Sir, i am resident of sector 9pkt2, dda flats there is a space allocated to bses for electrical services, but reliance has installed mobile tower on its roof reliance has changed its use. It is in residential area and one side there is kids school. This tower must be shifted to some commercial area.

Dear sir.

I dp yadav is combatant member of air force and presently posted to j&k area. I have purchased recently above second floor flat in g -47 at rajnagar part ii palam from builder (Mr devenedar bhardwaj)
My family is staying alone in this flat. This building is constructed up to 3rd floor by builder in collaboration with land lord (Mr dinesh singh negi)
Now for your kind attention i would like to infrom you that an illegal construction is going on as a forth floor and bachcha flat (In place parking) by dinesh singh negi in this building. However there is no deal between builder and land lord at the time of construction. Earlier while constructing of bachcha flat in this building, a complain was lodged by first floor owner to police station, but he has been success to made the bachcha flat. Now again he is trying to constructe the forth floor which is totally illegal construction. Because no action has been initiated by any gov. Body.
Hence, in view above it is requested that immediate action to be taken to stop this illegal construction.

This is to bring to your notice that there is unauthorised construction extension happening in 3 floors in dda flat in c-8 vasant kunj, the building is old so this construction is dangerous for the building structure and can harm the neighbourhood. Flat no.8726, 8628, 8630.
The extension is done on the old structure which can not bear the load on simultaneously 3 floors, this is a dangerous situation in case of earthquake also the load is too much. To avoid any authority to notice the construction is done very quickly the therefore the construction is of very bad quality and can be dangerous in near future for the neighbouhood. Request action asap.

This is my 11th complaint againt same problem same note.
Your mcd officer comes at site and taes money from them to carry on their illegal water suplies.
They are doing job in front of all government but no one want to take any action on it. They gives money to delhi mcd, delhi police.
They are very dangerous and now i no intrest on you low and action becouse each of every person of your department is currpted.
They wast 10000 litters of water to purrifies and 5000 litter of water it will purifies in daily. From that our water lavel is going down

Dear sir, i am resident of 622, sargodha apptt. Sector-7 plot-13 dwarka. Today in the evening a waste. Has been burnt by some one in the ground adjacent to eastern park, resulting a bed odour as well as smoke developed in whole society. Due to which we senior citizens have breathing problem. I paid property tax through mcd webs on 5th june 2017 (By using pay u money) however receipt not generated. I have already raised grievance in http://www.mcdpropertytax.in/ptedmc/griestatus.php but still not resolved. As per mail received from pay u money they have already remittance my tax to mmcd. Yesterday my car was parked at vikas marg and mcd has towed it at 7 pm and took at their kadkaddooma office. I went along with the crane and reached at 7.30 but the office was closed at 5.30pm.
Today morning i went to get the vehicle released but mcd staff is sitting like lootera's and are charging 5500 to 6500 to release the vehicle.
Why so much loot from the public money for small mistake of parking.
People are facing problem in giving the release money but on the other hand they staff is reducing rs 2000 for those who refer them to councillors or any other reputed referred person.
Please stop this loot and charge equally to everyone, don't be biased

Dear sir

This is to inform you that there has been numerous illegal construction in few houses of madangir bf block. Dur to this there hass been a lot of problems in traffic flowing and also any other government vehicle like fire brigade can not even enter in the area if there may be any mishap happen in future.
People of the area have increased their home to such extent that almost half of the road has been covered. Which leads to the difficulties to the person passing by.
Also, due to extension of cemented roads has laid to the uneven surface which leads to the water logging and may it make a increase in the production of dengue - and malaria.
So, please i request you take immediate action for the cause.
I hope your kindness will be showered on us.

Hi team,

I am a resident of jvts garden, chhattarpur extension, new delhi-74.
This is to inform that 4-5 months back pipes were layed in the colony for providing new png connections to the residents​. I am thankful to igl for completing this incredible task.

Now issue before the residents is only regarding non repair of digging portion of the roads which was also to be repaired/completed by the concerned contractor simultaneously.

May i request you to kindly look into the matter on priority as rainy season is about to approach and conditions of roads​ will further worsen which can cause any mishappings to anyone.in view of the foregoing, may i request you once again to do the needful urgently.

I have wrote igl to but, there is no response on this. So please look into it to avoid dengue and checkgunia after water blockage.

Respected, team.. I would like to tell you about our locality threat from street dog all dogs run behind the people and bite. There are many cases of these dogs attacking people and biting people children. Its is very risky to walk safely in the street because of these dogs.
Please remove all these dogs from our area.

