Dear sir, With great respect to you I, Barjesh Jain want to draw your kind attention towards an illegal parking running by some unknown person just behind of "Suraksha Nursing Home" Dilshad Colony for the last so many months. This illegal parking is made for Car/Autorickshaw/Rehri & ordinary rickshaws causing great inconvenience to the residents of nearby flats & other areas. Some bad elements & drunken people always quarrel day n night make nuisance. These indecent people are making our life miserable, making fun of ladies on the way to their homes. I alongwith other residents of our colony have complaint a no. of times to your office n at centralised no.[protected]. But sorry to say there is no response till date. Dear sir Since last 2 yrs we r facing this problem before that no one is throwing garbage on road . We can't walk and can't stand on bus stops for schools. The odour smell is also make air pollute We done many complains regards same problem in past but you people only send the staff to clean the place. It's not the permanent solution ... Dear MCD/ National Green Tribunal Team, Greetings ! We are residents of Inderpuri colony, New Delhi. We have been requesting our zonal MCD Horticulture office ( Karol Bagh Zone) from july 2013 to do the census of existing trees in our blocks & entire colony but till date there has been none. There are residents/ civic agencies who cut the trees for pruning without following the laid guidelines. The existing trees are not maintained by MCD as per the laid processes resulting in some of them in real bad shape. There are streets where there are no/very few trees & there has been no initiative my MCD to plant new trees. In particular to our request MCD Horticulture hasnt done anything yet. Request you to instruct MCD karol bagh Zone horticulture division to do the census as per the provisions of the law & upkeep the existing trees & plat new ones in the streets. Complaint regarding unauthorized construction being carried out at at A-75, Amar colony Lajpat nagar -4 Dear Sir The above noted unauthorized construction is being carried out at the above noted premises without complying basic requirements to do so. That the construction is not being carried out as per the 2021 Master plan of Delhi. That all the construction material is always lying on the road making it difficult for vehicles to pass by and creating traffic jams and causing problems to local residents. That sir nowadays such unauthorized constructions have become a nuisance to the society and are prevalent throughout Delhi which if not stopped will create havoc to the infrastructure of Delhi. That sir I have a belief that the construction is not even carried out in a legal manner so much so that even the basic MCD requirements are not met by the builder while constructing the said property. sir i have given complaint to all the related departments but no action has been taken till DATE .MAZOR DEVIATIONS ARE THERE IN THE PREMISES .MORE THEN 100% COVERAGE IN THE PREMISES. CONCERN OFFICERS OF THE CONCERN AREA ARE ALSO INVOLVE IN IT .THEY HAVE TAKEN MONEY FOR GIVING FALSE REPLY TO THE DEPARTMENT.

Sir, I have made several complaints for the last two months to Mr. Rishipal, of MCD department on his mobile number [protected] but all i vain. A mad dog is sitting in front of my house door. it is very dangerous for us to go out or to come in the house. I reqeust that this dog may please be removed from our house at the earliest. Dear Concern, I would like to bring to your kind attention that several times I have raised many complaint on MCD online grievance Portal for unauthorized construction and installation of Heavy industrial generators in a residential area. It has almost been more than a month I have raised my 1st complaint but till date no action has been taken and also we have not received any reply on that. Some of the complaint no's are: 1. GRV/WSZ/2014/001260, dated: 4/5/14 2. GRV/WSZ/2014/001195, dated: 27/04/14 3. GRV/WSZ/2014/001326. dated: 10/05/2014 I have raised a complaint against the 39, NWA, Club Road Punjabi Bagh. They are installing heavy commercial generators & Gadgets on their back lane which is a residential area and of Punjabi Bagh Extn. This will create a heavy noise pollution and its also an illegal construction outside their house area. Snaps of the same is attached herewith. It is a request from my side to kindly take the action against it and stop this illegal construction. Looking forward for a positive response from your side.

SIR, THERE IS A FULL LINE SEWER BLOCKAGE IN GALI NO 14, WEST GURU ANGAD NAGAR, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI 92. FROM LAST ONE WEEK. THE REGULAR CLEANER ARE CAPABLE TO CLEAN IT. A LOT OF WATER STANDING ON ROAD. i resident of lodi colony want to share some problem of c-2 block which we are facing .sir their is a shop of taxi stand person {doaba}who will put his cars near by the blocks which is unauthorised and many of people will facing this problem because he park his cars near our blocks which not legal, if children play outside the block so he told him don't touch the cars even if ball touch his cars than he scold the children .nearby that their is a panwari shop his name is kamlesh who were selling tobacoo products in resident area which is illegal as per the government rule you cant sell any tobacoo products near by any resident area or the surroundings of any school and there are three schools which are in lodhi colony area 1. kendriya vidhalaya, 2. n.d.m.c and navyug school and during the night time people use to go around that area even though womens are not able to use that road after 7pm, people will go behind the trucks and do drinking over their which is also illegal.i guess you will go through my compalint and take a strict action as soon as possible . because now government is changed and now i will go to senior authorities as well if i does now find any action againt them

