Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — blocked rainwater drain

I am living in F block east of kailash.The rain water drain in front of my house is fiiled with silt.Please help with desilting of the drain as the water came into our house day before yesterday when it rained so heavily.again the water ealong with mud entered because the drains need desilting.
Request you to please look into the matter on priority basis.

Its being noticed that mass illegal extraction of ground water is taking place at A3/242 paschim vihar new delhi 110063 so its my request to the authorities to take action to stop the use of industrial chemicals, mosquitoes menace
