I am leaving in 4th pusta block e-3 street no 7 soniya vihar. Sir my complaint is cleaning of drains since long time. I have lodged complaints many times to sweeper and cleaner but no action taken against my humble request. Kindly provide details of concerned officer and take n/a as soon as possible.

Weavers colony of ashok vihar phase 4, has lot of stray dogs who bark all night and cause hinderance in sleeping at night, they cause lot of disturbance. They are aggressive and usually sit at entrance of the ashoka park and do not allow people to pass through gate.

Few people from other colony brings stray dog to our colony and mated them causing birth of many other dogs.. There are quite many dogs..
Need an urgent solution or they would be hurted by some people
Please help!!!

Sir see the hight of corruption. Crores of rupees nation ' s land enjoying land mafia nitin jain without paying any penny to govt. There is a illegal construction going on in c-1056, 57 j. J colony hastsal road uttam nagar new delhi 59. Actually they are making extending toilets and extended stairs which are covering road because of that road will be shorter and it will led to inconvenience to the residents of this localty.
So being a responsible person of india it is my duty to inform you about such activities.
Kindly see it and take an appropriate action against it as early as possible.

My complain is my area drain/gutter is not clean and water is not flowing and the deain/gutter is not proper construction and same municipal supply water also not come in my tap for this reason rain water not blowing in my area and mosquito come in my home and my area complin list is as

1- deain/gutter not cleen

2 - deain/gutter not contrction on proper way

3- municipal supply water also not come in my tap

4 - rain water not blowing in my area and mosquito come in my home and my area

5- many time complain to mcd staff but no action till date

I would like to inform you that i am nazmeen block-i house no.-46 gali no.-1 jaitpur ext. Badarpur new delhi 110044. There is an empty plot in front of my house which has a lot of garbage due to which very filth is spread and there is a 4 month old girl in my house who is more prone to dangerous disease
So you are requested to resolve this problem

From last few days some labour people put the lot of dirt on the empty plot which they bring in the trackter. Which is opposite to our home. We thought that govt workers are working because people use to through their garbage on that empty plot but day before yesterday they burnt that garbage which create pollution in the colony. Yesterday also they did the same burnt the garbage. Due to that we feel smoke whole day. Even we can't able to walk out of our house. Please take the strict action against them & let them stop burnt the dirt & please applicable this for the local people also they through the dirt on that plot, mohan garden, nr vidya bharti school, bansal ke gali, k - block, in all plot people use as a garbage plot

Respected sir sp mukarjee marg koudipull delhi 6 pe public toilet ko theli /pathri walo gher rekha hai. Aur public ko toilet istemal krne main pareshani ho rahi hai. Un logo ne apna samaan bilkul public toilet k aage hi laga rekha hai aur police yah mcd aakr unka saaman hata bhi deti hai toh unke jane k baad fir wahi laga lete hai. Dear sir,

My name is ritesh kumar, a resident of govindpuri, kalkaji new delhi-110019. I am writing this letter to complain you about litter problem in our neighborhood.

The main problem is illegal thela specially (Gupta chole puri), because of this, the litter is heavily being deposited on the road, even it block the road completely with bikes and vehicles and paper thrown out everywhere. After, two days it produces bad smell that is harmful for us. Moreover, it attracts various insects and microorganisms. Sometimes, in windy atmosphere, garbage is dispersed on the entire lane, which makes the colony untidy.

This situation has worsened when one of my neighbors became sick because of awful atmosphere of colony. I am concerned about the safety of my family members and residents of colony. Hence, i believe this problem should be solved as early as possible.

To address this problem, i suppose that the rubbish should be collected daily or at least on alternate days to prevent the accumulation of waste and i request you to take actions against shops or redi or thela which are earning 5 lakhs per month but polluting the environment for there selflshness. As a responsible environmental officer, you have to look into this issue and implement stern rules to avoid these kinds of problems.

I Sumit from 68/10 vasudev nagar, pratap nagar, Landmark Shiv Mandir, new Delhi - 110007 have a problem of 7-9 dog's in front our my home and its look very dagerous and one dog bite me ondt[protected]:45 PM.
Dog's bite every children when children playing cricket in gali and When I go to the shop they follow and shroud on me. This was happen when I was going to shop and also come back to home after 8:00 pm. Every day and night dogs follow me. please help sir I want your help and your dog catchers please sent away dog catchers in my colony. Dogs spread over garbage that is outside our houses.

