I am a resident of 11 block, geeta colony, darbaar marg, near geeta colony police station, delhi-31. I am writing on behalf of all the residents of our society. our society people resident of 11/23 used street for their family function(marriage of the son) and they dumped all the garbage in street after their function. they have not get cleaned the street after three days of their function. No MCD worker or sweeper has came from last one week. now after raining it is spreading smell and I am afraid to say that the chances of epidemic diseases have increased and we are living in fear to getting ill from the conditions of the street. I have already call to Senior Inspector of MCD also regarding this. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

This is to draw your attention towards the problem of severe encroachment on brahmpuri road, between brahmpuri and chauhan banger. The road connects seelampur to ghonda. The problem is very old and i don't know why the local authorities have allowed it to continue. The encroachment is multi-layered. The footpath is considered the undeclared property of the shop owners (Almost half or more than half of the shop is on and beyond the footpath). So, the concept of footpath is non-existent here. The unauthorizedly parked vehicles form the second layer of encroachment. The vendors (Selling fruits/vegetables and other items) form the third layer of encroachment. This leaves very little space for traffic movement, and there is no space for the pedestrians. The pedestrians are forced to walk in the middle of the road in a very unsafe manner. I am sharing a video which was shot around 8 in the morning. It shows a shop selling building materials (Between street no. 7 and 8 of chauhan banger). The shop owner has knowingly encroached more than half of the road. He has made the road highly unsafe for the pedestrians who also include 5 to 10 years old kids going to and from their schools. (There are two schools on the road nearby.) the problem of encroachment and traffic jams worsens as the day advances. I'm a parent of one of the school-going kids and worried for their safety, especially when the parents are not able to go with their kids.
I, therefore request the concerned authorities to realise the gravity of the situation on brahmpuri road and take some steps to help the locals get rid of this problem. For safety reasons, i'm not revealing my identity.

Sir, most respectfully i like to say that illegal balcony is being constructed in mig flats east of loni road shahdara delhi 110093 at flat no -590. Due to their construction work construction dirt and material are lying on the floor uncovered also while doing plaster the remaining leftover are there on the road and in front of house, due to which it is creating air pollution because of which the old people that passes by suffers suffocation and irritation as this flat is on main road. As per delhi govt and mcd norms construction materials should be covered and the remaining plaster and cement should be removed as it gets hard and gets stick to road that makes the road uneven due to which accident can happen in the future. Also no official from mcd come and issue challan to these people rather they just note down and take money as bribe and left.. Take strict action as soon as possible.

Sir, i want to draw your attention towards the illegal construction going on in mig dda flats east of loni road shahdara delhi 110093 at flat no 592 top floor flat.at rooftop he made another full mig flat without any rcc or pillars or columns due to which it becomes highly dangerous if an earthquake comes or in more rainy days it is possible that whole building may get collapse as the load increased whereas the proposed d
da scheme was meant for only 4 flats(ground, 1, 2, 3).also some edmc je came to visit but he took bribe and left.so if anything happen in future like if building collapse then you will be responsible and strict action will be taken against you... that's why plz do make a visit there and do the needful as soon as possible

Sub: street road construction

Dear sir,

I want to draw your kind attention towards the road condition in street no. 08, j-extension, near jain mandir, laxmi nagar, delhi-110092 is totally broken. We are unable to live on this street. Street seems like slum area. Monsoon season already started, water logging is also become a major problem and it's almost not possible to live there.

I have paid my property tax on 28-may-2018 and have lodged multiple grievances but some are closed saying that receipt generated and others are still open. Either ways the receipt is not generated and i don't know how to fix this. Please help. One of the grievance # is 35677

Sir, i am writing you this message for telling you that our park's groundwater motor has been fused and another one is not working from past may years. We have complained about it may time but no actions are taken. All the plants are dead now and the park has become barren! Nowadays it's too hot and the aren't getting water and no one is there to take care of them!! So please it's a humble request please make those motor repaired and that another one start working again! Also there are no swings in the park

Complaint:- since yesterday evening, there is an open sewer at the ghonda chowk. We registered a complaint yesterday. Two of your staff members came and took the other half metal cover along with them. It has now been many hours after this step. We fear the risk of children and vehicle riders being fallen in it. We took some measures but those proved temporary. Please proceed for the same at your earliest.

