Dear Madam / Sir, I am a resident of Bihari Colony, Shahdara and would like to bring in your notice about the menace the stray dogs have created in the streets. It has become a perennial problem due to stray dogs as they keep on barking whole night disturbing people, biting people and choldern crossing by and spreading littering all around the streets. I am the resident of South Delhi Dakshinpuri 20 Block J.J Colony. Here due to illegal construction the area of the street has shrinked to 3feet only. Mr. Satpal resident of House No. 81 and 82 Dakshinpuri 20 Block J.J Colony Dr. Ambedkar nagr Delhi-110062 has constructed a Chabutra in the street illegally covering about 6-7feet. Second resident Mr X of House No. 55, 20 Block J.J Colony Dakshinpuri Dr. Ambedkar nagr Delhi-110062 has done the same and list is go on many of them is following the same just because no one is there to stop them.In the cases of medical emergency the auto can not come in the sreet and we have to take the patient foot for 100 foot to avail the auto. The residents of this street is feeling very uncomfortable due to these illegal constructions. Please help us by clearing these illegal constructions, we will be so obliged to you. Sir, in our area there are lots of dogs and buffaloes milk seller's. These animal creates a problem in our daily life like smells, which is responsible for many diseases.so I would like to tell MCD department that they should take out these dogs and buffaloes to the other place and take action about these buffalo's milk seller. There are lot of stray dogs which troubles the locals and every pedestrian. They even keep barking through out the day and night creating a lot of disturbance, specially during the night. There are 4 to 5 stray dogs at 161, Gaganvihar extension, exactly Opposite Community Centre, New Delhi - 110092. Landmark near Bal Mandir school, Preet vihar. Please note that these dogs have bitten several residents here and are very dangerous to our children who play in the vicinity. I have also suffered a severe dog bite from one of them today. They become evil at every night and the visitors are mostly hang-on by the street dogs. This is very embarrassed. It has been more than a fortnight that we are facing these hardships. Due to sewer water at the entrance our Shop, it becomes almost impossible to enter or depart without your legs being drenched in the dirty sewer water.It has made our life living hell with this foul smell. dear concerned authorities i am resident of A-1 /11- B hastsal vihar uttam nagar -110059 near holi chowk please visit our lane to see the dreadful condition of our streets there are pile of garbage in all the streets there has been the sewer construction going on its completed now ( as per our knowledge) but roads are not constructed on top of that MCD worker visit once in a month scoop out the garbage from the drains n didnt collect it the garbage lies there for weeks again eventually it lies on the drain or on the roadside i have complaint against a plot A-1/12 (3-4 months back ) that people are putting garbage from all the neigbouring lanes and our lane too MCD worker came they collected the garbage from the road n drain and dump it to the same plot is my problem resolved? the plot is still open no action has been taken against the MCD workers or the owner of the plot which lies open serve as a dumpyard since then. (please come n see ) mine house is just beside the plot there are mice everywhere in our house people empty there rattraps there . Swine Flu is spreading very fast n we are living in this pitiful condition this is my last complaint i will kept this as a proof that i hv complaint but no action has been taken n we are suffering because of your negligence i know MCD workers are less but they are not working the way they have too we are not demanding that they will come everyday to serve us but eventually do their duty properly i request you to look into the matter n resolve it as soon as possible i am attaching a proof PFA

Sir, I was submitted a written complaint against MCD worker (safai wala) in Deputy Commissioner Office on 19.02.2015 at 16 Raj Pura Road Delhi, but no action has been taken by MCD department. The Safai Karmachari is not doing well clean in our complax, when any body suggeste to safai karmachari for proper cleanness, just that man are arguing and rough language with abuses talking. Several time i was complaint to mcd senior officer but no action till date. My shop has been sealed since Sept 2006 as I was running Scraps business under the same premises.I have already mentioned in written that I will no longer run the same business under the same shop.Also, I'v already paid Parking&Conversion charges, Ten Times Penalty and House Tax as asked by the MCD.Despite of fulfilling all the formalities as asked by the Honourable Monitoring Comittee, No action has been taken in this regard.Its been almost more than seven years that I am sitting on the road and my financial condition is no longer stable.I am unable to fulfill my obligations towards my family.I hope I'll get a positive revert from your end at the earliest. Hey, My name is Preeti Yadav D/F of Nahar Singh. I live in Qazipur(Ward Name: Isapur, Zone: Najafgarh) . Actually garbage is the biggest problem in our village. Outer side of village near primary school looks like garbage house. Which smell is too bad and also causes diseases. If you once visit and sea the situation of outer area of village than you will going to be notice that how the MCD worker at lower grade working over their.Half of the village throws their garbage their which creates problem for us.Due to which one part of village is going to be polluted and spreading disease . At this time when many disease spread in our country they just increasing the problem. Lots of people throws cow dunks on the road, half of the road is covered with cow dunks. There are few peoples who are working in MCD did not coming & following duty since 1 year for cleaning.we several time requested them but they are not ready to clean the roads and Water drainage system of outer side which is chocked completely. . Now the situation is out of control and they are not ready to take any action against dirtiness. Please do the necessary action... Please take the proper action on that and remove all garbage and cow dunks from there.