Dear Concern,
I am a resident of Baba Farid Puri, New Delhi. We are facing extensive water shortage problem. Now the problem is increasing day by day that we are not getting water from past 4 to 5 months. The same is situation with a large number of houses around us as well. Sometimes, the water is so dirty that it cannot be used for drinking purposes. Life without water has become hellish. The persisting scarcity of water has unnerved the people.
We are buying water from outside on daily basis. Daily we are spending are hard earned money just on to purchase water and even after paying water bill we are getting nothing.
We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing. So kindly am requesting you to look into this matter personally. If you do the needful then I shall be very much thankful to you.
Kindly look into the matter and please immediate action.

Sir,

I had complaint to mcd officers of yours department saying that illegal water maffia, water boring and illegally water suppling or illegal water purriying is not our department complaint to delhi jal board.

Then i complaint to delhi jal board they says that water boaring is illegal but this department comes in mcd you have to compaint in delhi mcd they will take a action.

They daily wast 10000 litter of water and 5000 purrifies it and sell them. The ground level of water in continously going down. Same copy of complaint i had forwarded to dcp vigilence and i gives all complaint copy that i complaint to delhi jal board and delhi mcd to them.
I had also complaint to ministry of higher authorities.

I[censored] will not take any action then i have to go down as they are.
They are very dangerous thats why i had mail to home ministry and delhi c. P.

Please sir take any strict action towards water maffias.

I had properly parked my car in parking area and not touching the road... Beyond the line (Demarcation from the road) and not disturbing the traffic. (Check video by ur officer) but my car was towed and a fine by mcd for rs. 3250 had to be paid. Too heavy challan and no mode of digital payment... Had to trave 1 km by foot in search of atm... New initiative by mcd is to target people following rules. Traffic personnel have better knowledge of no parking areas. They would never challan this type of parking... Added a picture for ur reference.. If i am wrong i am sorry but if i am right and ur officer mr, bharadwaj is wrong refund my challan amount.. Sir, i visited the office at mukherjee nagar pertaining to sewer work. The official concerned immediately received my request and deputed official from his office who informed that covering of main hole and uncovered portion of drainage was the job situated at parmanand colony.
I therefore request for covering of main hole and uncovered portion of the drain without further delay as this is causing lot of inconvenience.

With due reverence, I would like to state the following few lines before you for your kind consideration and further necessary/strict action.
I am a resident of House No-38 Block-F, Aman Vihar, Hari Enclave, Delhi. It’s a matter of deep concern/importance that there are two unauthorized commercial factories running in our area which are just adjacent to my house. The address for factory is F-37 and F-39 Aman Vihar Hari Enclave Delhi 110086. The owner name is Nafe singh panchal. These factories have just been a subject of great annoyance for us as a resident. Out of the two factories one is being operated by very heavy machines which makes so much noise which is unbearable and leads to stress and mental problems. Further, due to the heavy loads frequent vibrations are coming into my house and the walls of our house vibrates which is just unbearable. The factories are constantly making air and noise pollution all day long and sometimes even at night and hampering the piece and environment of the place. Working machines make a huge noise that can be heard in the street from several meters away. Out of the two factories, one is installed with some heavy steel crushing machines which releases smoke that pollutes and contaminates the environment very badly. The effect of the dust and smoke is quite apparent on the workers of the factory who can be seen covered with black dust all the time. This is also a matter of deep concern on the part of the workers and may lead to severe health hazards. We have requested the owner of the factories so many times to shift the same in some commercial area but regret to say they have just ignored our saying. The owners of the factory live apart in silence and other people suffer because of them.
We have already requested many times but he is not taking it serious. I want you to please take this matter on Priority basis and some strict action against them. I will be very thankful to you.

We are here suffering for so many days for very low water supply in our line. But in my area water supply is ok. There might be fault in our building pipeline. Please resolve our issue as soon as possible.in summer season water is more highly neccesty. Earlier it was giving atleast adequate supply even it was less then our area water supply but previously it was adjustable but now its make too much problem that some day water dosent come even for a minute even in the morning and evening. Please please look over it and resolve as soon as possible

There is a dog who is not well as some bugs sucking his blood day by day. He need urgent care because it is effecting his health and it may be harmful for other dogs and our locality.
It is my humble request please provide health care to him because this is very miserable for him.

Dear sir/madam,
I would like to bring to your kind attention toward large amount of garbage collection on road at Taajpur Road near Cosmos public school and government school Taajpur Phaadi, sometimes people burn this garbage and create situation worst, we call several time fire brigade to control fire on garbage. This pile of garbage has become so large and taken half of road, it's now become a pain to live here with bad smell, air pollution and now the big possibility of infection as well. We afraid that infection and mosquitoes will spread. we already maid several complaint with near by authority but they never cleared that place, many locals and students are suffering from many diseases. I have attached photo for your deference.