This complain is regarding stagnant water in drains and garbage accumulated in colony park. Local people are suffering a lot from this situation especially small children of this area. The stagnant water smells very badly and as monsoon is coming it will definitely cause diseases like dengue, chikangunia etc etc.. So look into this matter immediately as it is a serious problem for us. This is the second time i am complaining for this. Last time only garbage was disposed and nothing was done regarding stagnant water.
My locality address is block-g, pocket-6, sector-16, rohini, delhi-110089 near mother dairy of sector 16-17 or near dr. Rakesh watts clinic.

I am a resident of dda flat no.- 847, pocket 7, sector a6, narela, new delhi. Recently faced an attack by stray dogs. The number of stray dogs has increased and have become a constant threat for the residents in sector a6, pocket 7 near flat no. 846, 847, 848 and so on, narela, new delhi. People don't feel confident walking across a group of stray dogs.
So, i would request the concerned department to take action on war footing on this issue.

I want to say thanks, to clean the water lodged problem under jahangirpuri metro station.
This time, i have another complaint on reconstruction of footpath under this station. It looks so awkard here that sewer water comes out on footpath and creates bad smell, it seems garbage area too. So, people through their unwanted stuffs here. I have attached pictures of this area. Here you can see that people uses road as a footpath to walk because footpath is totally messed. It can create ruah on traffic too.
So, if you reconstruct footpath and increase it's height then it resolves bad smell, traffic, stops diseases from germs over here.
It's my request to reconstruct the footpath.

An illegal factory working is going on here from last 2-3 years.. They melt brass in here & their pollution is harming us very badly. It releases too much smoke in the air.. Menace of stray dogs is a serious concern to the people of baniyawada mohalla and school going children. Day by day number of stray dogs are increasing in the mohalla. They bite any one any time. At night also they bark the whole night making the sleep difficult for senior citizens and patients.

You are requested to depute your team to catch and sterlize these dogs at the earliest.

I live in c-block new ashok nagar, every street is narrow & dead end in new ashok nagar, there is street no. 11 in a block, it's a broad one, busy & two way open street, every car, tempo, bike cross this street to go to c block.
Now the problem is with this particular house a-122 (B c upreeti a/c to name plate) earlier they used to put 2-3 flower pots in front of their house, then they planted trees... They made a narrow boundary & now they made a wider boundary... For god shake give them a lesson that road is not their personal property!!! Now after encroaching this half of the road they started parking their white santro in front of their garden... Now you tell me that the only street which connects c-bloack & a-block is so congested how will people commute... This garden created a bottleneck. Kindly take action against these greedy people they already have a hugh house, if they need a garden they can make it inside their plot, why they are trobling public. I am not saying that they should cut all the trees but then atleast they should not make a wider wall bnoundary. Kindly take action against these people & end this bottleneck. I have faith in govenment.

This year mcd has installed a electricity pole adjacent to my flats and left the mud came out from digging in the way.

They have also created a concrete blockage in the road adjacent to my flats.

Now when rain in due to come, i afraid that both thing will block the flow of rain water and the same will over flow in my flats.

It is requested to remove the mud and clear the blockage.

We residents have complaint many times about the encroachment of shivaji street no.2. All shopkeepers keep their material scattered on whole street leaving no space to pass by either they or their customers park vehicles on whole street irregularly. Shopkeepers even throw their office waste material here & there which is also creating problem for resident's because it is not even clean by daily road sweeper. No strict action is taken by any authority. Police officer comes warn them & go. But here they turn the situation is same again. No fear of authority, all the street is flooded with shopkeepers material, oil & waste. Please take some strict action to help people of area & also take a step for making prime minister vision for swachh bharat come true. Please ask shopkeepers to use their space for work not street.

Respected sir, this is regarding open flow of sewage of my neighbor from last 1 month which creates a mess and major smelling issue in entire my house.

I am permanent residence of my house (B-11, krishna park, khanpur, devli road, new delhi-80) from last 35 years and this problem of neighbor (B-12, krishna park, khanpur, devli road, new delhi-80) is on regular basis which is major issue with me along with my retired parents and 2 small kids as this is unbearable.

After repeatedly request to my neighbor about the same they are not taking any action and blaming on mcd for the same issue which actually is not mcd duty as their pipe is leaking whereas mcd is responsible for sewer and not for the personal pipes.

Hence requesting you to not only take the strict action but put an heavy penalty on them so the same should not repeat in future.
