The plants have been growing on the exterior side of the building wall, and the roots have been blocking the water flow causing blockage and flooding in our house. We have complained about the matter a couple of time but the society did not take any initiative, saying they will resolve it after the monsoon last year. Still we faced this issue, and complained the same.in the end we had to call a plumber ourselves and pay for it to resolve the issue. We submitted the bill to the society, we got the refund after a month. We faced another serious issue as the tree was growing again somehow and the roots have entered in our house in the kitchen. We want this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible. This could also lead to weaken the building walls and another building fall fiasco.

We live on hughes road, mumbai since last 50 years.in 2014, mcgm carried out the road construction work, installing brihanmumbai storm water disposal system (Brimstowad) from the junction of hughes road-operahouse-chowpaty to kemps corner placing our building prone to water logging hazard.

The new road constructed is at least 18 inches higher than the level of the earlier old road. Thus all the water from the road gushes into our compound entrance as the road level has gone higher than our compound entrance and on top of it they have disconnected our original drainage system (Which was functioning perfectly) leaving no outlet for the storm water to drain.

Our building jehangir mansion is at the end of hughes road opposite sukh sagar building. Till 2014 we never had a drop of water accumulating in our compound even in the heaviest monsoon. But after the work done in 2014 by mcgm, there is a pool of water logging in our compound. This is due the rise of the road by 15-18 inches during the installation of brimstowad and construction of the road.

All the buildings on hughes road have gone at least 18-22 inches under the new road constructed., mcgm has not taken the resident buildings and their entrances into account at all during the execution of this project. There are certain buildings whose entrance gates have gone under the road.

We believe the storm water disposal system installed during the construction of the road under the aegis of brimstowad project was meant to eliminate storm water logging where there is water logging and to be carried out for the convenience of the citizens. But instead it has placed us in horrible conditions worse than the slums even during the least rains.

Our question is who passes such projects which are not required at all? Who does the inspection of whether the work is done in a correct manner or not? The exorbitant tax payer's amount has been spent on this project since it took almost a year to complete the same. A period during which we suffered tremendous inconvenience day and night. Now that the project is completed, we are living with life time nightmare and inconvenience during monsoon and god forbid with fear of drowning in the pool if there is any storm or heavy rains or sea storms.

Is the commissioner of mcgm, corporator, mayor or chief minister answerable for such projects being carried out at the expense of tax payers?

Who is responsible for this??

We had written a complaint to the municipal corporation, (Received by ‘d’ ward office, the commissioner, asst. Commissioner ‘d’ ward on 15 may 2014).
But to no avail.

Outside lol raunak apts in marol a huge space has been used by illegal immigrants making d place look like slum. There was an ope ground however people built slums and now are making it a full fledged homes of proper brick's. Please look into it. We cannot pass by that area now as it looks more like slum. This area is d end of bori colony where there is a hasant school the road leading to lok raunak. The whole roadside is occupied to built illegal houses. Please save marol andheri east from becoming a slum.

There is become a regular habit of a unknown dumper coming in the middle of night and unloading the building construction materials and other waste on the road side. Sir this so inhuman and the practice i'd being carried out for now quite some time, an later a job comes an clears in couple of days in the process gulping the tax payers money. The authorities have not bothered in this issue and subject. The culprit is becoming bold and doing what he wants. So request you sir to please put your best attention for public welfare and hygiene living.

I stay in malwani gaikwad nagar mhada malad west mumbai. Here the hawlkers jam full road and also sell defective goods in more price if say to less the price then they talk back answer also come to hit us here the bmc din do any thing... Whenever they come all the hawlkers on road run away and again after some time they do the same... I juz wanna ask will this stop in our area or no? Today i juz went to a hawker for buying onions the onions wer not proper so i juz sayed this onion are not proper brother he juz started arguing with me and suddenly his brother came to hit me. Public on road gather and finished of the matter... Its my request to you all juz plz take this bhaaji walas nd all hawlkers out from here... Here there are many shops we will buy from them but not with this peoples take this out plz.

This is keep you posted that we are facing lots of trouble due to stray dogs in our society. The number keep increasing these days as we can see more puppies. There has been few incidents where they chased small kids and they got hurt unfortuntely in order to save their back.

So kindly help us with this situation.

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of ramtekdi housing society. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had suffer this problem many times.in this last 30 days the number of dog as been increase on the way of nityanand baug road, sir we really can't feel safe. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

I am rafiq khan. I reside in bustan apartment, bellasis road, mumbai central, 400008. We are facing the problem of stray dogs in our vicinity for several months now.
These stray dogs are attacking children and pestering everyone. They are inside the building compound, due to which they are inevitable. We cannot send our children alone nor are we safe ourselves.
This has proven to be a constant nuisance for us. I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible. Kindly send a dog catcher team as soon as possible.

Difficult to travel from bhandup lbs to eastern expressway
Due to enchroachments of shop and garages on roads there is traffic jam. It is difficult to travel from bhandup lbs to eastern expressway. Vehicles parked on both sides of roads and shop material lying on roads is causing traffic jams.
Garrages are built on bmc grounds enchroaching roads.
What is bmc and traffic police doing

I am sanket khanvilkar a resident of dahisar (E), vaishali nagar. From last 20 days in our area 15 to 20 street dogs had created a terror in minds of the complex residents. These dogs attack anyone in group randomly at anywhere without any valid reason. Every resident of this complex had fed up and have to live in the fear of these dogs as they can attack anytime while walking. I myself and my family has experienced it, "n" number of times. Please take it as an serious note. Hope you will cooperate with us

I am writing to complain about illegal construction in danpada area in khar west. Building vander house is being illegally increased from 2 to more storeys. This is at the end of 21st road in khar west.

