Dear Sir I want to bring in your notice that we are having problems with the stray dogs in our street in, Street-164, Ganesh pura-B, Kanhaiya nagar, New Delhi-110035 They make all road dirty, There are lot of stray dogs which troubles the locals, they keep attacking on the locals, They even keep barking through out the night resulting in lack of sleep to us. Respected Sir, I want to bring your kind attention towards an illegal construction of a restaurant in Arjun Nagar (Safderjung Enclave) near Bada Gurudwara area, Sir, the main reason for complaint is that, the housekeeper is placing a commercial cylinder with coal in between the road without any permission, which is a huge amount of risk because this is a residential area and many cars and bikes lie around it, as you can see in the picture.( he will place the cylinder & coal in the Box shown in the picture by covering illegal space) So, if anything happens like cylinder gets blast or coal catches fire then who will be responsible for the loss, when we complained about it to the Police, they didn't took any action by saying that this is not their job & its MCD job to remove it. So Sir, Please HELP us, we are living under huge risk of fire, kindly take necessary action against him. MCD and he keeps on saying that nobody can do nothing to me. and one more shop which you can see in the picture with name Sohan Communication got sealed few years ago for keeping a cylinder for dying cloths on road, you can also inquire about that for your reference.

I want to draw your kind attention toward the problem we are facing due to the House No. B-2/389-390, Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi-110085, owner of the house is Bajrang Sharma (Mob +91 [protected]). 1. This is the pair of 26 meter plot and has 4 story constructions, with mounti on the roof. The owner is not residing here and this is on the rent. 2. In the 4th floor, there is IDEA DSA prepaid/postpaid office/call center. Here, around 15-50 employees are working. They all have bikes and parked them inside the square, when we told them to park it outside then they started parking it on the roadside areas and obstruct the main gate entry as well. In emergency we are not able to use our vehicle as they block main entry. This is so frustrating that we have been living here for last 26 years and facing such a inconvenience. 3. This IDEA DSA is remained open for 24*7, which make nuisance to all nearby. These people works in (day/Night) shifts and whenever the shift ends they make groups and make noise and use abusive language regardless day or night. While leaving they start their bikes in a manner which creates so much noises (I do not understand the logic behind this). This is the extreme limit, even we are not able to sleep at night due to this disturbance. 4. The door of the house always remains open, there was incident when someone broke into the neighbor house at midnight. We cannot inquire/question/judge anyone who is standing in our square during the midnight since door always remain open. It creates very insecure environment. 5. There is Vehicle which always comes at midnight 3 times in a week. It also creates so much noise and the nuisance to all the nearby residents. They are very proudly saying that it will remain same. They park the vehicle in front of my gate and at midnight around 12-1 clock. We have to keep our eyes open till the vehicle moves out since it can be any sort of illegal activity. This is very frustrating and inconvenient to all. 6. Sometimes they get drunk and quarrels/celebrate at midnight and when we told to calling the police then, they have the one answer "Jo karna hai kar le, police kya udkah legi". We first try to call the owner but usually he never pick up the call and disconnect the call as he knows all the situations and do not want to get involved. This is very irresponsive behavior from the owner. If he is not able to have controls on things then there is no use to make suffer everyone without any mistake. 7. There is a tuition center also running in other floors (3-2) where again so many students come on their vehicle and they also park the same way the IDEA DSA people do. There is only 8 house of 26 meters in the square and parking of this building is around 30-50 vehicles (vary timings). Can it be justified and it is the daily routine for them. They tuition center behave same way in terms of parking. They call us and behave very rudely specially with females. 8. When we stop them to park in the square, they even abuse the ladies and ignored everything and replied "Tere baap ke parking hai kya, mere jo maan karega karoonga". They do not have sense and Etiquettes talk to ladies and they do not have any right to park their own vehicle in front of someone else residents. This is very common thing if it is being repeated on daily basis. 9. Last week the owner of the house tried to install the Radiation Tower at roof illegally. All the parts and instruments reached to the place in sharp morning so that no one could notice and kept the parts inside the building but luckily we got to know things and then group together and stop the same. you can still see the wiring was done for the same. Our residents are within the range of 100 meters to the Government school and any tower cannot be installed near the school and without the permission of all residents. 10. There is so many instances when we have (other residents) parked our vehicle and it was hit by some other vehicle/s. It causes both mentally and financially damaged to us. The main reason behind this is the commercially (House no.389-390) parking. 11. This commercial building is not fulfilling most of the PROVISIONS OF MIXED USE as per MCD. 12. THE SQUARE HAS UN-EVEN SURFACE AREA AND IT HAS BEEN DONE WITH THE INTENTION THAT NOBODY CAN PARK ANY VEHICLE IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE. THIS IS CAUSE A HUGE INCONVENIENCE TO ALL OTHER RESIDENTS. MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ON RENT HERE THEY ALWAYS ARGUE/ABUSE AND FIGHT FOR THIS ISSUE. THEY DO NOT PARK ANY SINGLE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE. IT HAS BEEN IN TREND SINCE THE DAY THEY HAVE CREATED THE UN-EVEN SURFACE. AS PER MCD THE SQUARE MUST HAVE THE EVEN SURFACE AREA FOR ALL THE RESIDENTS. I request you to please take the necessary strict action against the owner and understand him about these problems/issues, however we all have discussed the same with him so many times. We want to live in peaceful manner and do not want to make suffer anyone else.

