I have paid my Property Tax on[protected] though online Axis bank payUbiz . The money has been deducted from my account but i am not able to see the receipt . I have raised the grievance but it i still showing pending. Grievance id is 40606. i have tried to call complain numbers but nobody is attending the call. Please look into the matter.

I have deposited house property tax of rs. 1339.44. For the year 2019-20 on 01 june at 8.59 pm as amount has already debited from my citi credit card, but payment receipt did not generate on portal. I have registered a grievance on edmc portal on same day and the grievance no is 40486. Kindly look into matter and sort out my problem at the earliest.

I am a resident of ekta apartment, geeta colony, delhi-31. I am writing on behalf of all the he residents of our society.in front gate of our society people used to throw garbage openly which gives a very bad i age of our locality that too front gate of the society. We did many complaints to mcd but no one paid heed to it. During elections they come and clean but after that people start throwing the garbage again the whole making the condition too unhygienic. Also the drains on the sides of the society are filled with garbage and choked. Stray animals used to stay there the whole day. Also the back side of the society is having the same problem. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. We requested many times to mcd but they don't take care. We wrote to neema bhagat multiple times and visited her also but nothing done by her. I am uploading few videos of the current situation. If no action is taken than sorry to inform this i will write the letter to pmo stating pm of india how's swach bharat abhiyaan is going on in our area

Malba and debris heap lying after recarpeting of back lane with concrete at b - block park, swasthya vihar, delhi 110092. It's been more than 20 days since it's lying and creating nuisance and major health hazard.
I spoke to sh. Paramjit ji, j. E., in charge many a times and requested him to do the needful at the earliest but no response and urgency on his part.
Such officers are burden and should be should be given show cause notice and have no right to continue in job.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest with strict action against mr. Paramjit under intimation to me otherwise, i will be forced to move court against corporation as well.

From few months i have made complaint several times regarding sever blockage and sewage water mixing in water line and due to same our family members get affected for fever.
As my earlier complaint in water department help line no 1916 complaint no[protected] i have done many times but no response from the sewage department and water line department, kindly pay attention to it..
I have request you pls change the sever line and water line any further delay because both lines very old and not change last 20 years

I paid my property tax through your payment channel partner payu enterprises, gurugram twice as per the details below :-
1. I made my first attempt to make payment towards the above mentioned property on 29.03.19 for rs. 840.69. The amount was debited from my credit card, but the page expired & receipt could not be taken.
2. Thinking that my first transaction had failed, i made second attempt on 31.03.19 to pay property tax towards the above property. Once again a sum of rs. 840.69 was debited from my credit card, but the page expired again & receipt could not be taken.
3. I wrote to your payment gateway vendor payu enterprises & they confirmed that both the transaction for rs. 840.69 has been successful & the transaction ids are[protected]c9e3ab8e1c2d &[protected]ca0f3adea659.

You are requested to confirm the receipt of the above payment & issue me the receipt for rs. 840.69 towards property tax for the year 2018-19..

You are also requested either to refund the extra amount of rs. 840.69 paid by me to edmc or issue a receipt for rs. 840.69 as an advance property tax for the year 2019-20.

Dear sir/ madam,

It is in continuation to various/ previous complaints sent to your office through post and emails, few days back, for which no action has been taken yet, by your department.
The earlier copy of complaint is hereby attached for your ready reference.
Complaint was sent on anonymous residents' behalf because the people who are practicing these wrong deeds are quite influential, and can further cause problem to the innocent complainants.

Sensitivity of the matter is that a serious accident, recently happened during night of 21st march 2019. A major fire broke down in our residential colony, chander vihar, i. P. Extension (Near mayfair apartments). It started in a parking/ godown (Plot no. 203, main road chander vihar), which continued for 2-3 hours. However things were controlled by the timely action of fire dept. And luckily there were no casualties in the same and nearby buildings.

This accident could have turned to a big disaster, if it would have spread to the adjacent basement godown of explosive chemicals/ paints (Plot no.204, below m. S. General store). 1000s of leters of inflammable chemicals & paints are stored in this property.in case this paint and chemical godown caught fire, the whole residential area would have blown off resulting large number of casualties.

There are many properties/ floors nearby, which are used as commercial purposes.

Since i felt it is my duty as an responsible citizen, to inform you regarding these malpractices in the neighborhood, so i on behalf of all residents request you to survey the area and take timely action on the subject matter and keep my identity undisclosed. After all, its a question of large number of people’s lives.

There is a blocked drain on east azad nagar road just opposite to the mcd primary school. It stinks and mosquitoes are breeding in that standing water. It is a big threat to the children of the society and school also. Various cases of dangue fever were registered last year in that area. Plzzz resolve this to the earliest. We have complained a number of times but no response.

This is in refrence to the unauthorized occupation of land by fruit sellers near karkardooma metro station redlight.
Around 15 to 20 fruit sellers has illegally has taken control of the road near karkardooma metro station red light (Saini enclave bus stand). From evening time to till late night it has created jam on the road. Once or twice government authorities has taken action against them and now again they have occupied the area which has created jam on the karkardooma road which has become one of the busiest road due to metro station. It is being submitted that strict action is needed against such illegal activities which is creating problem for the general public in large and regular follow up is also needed. It is also creating problem for the environment
Being a responsible citizen i expect immediate action from the responsible higher authorities.

I'm very tired full of these type of things in the street again n again.. Please send garbage car in my street.. Who can came in the other street but not coming in my street so please try to understand my problem... All people through out the garbage our house.. And garbage man not come regularly like other garbage man.. And not clear street every days.. Whats type of these things go... I can't really understand... Firstly my complaint resolve as soon as possible..

I park my vehichle at edmc parking adjacent saraswati kunj, everyday at night you can see people drinking alcohol in their cars and misbehaving with others, they park more vehicle than the authorised in the parking, there are more than 2000 vehicles every night, they take car keys from customers and sleep in them with ignition on. Everyday you can find a new scratch in your car and when you complaint about it to the parking incharge (Named daggu) they are ready to fight with you. They have opened up a denter&painter shop inside the parking for looting the customers. I ask you to take some serious action as soon as possible so that the within nearby society and colony dont face much problem. Thanking you

I tried the process again, making the online payment again, but with the same result.

I have deposited house property tax for the property no.[protected] of rs. 2356.19/- for the year 2019-20 on 18 may at 10:14 pm as amount has already debited from my grand son sbi debit card, but payment receipt did not generate on portal. Now i am trying to get payment receipts online but your server is saying me to make the payment again. I have confirmed from the bank and passbook that amount of 2356.19/- has deducted from the account. Please kindly look into matter and sort out my problem as soon as possible.

New drains were made 1 year ago but they are of no use..rain water doesn't get drained in drains. It creates a huge problem for shopkeeper like us. It heavily affects our day to day working. Drains made are not properly designed as no holes are made for water drainage. Please look into the matter as early as possible because in the rainy season it will be very difficult for use to open the shops.

There is water leakage in a pipeline for past couple of weeks and nobody is taking any action regarding this and water is over flowing from it so that huge amount of water is wasting daily.

Please take a look and fix this asap.