The extra floors were razed by the corporation a while back only to be restarted again. The construction is on about 15 hours a day causing great inconvenience to residents.

Request you to look into the matter.

Rustom baug is located next to masina hospital at "sant savta marg" - byculla - e ward - it is parsi charitable residential complex comprise of 23 building with approx 349 residents/occupants.

Since past few months we are having "stray dogs menace" as more than 10 to 15 stray dogs are freely roaming around. Our tenants and security try to push them out of the compound but again they enter by their routs.
Last week our one of the tenant was bitten by stray dog while he was jogging in the compound.
In the past, dog catcher van came and with great difficulty they coughs 2 dogs but surprisingly we noticed that van went little far away from our colony and set free these dogs which immediately intruded in our colony.
We all request you to take appropriate actions immediately.

With reference to the above usually for the past so many years what waterwe get from bmc is more than sufficient for 15 member flats of our society, infact as of now 3 flats are closed which remains only 12 flats,
We have an issue with a memeber with regards to his transfer which is made illegally since he was then in the managing committee, the same was reverted back on teh share certificate sinc ehe had no papers and legal notice was issuedto him. He was given 15 days time period which he failed to reply. He tries several means to put pressure on the present committes but failed.
Suddenly but on saturday 22nd july 2017 we fine water just vanished from the tank. We got water tanker on staurday late night and loaded both the tanks with 10000 ltrs of water, earlier we had checked all possibilites of leakage etc
Then again on 25th july 2017 we find again water vanished from the tank on the terrace as also down the society as we have auto pump as the water level lowers the tank on top gets reloaded from the tank which we get bmc water.
We find empty tanks on the top as also down, since then we are facing lot of watr shortage since cooking and drinking is a problem we have bore well for toilet and bathroom but now we need lets of water to come to that level where water can be automatically filled on top but the tank below which gets the bmc water is filling very slowly since 2 days we are unable to start water back.
We have reasons to believe that this member just to harass the members is doing teh same as has loft tank which can store water upto 3 days, some other members also have loft tanks so they dont find the problem what about others whodont have loft tanks, we are s cared that once we start the watr only for an hour these people will get the water stored in tha tanks while nothers suffer. We request you to get them removed and strict action taken for wastage of water since its involves huge litrs

Hello sir,

I am a resident of building number d2 (Parul vijay chs) l&t colony, vijay nagar, marol maroshi, andheri east. There are two dogs in our building who dirty the building by urinating all around and also bark at residents and run to attack them. They don't let permanent residents also enter the building. Due to this we are in constant fear while leaving or entering the building. Please do something about them sir.

There are old people who stay in the building and these dogs just don't move when we climb up the stairs. Due to this, there are times when we have to jump over them to cross the stairs. What if we fall and get injured. Also, the stink that comes from them is unbearable.

To the road construction dept,

What's up with filling those potholes with stone blocks and black sand? Do you understand sand causes two wheelers to skid? When you dig the road, you're also supposed to fix it properly after the work is done rather you make it worse by creating mini speed breakers (Creating bumps) or as mentioned above! Have a ride around mumbai and see 90% of the traffic is due to poor roads. When i'm out on the streets and walking, i've to protect myself from the water being splashed when a vehicle passes over potholes. Have you ever imagined what a pregnant woman has to go through when she is travelling?
Cidco has hung boards everywere in navi mumbai sharing their emergency no. Which does not even exist! They say whatsapp your issues on [protected] but this no. Doesn't show up on whatsapp.
It feels dirty to even walk on the road, messed up roads and trash everywhere! Please visit turbhe and see the roads there, it's the highway and roads are as bad as they were never constructed.
Hope to have this taken into consideration soon!

Drainages are overflowing 24x7. Living in a dangerous condition. Please help no one is taking our complaints seriously. Tried complaining in bmc k west ward but no help till date.

I am a resident at b-604, exotica building in i. C. Colony, borivali (West).
In the past 1 or 2 years a lot of stray dogs have been accumulated outside my building. They are always barking and jumping at us to bite even though we are residents. One of them almost bit till i shoved it away. My mother and sister or anyone else in the building avoid that road and take the longer route instead because they can't cross them. These dogs are very aggressive and always cause a nuisance.
I request you to send a dog catching squad so this nuisance can be contained. I have been living here for the past 20 years and this was never a problem until recently. Please look into this matter.

This is to bring to your notice that the residents of juhu vile parle development scheme are facing the below grievances and would require your attention immediately:

(A) illegal shops (Double story) on vidhyanidhi marg opposite jvpd bus depot.
(B) illegal parking + junk itmes dumped by the garage owners on vidhyanidhi marg opposite jvpd bus depot sticking to housing societies falling on that lane
(C) encroachment of busy public road with illegal shop
(D) roads are not repaired and residence cannot use this road to divert the traffic of juhu circle
(E) disturbing the peace and tranquility of residences with their frustrating /unbearable noise from morning 6 am to night 12 am.

Residents of the area, are fed up with the municipal corporation’s apathy and droped a letter to hansel d’souza, activist and president, juhu citizens welfare group and, mla also. The area is completing a residential complex and this illegal expanded junkard cum garage keep disturbing the peace and tranquility of residences with their frustrating /unbearable noise from morning 6 am to night 12 am.

This is causing a lot of health hazards like mosquito epidemic due to huge garage accumulated / high decibels of noise hurting our health immensely. Within 6 months, there has been several illegal alterations on the premises and no server action has been taken by the municipal corporation

Hello sir/madam, i am puja from andheri east.
There is huge amount of stray dogs in our colony.. Every day 5-10 people's are bitten.
And every day and night continuously they bark unnecessarily to scare people. Please help us in our area to maintain silence and free to roam over colony.. I request you to take action over it.. Thank you!
