This is to bring your notice that there is illegal construction going on in c 160 lajpat nagar-2 new delhi, actually they are making extended balcony and extending their rooms my covering road because of that road will be shorter and it will led to inconvenience to all residents in that locality.
So being a responsible citizen of india it's my duty to inform you about such activity.
Kindly see into it asap.

There is a dog who is not well as some bugs sucking his blood day by day. He need urgent care because it is effecting his health and it may be harmful for other dogs and our locality.
It is my humble request please provide health care to him because this is very miserable for him.

Dear sir/madam,
I would like to bring to your kind attention toward large amount of garbage collection on road at Taajpur Road near Cosmos public school and government school Taajpur Phaadi, sometimes people burn this garbage and create situation worst, we call several time fire brigade to control fire on garbage. This pile of garbage has become so large and taken half of road, it's now become a pain to live here with bad smell, air pollution and now the big possibility of infection as well. We afraid that infection and mosquitoes will spread. we already maid several complaint with near by authority but they never cleared that place, many locals and students are suffering from many diseases. I have attached photo for your deference.

This is a usual scenario wherein in residents have started illegal possession for govt land for parking by tying chains with the poles. As per my knowledge govt doesn't authorise anyone to do so. Location Rohini sector 15. G block pocket- 17. On saying anything people start arguing and giving life threats. People say my father in law is an retired mcd officer so you won't be able to do anything. Is this the way law and order work in India. Hoping to get it resolved soon.

This is a letter to draw your attention to the problem of mosquitoes in our locality. Our area falls under ward number 255. For the past 3-4 months the problem of mosquitoes have increased rapidly. It is a result of overflowing of drains. The drainage system in our locality is deplorable. These drains are uncovered and breeding areas of the mosquitoes.in the last month there were cases reported on dengue, and malaria. This could be really fatal for all o[censored]s in the society. This will severe the situation to the worst. Thus, it is a request from all o[censored]s of ward no. 255, that it would be really nice if you could personally visit our area and see the vulnerable condition yourself. If visiting personally is not possible then please send some of your representatives to take necessary action to stop the breeding of mosquito larvae.

Near Rohini Sec-5, Schools (R. P. S. K. V Rithala & Nagar Nigam Prathmic vidhalaya) are facing garbage pollution problems.
Garbage along the school walls is being dumped for last two months.
Never cleared that place, many locals and students are suffering from many diseases.
Location is Rithala chauk, sec-5 New Delhi-110085, Near Krishna Vatica.

This is to bring to your notice that few days back some workers came to clean the sewage but they left that waste in front of the houses only.
On one side they are cleaning the drains and sewage on grounds of Swach Bharat but in other side they are leaving the waste on open streets. I don't think that's helping in any manner.
Huge pile of such waste is there at F 239A, Street No. 4, Rishi Nagar, Rani Bagh from few days and no one is taking responsibility to clean it.
I request you to kindly take action to solve this issue and make sure that such problems do not arise in future

At the above mentioned address, already 3 feet wide balcony extension is done over the road, now the owner is extending further 3 feet balcony which will cover the road underneath by 6 feet, hampering the way to access our residential block no. 20 in same area.
They are adding the structural R.C.C. work thereby making the buiding structurally unstable.
this extension may cause the fall down of building causing major accident.
We Request you to please take this matter on priority and come for our help.

As per government policy 2.1/2 ft allow but his covera10 to 12 ft erea, there is a very little space for walking and driving on the roads of sangam vihar, shani bazar bhand road.
Gali no 15 near shiv balaji mandir.

. Due to this roads are become very small and there is no space for passer by vehicles.

Mcd officials are requested to take stringent action against these house owners, and also requested to levy heavy pently on these house owners who make ramps of big size. Kindly demolish these unwanted and very big ramps of l-block

This is to bring to your notice that on the main road opp gtb hospital and in front of out society there has been establised a complete fruit mandi created by thela wala's in huge number.
This blocks the main road and leads to traffic lodge. This has been a serious issue as it also impacts local residents of nearby societies.

Request you to pl. Take some action against it.

I work at 2/94, WHS Kirti Nagar, new Delhi-110015. A lot o[censored]nauthorised slums are situated adjustment to my building. They throw a large amount of garbage beside my building's wall. The pile has become so large that is has started to damage the wall of my buildingal and creating lot of foul smell. The problem of seapage has started in the walls due to this garbage. Earlier, through my own resources, I removed the garbage, but now again they have started to throw waste. Please look into the matter and get the area clean. Secondly, please make a provision such that these people do not get a chance to throw waste again.

Since new mcd body has taken their charge, i am confident that new body will resolve the long pending issue of accumulation of garbage behind naseerpur subzi mandi dwarka sector 1a new delhi-110045 without any further delay. Delhi public library construction debris has been left uncleared for over a year now at Ashok Vihar PHase 2. This passage is used by us to access the park and has already converted into a garbage dump. Despite of follow ups with contractor, nothing has been done yet. At one point we talk about Swachh Bharat campaign and on the other hand Delhi government is itself flouting the same.

Request you to get the debris cleared on priority.

I here lodge a complaint regarding too many stray dogs in our area causing lot of nuisance, results too many cases of dog biting, even childrens cannot go outside the house freely. So you are requested to take immediate action and send some dog squad to catch these stray dogs so that we the resident of surya niketan feel relax and safe. Your this act of kindness will be highly appreciated and obliged.

I being a responsible and law abiding citizen of india wants to inform the municipal corporation department of east delhi zone that an illegal parking business is going on our locality in vishwash nagar shahadra east delhi-110032. Owner of swarn cinema which has been ceased through sarfaesi act, 2002 few days back has a piece of land adjoining the swan cinema in street no.-17 vishwash nagar shahadra east delhi-110032. As he used to park the vehicles of other persons charging them a sum for the parking and park them in our street due to which there becomes a problem of parking in the street. As he mostly parks the vehicle around 10;00 pm to been hidden from the eyes of the cops. So this is my humble request to take an legal action to stop these illegal activities from our locality

I want to bring in your notice that we are having problems with the stray dogs as they are not sterilized/neutered dog, they are dangerous to people. They even keep barking through out the night resulting in lack of sleep to us.

This is regarding complaint against shop chawla chicken in vasant kunj . They had no sense of cleanliness. They wash utensils outside their shop. The drainage outside is always blocked with all rubbish they throw, even all utensils are washed there which result in bad smell, lots of flies and dirt. The dogs also eat their left out food from there. We are working in bank besides this shop. The customer always complaints against them. In morning, the area is spread with garbage and left our curies on floor which they do at night due to our entrance is also not looks good.

Please do something against them.

It is pertinent to mention here that the service lane of C block saraswati vihar delhi 110034 is very dirty and scattered with waste materials, garbage all over and stray dogs and cows comes in the lane and scattered the garbage all over. Pl take a stern action to clean the service lane so that old people and children can play and use the lane properly.

Sir I am living in Ansar Nagar Ramesh Park Laxmi Nagar. In my locality people built there houses in unauthorised way and on unauthorised land. There is a sever line in my locality and people constructed there houses on the sever line.
There is also a high tension line in my area and people are constructed their houses under the high tension wire line. Due to this there is a major possibility of mishappening but people are not afraid of it. Due to their own greed they are putting the life of other people in danger.
Please take an appropriate action against this illegal or unauthorised construction.