This is regarding water pipe which has been broken and every morning and evening fresh water flows in abundance and gets wasted. Almost gallons of water for more than an hour. The ditch in our locality has not been cleaned from past 1 month. It's chocked and water is flowing on road.

My name is savita rani. I am 66 years old and a patient of diabetes and heart. I am living alone in my flat no. 4/152 ug, gali no 11 old tejab mill, bhola nath nagar, shahdara, delhi-110032. People living on upper floors are throwing wastes in my shaft since last two months. They are not listening to me and misbehaving with me. These waste can lead to growing of germs mosquito etc. Which is the reason of deseases. Please check at your end and take necessary action at the earliest. I have also lodeged complaint with police in farsh bazar thanks, they advised me to lodge complaint with mcd.

I wish to bring to your notice an example of very poor construction work of a newly built concrete road in teliwara shahdara area. I am resident of 85 teliwara, near barra gurudwara shahdara. This road was constructed only last week. Since this road is very busy as it connects bhola bath nagar railway station. Our problem is that within one week construction there are large puddles of water from the slight rain that happened last night. Traffic on this road is non stop and with each passing vehicle dirty water splashes into homes and people walking towards gurudwara. We are pointing to you immediately because we specifically requested the contractor to make poroper slope. This is low lying area and we fear in heavy rains the whole area could be severity flooded. Even when there is no rain large puddles of dirty water is breeding ground for mosquitoes and deadly virus. My family is particularly exposed to the danger because my aged mom lives on the ground floor. She has poor health and can not climb stairs to avoid dangers of dirty water and bacteria.

It was a great and welcome move to electronically mutate the property in edmc too. But to my surprise. This service was operating about 20 days back

Online service pertaining to much awaited e-mutation is not working since more than 15 days. I check it up daily morning and evening.
On contacting customer care at north zone shahdara office, it was informed that need not to worry and why i look for emutation. He personally advised secretively to contact the concerned area inspector. Over phone it was also told le de ke sam kaam ho jaate hain when i asked the person to disclosed his identity, he refused and cut the phone.

Complaints in this regard was also emailed to commissioner dr kaur mail.

But no positive response and no reply
Please let consumer know how to take the country / municipal corporations forward digitally in line with prime minister as well government vision of digital india.

We are facing huge problem due to this outlet which evacuate its dirty water in the commercial building, basement which got logged using illegal submersible since long .We have complaint many times regarding the same issue to concerned authorities but all go in vain because of Sagar Ratna's owner having huge connection in the concerned dept. and told us we are not afraid of any authority .

I am owner of a LIG flat in Nand Nagri, Delhi. I am required to pay house tax on the said property every year.

The House tax is paid by me online every year through the MCDPROPERTTAX site, which caters to East Delhi Municipal Corporation also.

This year the site for East Delhi Municipal Corporation is flashing a message that the site has been stopped. If I do not pay the House Tax by 30.06.2019, I am bound to lose 20% rebate available upto 30.06.2019.

So my complaint is why has the site been stopped at such a crucial time and it should be opened immediately so that the tax payer could pay the house tax by 30.06.2019 and avail 20% rebate.

Please get this resolved.

Dear sir,

Most of the people use the online medium for different services provided by edmc for property tax purpose. Their website is down and not functional for quite some time now and i have also seen many other customers complaining online about the same but nothing has been done so far to make it live. There is no other medium to entertain the following services which is a huge inconvenience:
1. Online filing of property tax returns
2. Property tax receipts
3. Property tax grievances
4. Property tax grievance status

Several complains have been maid via twitter and email but no response.

The link says edmc property tax services have been stopped.

This is creating a lot of issues, kindly look into it and have the website link started again so that people can fill the property taxes online and aren't harassed to stand in queues and visit the mcd offices in peak summers.
