students are not getting the full benefits out here due to some issues over here. The students are not provided with the basic facilities like lectures performing practicals. As per the rules and regulations the students are charged with full fees of about 1 lakh which is not being utilized by the students due to no lectures in the college and not even practicals. The situation here is very critical for the students living in hostel as they are not provided with the main basic need that is electricity and water because college and the management haven't paid the electricity bill. As the mumbai university is responsible for our admissions in this colleges so please kindly do a survey and provide us with our needs.

I have been to mumbai university kalina thrice for my and my husbands convocation certificate however every time i have been disappointed - first time i was told that i can collect it only on tuesday or thrusday whereas i had enquired on phone before coming. Second time i was told authority letter was required - this could have been communicated when i went the first time. Third time i was asked to wait for long and later told to come after lunch break when i asked when the lunch break would be over i was informed its from 1 to 2:30 i couldnt wait that long as i had taken break from my office work to be at the university however i took the landline number and name of the lady who does convocation (Kavita) i was promised that she would call me once my certificate was ready i havent got a single call moreover my calls are unanswered no one picks landline i feel my time was wasted and its very disappointing

This is burhan faiyaz vejalpurwala, the student of dr. Babasaheb ambedkar college which is in chembur.
I am writing this complain regarding the admission process of this college.
I had completed my diploma in extc in the year 2015, january from vidyalankar polytechnic. I took the admission in dr. Babasaheb ambedkar college in the same year under bsc. It, in direct second year.
I successfully completed the sy. Bsc. It in the year[protected]. At the time of admission for ty. Bsc. It, these management people ask for a fine of rs. 10000/- from me, stating that you haven't fill up the eligibilty form.
Now, how would i come to know, what is the process?
According to me, and the process, this form should be fill up by college itself. Please correct me, if i am wrong.
I argued with them, but they were like it's not our fault, it's your mistake.
However, i managed to pay 50% of the fine asked, and i got the admission.
But unfortunately, due to financial crisis, i was not able to pay the fee's and enroll for the exam. So, i missed that year.

Now, in the year 2017, i want to apply for the seat for the last year of bsc. It, these people keep calling me daily and which ends up in no resolution.

I came up for more then 3 times, and at last after getting irritated by this people, i am forced to write this to you.
I request mumbai university to hire an employee with a proper process knowledge.
This people have no clue about the admission process.
Even now, i am ending up waiting for my admission.
The concern person of this process is ashok, mhatre and kadam.
The head of this all is sonal.
Even the sonal mam, has no idea about the admission process. They have their own rules to follow. I have seriously given up now on this people, and how they operate the college.

I am sorry, if my words hurt.
But these email was not to hurt you people. I want you to take a severe action against these people.

Dear sir/ma'am,

This is to inform you with great regret that mumbai university has misplaced my masters in mass communication and journalism degree certificate. I completed my masters in 2014 from kc college mumbai and the university never sent my degree to the college.
I've made multiple trips to mahatma phule bhavan in order to get my certificate but the authorities there are incapable of finding this important document of mine. This is gross callousness and very shameful for the university. If they are unable to find my degree i will be forced take help of the press.
I am unwilling to get a duplicate as the procedure involves lodging an fir and its no fault of mine.

My daughter srishti a. Jadhav passed 12th science mark 384 out of 650 in march-2017. Her admission form no.948986 submitted online dated 12/6/2017. Second list is declared dt.28/6/17 & taken admission 30/6/17 to mcc college, mulund. But mcc college fee deductiom on cancellation of admission is different. I got admittion to other college, that i expected. After that i give cancellation application mcc college, mulund. When i enquired regarding fee returns. Please see the college prospectus, fee receipt attached photo copy. Please send reply how much amout may be return to me as per mumbai university rule (University circular no. Ug/412 of 2008, dt.11/9/2008.

Sir i m student of bsc it stream n i took admission in 2015-16... N i had all clear in first semester examination but i got 3 kt in 2nd semester examination... But i have only 2 theory paper n one internal but... University is not allowing to me for the 2nd year... Just because 1 internal paper they were said to me... U have drop this year. And also with this our kt examination is also not happening... Sooo please help me what should i do? Because i don't want to get year down... Help me

Its been almost 3 months since my 6th semester exam concluded, as my plan i applied for a college in canada which supposedly begins by 4th september, its 10th july now, the university is 2 months late in announcing the results,
Due to their problem i cannot apply for my study visa till i get my final mark sheet which according to the university will be announced by the end of july 2017.
How can i apply for my visa and fly to canada if i will be getting my final mark sheet in august!
Please, if someone out there can help me, please do so its really important for me!

Sir/Madam, I am the resident of Mumbai and I gave my HSC exam in the month of March. I am from Maharashtra Board. I was facing some serious health issues in which sometimes I can't get up and walk or move. Because of this I missed my Maths Exam of HSC in March. I talked to my college (K.J somaiya college of science and commerce) they told me you can give in the month of July. My result came in June and it was mentioned 'Failed' though I wasn't fail I was absent. Now because of that no college is giving me admission. There is provisional admission procedure which I came to know about. But no college in Mumbai is ready to give Provisional Admission. I requested that 'If I fail to pass the exam in July, the college has the right to remove me from their college'. My SSC score was 90.80% There is no such rule for students who suddenly gets some issue with their health during exams? I will get a drop if I didn't get any college and I don't want that. This is so depressive. Even the college in which I studied are not ready to take me. I am submitting medical reports all the letters which are important and I am a good student I will pass then why they are treating me like a failure. This is the reason why students are committing suicide because they get into depression and I think I am also in depression. I am asking for the help. Please let me know is there any way? I am not failed so why should I suffer? Please help

I am visiting mumbai university since last 4 months to get my convocation which required name correction. Every time i visit, they say come next time. I even tried contacting the superior but it is of no use because she also didn't pay attention to my problem. I would need the corrected convocation asap. I have already informed everyone that how important this document is for me as i am planning to immigrate still they are no understanding the urgency instead ignoring my request all the time.

But while writing the education details mistakely i had type my college name in ssc column and not submitted the hsc details. I had been selected in 'kes college ' kandivali. While submitting the form i found my mistake. The college is not excepting my form. So please help me with this regards. The edit dates is also been passed. So please help me as soon as possible.

I was student at mumbai university batch[protected]. When i was a second year b.com (2011) student i got atkt in 2 subjects and i failed in 2 subjects in third year b.com final exams (2012). I was not able to clear my kt, i would like to clear my kt and third year b.com and peruse further education.

Currently i am not in mumbai. I shifted to kerala in 2013 due to family problems. I am writing this email to enquire about the atkt and third year b.com registration process. I would like to know if i can apply online and if so what information is required. I would also like to know if there is a deadline for online registration and if there is a registration fee.

I tried to contact mumbai university but they did not give proper information. Please give me some suggestions.

I ws exceptionally allowed by the order of students grievance redressal committee of mumbai university to appear for theory exam first and thn give practical training exam, but after i got my result the remark in the gazzette copy of marksheet was adc:adm cancelled.