Hi, I live in Pitamura, Kohat enclave, N.D - 110034. There is an immense increase in number of stray dogs in the locality. Recently i was bit and seriously i fear that these kind of incidents would just increase. Kindly do the needful. Thanks and Regards. Ishan deep

I went to MCD office Rajouri Garden for Death certificate but I have been told that I wont do public dealing on Saturday. So I want to know what is the reason MCD Rajouri garden is not making my brother death certificate.and where it is maintain that MCD wont take application on saturady?

i am really upset to see the construction works in Okhla Jamia Nagar, where all people making more than 5 floor, here in plot No. A-120, Near Asharaf Masjid, Thokar No.6, Shaheen Bagh, Abul Fazal Enclave Part-2, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025, where Ashrad Alam, Attique Alam and Khurshed Alam making sixth (6) on the top of the building where they all covered 50% of the total building, i therefore request you to please close this type of illegal construction in okhla jamia nagar as soon as possible, he is not using good in way, please help all residence of this Block, please demolished this floor as soon as possible and also building

This is to inform you that the sewer outside my house is overglowing since 1 ½ months but even after repeated complaints to local authorities, there has been no action taken to correct it. The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. Please help me out of this situation. Dear Sir, This is regarding illegal construction work happening at 63 Himayun pur, Safdurjung Enclave, New Delhi 110029. After my grand father passed away, our 80 year old grand mother who is legal custodian of house, living on the ground floor of said address with her 45 year old widow daughter. One of their grand sons only trying to take advantage of the whole situation as our grandfather is no more and they stay alone at said premises. he ( Deepak ) is trying to construct another floor in the same building without her consent. he is continuously harassing them as well. we have already informed the matter to police as well, day before yesterday and as per discussion with them, MCD is has the rights to stop such ongoing construction. And this guy is still continuing with the construction and using abusive words and threat who ever is trying to stop them. he has also put the iron barred gate at the stairs so that no one can intervene in the ongoing construction. We would request your immediate support to stop such illegal construction from happening and to remove that iron gate as well. your immediate action on this issue is much appreciated. I am Sakshi Bhatia, a resident of bengali colony, mahavir enclave, palam, New Delhi-110045, and I putting this complaint regarding the stray dogs in our street.
There are nearly 25 stray dogs in our street, they bark te whole day and night, and are always sitting on the top of our cars, one dog also chewed away our car antena, it has become imposible for the resients of our street to sleep at night, because these dogs wont stop barking or howling the whole night.
It is my humble request to please take some action regarding this problem and get these dogs removed from our street.

The number of these stray dogs in the area increased many fold in the area and now they are threatening the by passers and it has been big threat and nuisance. These dogs also discharge every on the roads and infornt of the houses, which is also severe nuisance. So, it is requested that these dogs may be caught and shifted to some remote place. Sir, one guy by the name raju is doing illegal car repairing in society, he is creating lots of air pollution, noice pollution & garbage of waste car materials like oil, greece etc. He also parked his customers cars in society so society people are facing problem of parking of there own vehicals. Inspite of our letter dated 29th January 2015 till date no effort has been made by MCD North officials to stop the breedings and inject vaccination to dogs in our society Signature View Apartments, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar Delhi 110009. Today again one dog bit to one of our resident Mr. RAHUL who stays in K block during his morning walk. Dogs are behaving crazy here. As we the society members are not equipped enough to give proper medication would appreciate if MCD officials to come and take necessary action immediately. Dear Sir/Madam, I am Deepak Kapoor residence of A-231, Hastsal Road, J.J.Colony Uttam Nagar New Delhi-59. This is to bring to your notice that drain the water problem has been going on for the past two to three months And condition so bad, that is now starting to come into the water homes which led to various diseases have started. First, it appears that there is no clear drain if someone comes and does the cleaning is not Drain off the mouth of the alley Why put members ahead of their homes.
