MCD Complaint - Unauthorised Construction || No approval from MCD

Dear Sir, Need your immediate action to stop unauthorised construction in house no: 210, Savitri Nagar, near syndicate bank, Sheikh Sarai-1, new delhi - 110017, This construction running since last 2 month. Multiple information float to MCD Engg, But no action done till date. There is no approvals from MCA dept, No NOC from Fire dept and even no height of the building is exceeding 45 mtrs. They bark on everyone day and night. They also bite children and passers by.     To whom so ever it may concern With reference to my complaint against unauthorized stairs in front of entry gate. Due to unthorized stairs there is no way for going car and any other vehical.       Hey, My name is REHMAN. i live in Darya ganj ( 1503, kotana street, sui walan, darya ganj, old delhi-110002 ) Actually garbage is the biggest problem in our street. there are many houses in our street. but only 1 sweeper came in the morning & they didnot picked the whole garbage. our Street looks like a garbage house. we all are in the big problem. that is very harmful for us. when sweeper did not come. people placed the garbage on the corner of the street. thts look like very dirty & placed the pedal path. sometimes we have to jump upon the garbage for crossing.. Sir, that is the very very big issue. please please please solve our problem as early as possible. Please provide 3 or 4 sweepers for morning or evening time.         There are so many dogs in our street that not let anyone pass from there. They bark on everyone day and night. They also bite children and passers by .So, we request Honourable C.M Mr. Arvind Kejriwal to take quick action and instruct the concerned department to take away these dogs so we can live peacefully.

          This is to bring to your notice that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in ST NO 18/3 SHANTI MOHALLA GANDHI NAGAR DELHI 110031.The nearby buildings address is house no. 4220. Immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

            Sir I am a resident of D-144/C, Hari Nagar Ashram (Ring Road) Near Shiv Kutia Mandir). 3rd & 4th floor owner installed a board (iron board) before 4-5 month back, the MCD destroy the board. But now again installed two boards (one in front view & another one in side view) with use of huge iron rods. the front board is 25% outside the building i.e. on the service-line. I have already lodged a complaint on 23.1.2015 vide complaint No. 6232, in lajpat nagar office. again i contact the same no., they have told me the complaint transfer to STF on 24.1.2015. but till now not take any action.

            Respected Sir,
            The issue reported is true to my knowledge. The metro construction is on full swing in the said area. Due to ongoing metro construction work along with the weight of the heavy advertisement boards on the terrace, it's adding extra pressure on the building and I have concerns regarding the stability of the building in the near future.

            So I request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                Sir This is to bring to your notice that there has been increase in the number of street dogs in the area of A block meera bagh outer ring road. A couple of them are not in good mental condition and are causing serious problems for the residents. People are being attacked on streets and few of them have been seriously injured in trying to get away from the dogs. It has become difficult to roam on streets without fear. Kindly look into the matter and shift the dogs from the streets to get treatment otherwise we residents might have to take some inhumane steps that won't be appropriate.

One lady sweeper cleans the corridor and toilets here. She is demanding extra money from me and as I refused to pay her extra money she abused me and threatened me that she make a police complaint against me in such a manner that I will be behind bars and no body will listen to my complaint. Again she threatened me that she will deposit the garbage opposite to my above said unit. Please take appropriate action against her and make justice. Thank you.

The dogs has created huge problems for the residents. The dog has bitten many people of the area and bark and run after people. Few days back they were fighting like they will kill each other which scared many people. They roam openly in the area creating the fear among residents and in doing toilets and urinating in front of every gate . There are lot of street dogs inside the society who litter every where. The MCD appointed sweepers don't come even once a month. Request you to look into the matter urgently.                           The problem of stray dogs has increased to such an extent in J- Block, Sarita Vihar, Delhi-110076 that it is practically impossible to move around freely in the area for any individual. Worst is the case of women, old people, children & in particular the visitors to the area. Complaints to Chowkidars, association & municipal corporation have fell on deaf years. There are number of complaints for dog bites & if not stopped immediately, the colony will be called " Stray dogs colony". Request for immediate action in this regrard.                           I live in vivek vihar phs -2 Delhi 110095, this locality is facing a huge problem related to stray dogs, there must be atleast 100 stray dogs. Kids are not secure and also senior citizens have been attacked many a times. At night it impossibe to walk on the street. i have already informed the concerned department here, however no action has been taken. I would appreciate if you could kindly look in to this and do the needfu.

                          We the residents of Jwalapuri, NO-4 block C, New Delhi-110087. I would like to draw your attention towards the tremendous increase in the number of street dogs in our locality Block B & C. These dogs are turning into horror who passes by them. they already biting many peoples like Kids, Old People and Woman's who walk in road and streets.

                          Please take an immediate action and take these dogs away.

                          Kindly treat the matter as most urgent and please depute your team members to catch all the street dogs in our locality, so that people can move around without any fear of Dogs.

                            It is to inform you that the Gali No;.6 of Guru Ram Dass Nagar, , Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 is in bad condition due to illegal construction of builders. Sweeper does not come in time in the street and almost all the street has been digging by the builders. Water drainage system of the street has been chocked completely. It is requested that the suitable action may please be taken immediately.

                              This is in regards of the street sweeper who does not reports to her daily duties in New Lahore Colony Shastri Nagar Opposite Post Office a Small gali East Delhi 110031, It has been observed that the sweeper comes once in fortnight to sweep that streets due to which the complete street remains filthy and stinks. I am sure she must be offering bribe to her supervisors due to which they are showing their leniency. Kindly look into this matter and take strict action against sweeper and his supervisor

                                  Sir, I am a resident of K-58 Old double storey Lajpat Nagar-IV New Delhi-110024. Now a days monkey menace has hightened in the area. These monkeys bite people and damage public & personal belongings. Since yesterday I have been locked in my house alonwith my family as the entire house is surrounded by some 15 to 20 monkeys and we are not able to move out even for procurement of basic needs. It has been observed that the sweeper comes once in fortnight to sweep that streets due to which the complete street remains filthy and stinks. Not sure if the sanitary inspector assigned to this area is aware about this or he is accepting bribe from her and not taking any action against her.
