I am a resident of f-17/127 (First floor) sector 15 rohini delhi-110089.
People residing in ground floor have illegal constructed kitchen on the front side (Which is always on the rear side of flats) causing suffocation because of all the smell and gases getting inside our flat.
They have illegally occupied space of the lane, have blocked the sewer below the balcony pipe by putting a cooler.
Please take a notice on this issue.

Subject: illegal construction of 3rd floor in j-64 block j1, vikas puri, new delhi west

Sir,

Illegal construction has been started on the 3rd floor of plot no j-64 of vikas puri, new delhi-110018, plot is of 200sqyd. It is a freehold plot, of which ground floor and 1st floor are occupied by 2 separate owners and, 2nd portion of 200sqyd was resold to another party last summer. The builder has started the reconstruction of 2nd floor and construction of 3rd floor has also been started, it is freehold hold property and there is an approved official map which as per delhi mcd laws allows only g+2 construction within 15 meters height without stilt parking, therefore the said construction is in clear violation of the building bye laws.
The building in itself is around 30 years old it has and there is clear risk of building getting damaged and lives of the residents is in danger due to this reconstruction and additional load on the old building structure.
In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be issued immediately to stop the construction of 3rd floor on this old building structure.

Sector 10 R K Puram (Nivedita Kunj) is a government colony. This houses senior officers of the Government of India. There has been encroachment on the boundary wall from Gate 2 to Gate 4 boundary by the persons from Ambedkar Colony side.

The new construction has mushroomed and causing a big security problem.
It is requested that all unauthorised construction shall be demolished and no new construction should be allowed.

This is to bring to your notice that i am a resident of bhagwati garden extn. Area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on th road at a - block bhagwati garden extn, uttam nager delhi -110059, the owner has covered appx. 6ft x 40ft area on the road. All this construction have been narrowing the passage of the road.

We had requested the local administrative body to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice.

It is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

I am residing in house no. Ix/3165 street no.4 dharmpura gandhi nagar, delhi1 110031. We have a problem of stray dogs of about 20-25 in our surroundings, they are making steers dirty and difficult to pass by they start barking and bite the residents. They are roaming in our area and are dangerous for our kids paying and cycling on the road and have attacked people.

You are requested to kindly get these dongs picked by the dog squad of edmc and take them to a place where they are supposed to be, as soon as possible.

Please take some action on that the street maintenance work had been start for more than 20 days now it being to a whole month but in this time period nothing special done just the canals has been repaired and the tarcoal road has been removed of just this and bricks has been laid down and making mess all around we all have face problem daily because of mud and broken street please do something as soon as possible.

Its bring to your notice that the garbage collection van is not coming in om vihar phase 1A uttam nagar. if luckily the van come after 14-15 days then they do not stop specially in street 20 and people keep on shouting for them to stop. This is really very disappointing.

I paid property tax through MCD webs on 8th may 2017 (by using pay u money) however receipt not generated. i have already raised grievance in http://www.mcdpropertytax.in/ptedmc/griestatus.php but still not resolved.

This is Gaurav Kanojia resident of kaka nagar, I'm writing this letter to pay your attention towards the street light which are not working for more than 8 months. The street light pillars are which are not working are from Delhi public school mathura road bus stand till sundar nagar red light main main service road. It's been more than 8 months I have not seen them working once. The main raod has became dark at night even you cannot cross the road easily.. it's very difficult to travel at evening from these place.
It would be very kind of you work on this problem to solve

I am resident of vijay nagar, double storey. I like to register the complaint against the owner of the house (1/35-a, third floor and illegally constructed fourth floor, double storey, delhi-110009).

This person has illegally reconstructed 2 floors which are very poor in condition and can be highly dangerous in disasters.
These floors are illegal by the low.

The floors are so poorly constructed that even the glasses of the windows falls from third and fourth floor and can be injuries to people going by.

This person doesn't live here. He built these floors only to use it as a so called hostel. The tenets of these floors are also very annoying.

Being a concerned citizen i would like to bring to your notice for appropriate so please i request you to kindly take action against this illegal contruction.

Shopkeepers below my home have encroached the drainage line and have totally blocked drain water flow into sewer and drain.

महोदय,

सविनय निवेदन है की हमारे विद्यालय के एक छोर पर एक कूड़ाघर और एक प्राइमरी विद्यालय है और उस विद्यालय की दीवार पर और कूड़ाघर में पूरी कॉलोनी के निवासी हर तरह का कूड़ा करकट और निकट ही मुर्गा मार्किट होने के कारण मरे हुए जानवरो के अवशेष आदि डालते रहते है जिससे की यहाँ का वातावरण प्रदूषित हो गया है !

जैसा की आपको ज्ञात है की हमारे यहाँ विद्यालय तथा छात्रावास दोनों ही है और जिसमे विद्यार्थी एवं सहायक कर्मचारी भी हमेशा रहते है ! और इस बदबू के कारण उनका रहना, खाना पीना मुश्किल होता जा रहा है यहाँ पर हर वक़्त कूड़ाघर से बदबू आती रहती है जिसके चलते हमारे विद्यार्थी लगातार बीमार रहने लगे है और इनमे से कुछ को तो अस्पताल में भी दाखिल करना पड़ रहा है.

अत: आपसे नम्र निवेदन है की अगर हो सके तो इस कूड़ाघर को किसी अन्य स्थान पर शिफ्ट करवा दिया जाए और अगर शिफ्ट नहीं हो सके तो इसकी नियमित रूप से सफाई करवाई जाये जिससे की विद्यालय व छात्रावास के विद्यार्थियों का स्वास्थय ठीक रह सके.

महोदय अब जब की कुछ दिनों पश्चात बारिश का मौसम शरू होने वाला है और इस मौसम में इस गंदगी के कारण तरह तरह की बीमारियां जैसे डेंगू, चिकनगुनिया, मलेरिया आदि पैदा होने का खतरा मंडराने लगा है! आप से नम्र निवेदन है की इस बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए और प्रधानमंत्री जी के स्वच्छ भारत अभियान को सफल बनाने हेतु आपसे आग्रह है की इस अति गंभीर विषय पर व्यक्तिगत ध्यान देकर हमारी इस समस्या का निदान करने की कृपा करे ! इसके लिए हमारा संस्थान आपका आभारी रहेगा !

Sir,

we are addressing a complaint for garbage, mulba (construction extract ) and stinky environment in Kallar J BLock West Sagar pur and requesting for pleasant place such as Park or dispensary or community area or cleanness for the basic necessities of human being.

I want to draw your attention to a place which had been ignored for the purpose of development for many decades. Now a days this area is in its bad condition having stinky environment of garbage and extract of construction (malba) spreading all over the area and i want to inform also that it was a big area & it is not possible to explain how much is the area since many parts of it was unauthorized occupied by many people for their business and residential purpose though it was covered by brick boundary but still these are not able to curb the garbage and bad practices there. It had gone into a worst place to see even people are living their life in stinky environment which results in different deceases especially for children who play there simultaneously People of West Sagar pur are in the requirement of various basic facility such as park and a well dispensary.

So please take it is a serious and urgent matter if this happen it would be a great relief for whole community leaving here, as an resident requesting you to please look the matter and we are hopeful That MCD which can solve our inherited problem and make this place as children park or any suitable construction over there.

Since place is in defuse condition which insisting for converting a stinky and undesirable place into beautiful and pleasant place so that life of people can be enhanced through it.

Please refer to my complaint and I regret to inform that even after 3 weeks of filing complaint no action has been taken. Under the circumstances we are left with no option but to file our complaint with CPGRAM stating the callous attitude of the govt agency responsible for their inaction.
