Sir, illegal land filling activities carried out at night, in creek adjoining eastern express highway between amar mahal and chheda nagar
Already, a parking lot created. More activities going on
There will be severe flooding in all areas, during next monsoon, due to this.
Also, hundreds of vehicles parked in all bylaws of chheda nagar. The owners of these vehicles are not known.
No idea whether these vehicles are used for illegal activities or are stolen.
Since these area are disputed territory, no government agencies interested in the issue.
At junction of amar mahal and mumbai nagar, domestic water connection used for commercial purposes. Hundreds aof vehicles cleaning done daily. Even police vehicles
Kindly pass on this complaint to appropriate authorities

There are too many stray dogs in shivpuri road in chembur east. During the night they are too active and shout at people walking past the road. The people get frightened. Elderly people can't sleep at night because of their continuos barking.in work in a mnc and i can't get peaceful sleep due to their barking after working hard for the entire day. Bmc should do something immediately to address this issue.

My name is mihir mehta residing since past 11 years at the below address:

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of nearby societies about numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite. Several persons have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens.

But today morning at around 8.00 am when i was returning home from my routine morning walk, one of such dogs came out of a nearby society named neha apartments and attacked from behind on my left leg (Around knee area). I have suffered few scratches along a deep wound and had to rush to a family doctor for an immediate treatment. I was given titanus & rabies injections and asked to complete 5 doses of rabies vaccine.

So this is my humble request you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

I have observed since many months that some people have been building illegal shanties on the footpath besides indian oil nagar bus stop (Mw0316).
But recently i saw those people climbing over the bus stop and storing things like blankets and utensils.
I could manage only one photograph, because it's scary to click in front of them.

They are using the bus stop as their personal kitchen, bedroom and i dont know what.

Please if you could do something about this it would be great.

Plz look into the matter and its a request get it repair as soon as possible

Capt. Samant Marg has of late become one of the busiest road in Mumbai as it serves as a vital link for travellers from Lokhandwala/Veera Desai road, who use it for reaching Balasaheb Thackeray flyover. The road is ever busy with heavy traffic and it is a tough task for residents of multiple buildings in the area to move around. The problem has aggravated due to illegal encroachment of footpath by various hawkers and business including by Amazing kids nursery. The day is not far for a major accident to happen as pedestrian has no option except to walk in the middle of traffic.
Please initiate action for removal of encroachment especially on Jogeshwari side

I am residing in rajawadi, ghatkopar (Near rajawadi garden). There are almost 10 to 15 street dogs who keeps on barking whole night which creates nuisance for the whole area.
Requesting you to please send dog catchers immediately so that people can have a better sleep.
Because of this street dogs life has become very disturbing for the people staying in rajawadi locality.
It is also very dangerous for the children going to garden.
Please take all this street dogs away.
Hope action would be taken at earliest.

There is mr. Rehman shaikh has covered open space and constructed a house at add-behind jaldarshan apt, chimbai rd, bandra (W) mum-50, near balaji house. He has constructed a house without any documents, there are lot of complains in h/west ward from last more than one year, he has also used the bmc toilet wall, which is also illegal, but still no action, please take strict action against the bmc officials and demolished the structure.

We are facing shortage of water for last months. Ghatkopar west himalaya housing society (W). We are not being able to get sufficient water for our daily needs also. Every alternate days we face problem.

We request you to please help us in this matter so that we can get sufficient water.

Nw a days i have seen bmc removing street hawkers from hari shankar joshi road dahisar east but at the same time the is a complete illegal establishment opp to sai collection in devraj mall parking area and no action are taken against them
If road side street vendors and hawkers are illegal than eve n that establishment is incorrect and proper action should be taken even against them

There is serious complaint regarding the stray dogs in street. The barking cause lot of disturbance and all the visitor face a very serious danger too. There are lots of them (Numbering to 20 dogs now days)

You are requested to look into the matter personally & make arrangements to pass orders to take action against the illegal construction, the concerned officers of mumbai municipal corporation, corporator immediately.

Encroachment on footpath of yusuf meher ali road
To, the ward officer,
It is surprising, your department is not aware that the hawkers have encroached the footpath of yusuf meher ali road selling unhygienic food for last so many years. Mainly juice hawker at corner of chakla street, opp zakaria masjid
Due to the above activities the area gets very dirty and has become mosquitos breeding place, it is also creating problems for traffic at near corner of chakla street (Shariff devji street)
Your are requested to pl. Take action on the staff of your department who are responsible for the same and pl. Arrange to remove the encroachment at the earliest and oblige

Dear sir, this is to bring to your notice that near my house the drainage line is choke up and there are lots of mosquitoes. This passage gets filled every time and we have to suffer with mosquito bites. We request you please send the appropriate department persons asap, because nowadays there are lots of cases of fever and dengue. Hoping for a quick reply from you.

I am sallauddin residing in cheeta camp trombay in k. Sector main road, since last 2 years we are facing gutter problem its over floating & water enter inside the house this due to drainage not cleaned since last 10 years & waste & mud filled & blocked the gutter.

It's been more than 20 days. I m using the bridge to reach highway. Being a working woman sometimes i am late and it's too scary to travel from jungles after 7 pm. Lacs of people use that bridge and facing real problem. We pay huge taxes to government and atleast we can expect basic road and security. Even autos refuse to use private aarey road because of path holes. Please make it fast sincere request.

I have raised a complain regarding an illegal expansion of ground + 1st floor to bmc on 23.10.14 complain no[protected]. No action so far.
The expansion is done at 12 rabiya bldg pathe bapurao marg 9th cross lane falkland rd mumbai 400004.
The illegal construction is done by mr gulam and mr ahmed.
I have raise the complain in 2010 also. All the complain copies are available with me. Besides this i have taken the picture of all those illegal complain

I reside in mumbai 400003, pydhoni, 57 kazi street, subah manzil. My complain is regarding dirty water being supplied from few months and guttars are flooding making streets dirty like slums areas. The water being supplied is not capable for drinking and using. I request you to give us a big garbage bin and good cleaning facility as we do support swach bharat abhyan, many foreign tourist stay in hotels of these areas because they are cheap in rates if things wil continue like this what image they will take with them regarding indias economical calital city mumbai, i request you to please react as soon as possible and help us we dont want our surrounding and neighbourhood to be dirty and spoil the image of our city.