Dear MCD Team, Our Road in Harkesh Nagar, Near Okhla Metro Station, New Delhi-110020 has been damaged since last 2 - 3 months. The worker said that we are installing Sever Line so that the road was damaged. But they are not doing work properly. Some pipes are set but some are still outside. Now the work again stopped we don't know why. The JCB driver said that the engineer told that the pipes are not set properly so again we removed the pipes & then set them properly again after 15 or 20 days. All colony members are facing much difficulties, because this is the only single road which we have used to our children school transportation & other daily needs transportation. This is our main road & way. Kindly try to repair it ASAP. All Harkesh Nagar Residencials

Dear Sir In our street no 5, in fornt of Metro Modal Public School at Krishan Vihar, New Delhi 110086, their is a house constructed, at G-10, gali No 5, fornt of Metro Model Public school, Dharam Market, Krishan Vihar, New Delhi 110086, First of all they people construct their house by covering 1 feet street area illegally, secondly they block the street by spreading over building material in the street. By blocking to put their building material in street their is lot of inconvenience face by us. In view of the above, i requested to your honour kindly look into the matter and force them to not construct their house by covering 1 feet street area illegally and keep clean the street. Dear Sir An Illegal godown for spply of cement & other powdered material is running at C-107, Lajpat Nagar-IV, New Delhi -110024, Corner building. The loading and unloading of trucks in this area is discharging powdered dust particles in the air day & night, The cement & powdered dust particles are affecting us very badly, Our house gets dirty with these dust particles, we are not able to cross through this area, Our vehicles are getting dirty every day.. We are not able to breath properly. The Stone dust, Sand, Bricks, Ladders are lying on the way every time disturbing our passage, Sand & cement floating in air. I request the concerned auth dueorities to kindly inspect the shop/ godown as early as possible & take some necessary action to abate this public nuisance. We are hoping a strict action from MCD's end because this is becoming a threat to our environment as our small children are also suffering from this nuisance.

Dear Sir, Illegal Cement Storage in residential area & loading & unloading of trucks for cement & other powdered materials & supply causing dust particles to float in the air causing breathing problem, enters our house. Through this letter I want to draw your kind attention regarding the illegal operating of factories in residential area. With reference to one of the File No.: AO/FL/SDMC/2013/133.
I want to remind you that there was raid by Factory Inspector on following Address
M/S Mann International
RZ 58A (First Floor)
Gali No.8 Tughlakabad Extension
New Delhi- 110019
In this raid and inspection it was found that this factory was running without having valid Municipal Factory License and violating the orders of Honourable Supreme Court. Since these units were running unauthorized violating DMC Act as well as the orders of Supreme Court, the Inspector and his team disconnected the POWER/ WATER supply of the unit immediately.
But I want to inform you that after all this landowner of the property mentioned above MR. ARUN KHANNA rented the property to some other factory and he too provided them the electricity supply illegally from the Second Floor Electricity connection.
Factory is still running only the proprietor has changed. Electricity and water is also available to the factory but illegally.
We all residents are very disturbed with its working and I on behalf of all residents I request you that please take the appropriate action as soon as possible.

Sir, This is to say that a number of cows have been poisoned in New Rajendra Nagar. They were absolutely young, healthy cows, one was pregnant also. The cows have been roaming here for the past so many years and we have not witnessed such great massacre early. As soon as the cow gets poisoned the van comes in five minutes as if they already know that a cow is about to die and they are waiting for it to happen. This is not only cruelty but downright selfishness, greediness, meanness. We will definitely bring this in the media if you do not punish the concerned culprits. This is a big lobby and many people are involved in it. Do you know that the cow which was poisoned on Sunday 27th April was pregnant. Blood was oozing out of her mouth and this is happening all over Delhi because of the Cow skin. We hope you will take cognizance of the matter or else we will file a complaint in court, and inform the same in Media and in all newspapers. New Rajendra Nagar Resident

It has been 15 days since the mcd workers have chopped the old roAds of our society for re-construction and noone has come to report and even pick the chopped of roads malva.which is why i am filling a complaint here it is affecting all the people of the society as the childrens are getting hurt while playing in the society as the malva is liying outside our houses, it is even making thre sorroundings dirty as water lodges in the mud and mosqiutoes are rising in the area, which are very harmful for the kids playing outside in the evening, the locality is getting dirty and i demand the concirned authorities to take strict action and make the pending workdone ASAP.

dear sir i am a resident of palam colony raj nagar part 2 address rzf 968/5, gautam bhudh marg, we are very upset bciz of our neighboour they tie there both cows on the road in front of my house its lot of nad smell come out of here lots of mosquoto, my dad is a chronic liver disease patient ots very dangerous to him also so please take some action.
