I hear by submitting a petition against an illegal construction behind my flat. Due to this construction it blocks the sun light and air ventilation to my flat and it also un safe for my flat for theft. There for kindly take proper action immediately to stop such illegal construction going on behind my flat. My flat no 48/c, poket b, dilshdgarden, delhi -95
Complain.

With great disppointment i have to say that inspite of making complaint prior to this [id: 2023589] my issue has not been resolved yet.

As per your mail, one the representatives from mcd office were supposed to give me a call for discussing the issue but i haven't even received any email concerned to my issue.

The complaint was made on 20th july and today its 3rd august still there is no sign of improvemnet.

I would request you to kindly look into matter and try to get the issue resolved asap.

Sir,
This is to inform you that lot of water is flowing from benieth the main road from two properties ahead of my home. Now the water stays through out the day and it's muddy all around. Even some sort of mosquitoes and worms have started breeding which will effect the health of people staying or working around.
This requires your immediate attention as it's rainy season and could become a health hazzard.

This is to bring to your notice that at f27 madhu vihar building there is open human excreta draining into side drain from upper storeys and no action has been taken by any of the residents please do the action urgently as the ground floor people s life is in misery. The drainage pipe is draining the human excreta in open sewer nallah meant to drain rain water.

There are too many mosquitoes in our area which is a very big problem as they are irritate us all the night...
So it's my humble request that please spray the mosquitoes repellent spray in our area as early as possible...
Hope you will think about my request and will take action as early as possible...

This is to inform that there is open / broken sevege pipe carrying human excreta at the property f-27 madhu vihar gurudwara gali patparganj. It’s draining through both sidewalls and causing lot of infection and breeding ground for mosquitoes and flies. It is becoming unbearable even to pass through this very very dirty passage just next to stairs
Please look into the matter on priority basis and rectify the menace.

I am resident of g d colony, mayur vihar, phase 3. I'm living in area from last 8 years but atleast from 6 months we are facing hell like situation in our locality. Roads are miserable and when it rains it becomes impossible to even go on the roads. Recently my friend got injured in because he roads have so many holes in roads which are invisible when it rains.
Everyday atleast 10-12 people gets injured including children's, old age and females.
This has become a serious issue in my locality. Why we don't have roads when we are paying taxes. Are you waiting for casuality or a serious accident or for mr narendra modi/arvind kejriwal they will come in here then only you will feel your duty.
Its been more than 6 months that your department broke the roads but no one came back to repair them and its always mud, sand in air, cough, itching, asthama and other diseases only because of your negligency and face turn from your basic duty.
I challenge you guys, just come once in your car, bike or any vehicle and ilsee if you could pass in g d colony without any issue with your vehicle. Just try once.

I am not waiting for my family member to get injured or face any issue due to you guys. Please feel like human and do something if you think its your duty.
I'm not asking for your support, i'm just looking to see you guys doing your job as we do.

On 30th june 2018 i tried to pay house tax against property id
[protected] which registered on name madhuri rai, through hdfc bank payment gatway with standard chartered credit card ending with 5546 xxxx xxxx 9529 that time payment gatway shows payment successful but after that payment receipt not genrated and rs 1645 including payment gatway charges is debited from my credit card.

From till date receipt is not updated at edmc house tax website and also i dont recived any kind of refund.

At last i again make payment for house tax on 16th july 2018 which is sucessfully updated.

Sir please check and confirm till when i got my money back also share transaction id of that transaction.

Please try to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I want draw your attention towards a "manhole" in ganesh nager 2nd sharkarpur gali no.2 (Opposite max lab) which had been left open from last 2 days without any cover on it, and due to this sheer negligence there has been many instances when a lot of people (Specially drivers) are keep falling in it. I believe we should not wait for any major accident (Like a child or an old folk accidentally fall in it).
Requesting you to please act upon it as soon as possible. Thanks!

There’s uncovered pothole in chandbagh, at C block between street no. 1 and 2 karawal nagar, in front of HIGH RISE BUILDING which is approximately 55 to 60 feet high building and is visible from a far distance.
Proper actions need to be taken by the concerned authorities before a big accident takes place.
Anyone can FALL into that pothole which can lead to major mishappening.

नगर पालिका ने बारिश के मौसम में गंदे नाले का कूड़ा लोगो के घर के सामने निकल दिया हैं जिससे लोगो को घर से बाहर निकलें में परेशानी हो रही हैं हम ऑफिस नही जा पा रहे हैं ना बाइक घर से निकल रही हैं किसी को भी बीमारी हुई तो इसकी जिम्मेदारी edmc लेगी क्या? हम लोग सफाई कर्मचारियों से बोलते है तो वह हमारी बातो को कोई भी जवाब नही देते हैं इसलिए मेरी आप लोगो से गुजारिश है कि आप यहां का कूड़ा जल्द से जल्द साफ करवाये हम बस आपसे उमीद रखते हैं आपकी बहुत बहुत कृपा होगी।

Street dogs are a menace in our block. More than 15 dogs in my block. These dogs are frequently biting the children & even adult residents here. All residents are afraid of such street dogs.
Yesterday also, a street dog has bitten to me when I’m coming to my house street. I request you to arrange to catch the street dogs from our in my block, at the earliest and oblige.

I would like to draw your attention to the failure of staff working under your supervision on subject matter.
The sanitary conditions in my street are miserable. The hacks of garbage are laying everywhere.

Its really disappointing that where government is constantly working towards "Swacch Bharat Abhiyan" the government staff are not following it themselves.

On requesting the staff member who comes to clean our street, he argued that its not the waste drain so I wouldn't pick it up.

The condition becomes worst in rainy days when the garbage mixes with water and makes safe havens for dengue mosquitoes and other insects.

In the light of above mentioned circumstances, you are requested to make necessary arrangements for the proper and timely cleanliness of wastebaskets (specially which is lying at present)

An early action in this regard shall be highly praised by the entire residents of our street.

It is to inform you that the road conditions in Radheypuri extension, krishna nagar are deteriorating with the passing of each day. Neither are the roads in proper condition nor are they cleaned. Accumulation of stagnation of water are frequent. The drains seem to be blocked. The condition becomes worse everytime it rains as dirty water stagnates on road and drains overflow. As unpleasant it may sound but the truth is that one can faeces and other impurities floating in that dirty overflowing...

I would like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the construction. As per the standard parametres of Delhi government in the residential area, 5th floor is not permitted. But our neighbour addressed WB-193, 4th-floor, Ganesh Nagar -2nd, shakarpur, Delhi-110092 is constructing the 5th floor for renting business purposes. This thing is very risky for the entire locality as the building is in a poor condition and it cannot withstand the pressure of a new 5th floor.So please stop this unauthorised construction. thanking you and please look into the matter

This is to inform you that I made online payment of my house tax with my DEBIT CARD dt 30/06/2018, but could not get the challan receipt. However the amount was debited from my account and when I asked with bank about this they have told me if it will not credited into EDMC it will refund but nothing has happened till date.
Kindly do needful ASAP.
