Street lights have not been working for over 20 days now.
The concerned authorities do not seem to care a bit.
It is quite dark and unsafe for commuters & vehicles

Suggest you raise this issue to the concerned & get the needful done at the earliest

I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of apartment as a whole. Sir there are numerous street dogs in this vicinity. They bark even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs barks on us and come closer to bite, several person have faced the same problem especially small children & senior citizens. I personally had succumed to an injury in my leg as i moved a step back when one such such dog was trying to jump on to me. While i moved a step backwards, there was a stone kept there as a result of which i slipped and the ankle of one of my legs twisted. Especially at night these dogs just come running behind you in a group and are almost about to bite.

So this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send dog catcher team immediately in this area so that we can get rid of this problem soon.

I the resider of kapadia nagar is writing this to u to draw your attention towards the sewage blockage of kapadia nagar overflowing drains is stagnating in front of my house. The main reason behind the mains get blocked/choked and the water reverses in to the house and causing it to overflow.
I request you to please take action on this.

This is to bring to your notice that there is a very old bungalow in our area which is about to collapse anytime.
There is a lane on which this bungalow is and its a serious danger to the people who use the road and also to the neighborhood.

The bungalow details are as follows:
1934 roate house, opposite lane to municipal school gate, chincholi bunder road, malad west, mumbai 400064.

Also some months back mcgm had passed a order stating that half of this bungalow goes in road cutting plan.

However still there is no action taken and the people around are in danger each day as the bungalow might fall anytime.

Please take this request into consideration and action the same.

Please get us out of the stray dog's nuisance in & around our building... Its really disturbing & scary.
There are more than 6 dogs, they keep on barking whole night.. & it becomes scary to enter late night in building...
Next door building people come & feed them in our building inspite of requesting them not to do so... They are not understanding that they are increasing this nuisance day by day...

Mosquito and the danger healt
I hereby want to draw your attention to the increasing number of mosquito in our region.

There is an increase in the number of flu/dengue patient.

Bmc's mosquito repellent smoke vehicle has not visited in the recent times.

Could you please take an proper action on this issue. Please start fumigation and repeat for 3-4 days.

The western express highway near times of india malad (E) is in a very broken state. There are big holes created on the road. During the rains water does not flow out easily and logs at this place.
Apart from that there are sheds created for metro worker under the bridge. Dirty water continues to flow throughout the day from here till the pushpa park which may lead to diseases. Bmc must look into repairing this road urgently.

There are slums near shrejidham building gilbert hill road with three stoeyed slums who does not have any drainage system.
They release their toilets drainage directly into compound of shreejidham building
Due to this shreejidham building compound has become capital city of idengue and malaria mosquitos
People staying in shreejidham building are suffering from. Dengue and malaria very frequently. If bmc find dengue mosquito in kapil sharma'house then bmc charge penalty to him then why shreejidham society members should not charge penalty to bmc commisiomer and leader of ruling party of bmc?
Mumbai has become capital city of dengue and malaria mosquito due to inefficiency of ruling party and bmc staff and bmc commissior
I challege bmc commissior and k ward officer and leader of rulling party to stay at shreejidham building for one month and avoid hospitilaztion due to dengue and malaria

But no action is taken. So letter is writing again to you. N case anything happened to my house. Bmc office is responsibility for my house. So therefore i request to kindly look the notice and take same of action.

We have been observed that some bmc officers visit them on the round and instead of removing them they are collection money from them.

Aarey colony bridge is broken since a week now and no action has been taken so far. Also the road is barred to reach highway and goregaon station. Its really bothering lacs of people travelling from royal palms, powai, goregaon
Request action with immediate effect. We are paying heavy tax and property tax for and have a right to have basic needs & proper roads

The gutter at alpine appartments dr c g road chembur 74 keeps overflowing during the rains and is very dangerous for the residents. The problem persists from long and needs to be attended on immediate basis, to avoid any kind of mishappening.

The issue requires immediate attention as the people wading through the water stream may get dragged due to the heavy water pressure.

You are requested to look into the same on very urgent basis.

There are about 20+ street dogs in the area of sahyadri, anushakti nagar mumbai. Residents of sahyadri specially kids, senior citizens and employees returning from night shift duty are facing several problems. Two persons were badly injured while returning from their night shift as mentioned above. Even kids while going and returning from school are afraid of them. Generally they attack on a person with their group. Hence the residents of anushakti nagar request you to take action and catch the dogs immediately. Its an humble request. Thanking you.

I stay at yogi nagar, borivali west. Mumbai. The link road leading from don bosco signal to yogi nagar is full of potholes and uprooted paver blocks. The potholes are approximately 8-10 in deep and 12-40 inches wide. The entire work done about 4 months back has been uprooted and thete are more than 100 potholes in a stretch of 200 m. Thus is highly inconvenient to 2 wheelers and 4 wheeler traffic.. Especially during these heavy rains the number of accidents have increased due to water clogging. Please take immediate action.

Due to rainy season, mosquitoes and insects are increasing day by day creating nuisance to the staff members as well as creating unhygienic situation in best deonar depot premises. Also, staff members are falling sick due to these insects/mosquitoes, etc. And they remain absent. Due to the absenteeism of staff members, we are falliing behind to give best bus services to the commuters in time.
As per ref. No. Io/1642/estb. Dtd., 9.08.2017 from pest control officer, mcgm pest control department have agreed to provide the services of pest control and fogging to best undertaking.
You are kindly requested to arrange for pest control / fogging at best deonar depot premises.

I am writing this complaint to your notice the bad condition of the gulshan-e-bagdad masjid street. For the last 6 months the road has been almost impassable. We have made several complaints. But the road has been neglected for a long time. The surface of the road is broken by the heavy rains. They leave only little room in the middle. The side rains are blocked and the water flows out slowly. So the road get flooded even after a slight rain. There are potholes on the road. The broken culvert is also a danger for vehicles specially at night. This road serves a large number of houses in this area. So we are grateful to you if you taken action to repair the road.

I did pay property tax online today, ie, 04 july 2017 around 3 pm.
While money was deducted from my bank, mcgm site took more time after payment to come back and produce the receipt.
Resultantly, i have paid property tax but there is no receipt for the same.

Dear sir/madam,
I would like to inform you that one of our neighbor have kept cat as pet without any licence or authorised permission, the cats have also given birth to kitten which have turned trouble since they do lots of mischief with things kept outside of house... They spill all garbage here and there... Litter and makes unbearable smell, also the cats hunt mice, piegion and other creatures and bring on the floor to feed kittens. I request you to take action against such trouble and also do let the animals live in their habitats.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards very serious problems of annoying dogs in our area i. E panchsheel apt chs ltd., manvelpada road, behind shubh mangal hall, virar (East), dist: palghar. We are highly troubled due to maddening dogs in our society. And children of our locality are also not safe in such atmosphere. Many of the stray dogs are very dangerous, they bark on person passing through society gate without any reason. They have bitten many people unreasonably. Also sometimes, when people buy eatables from the nearby market, stray dogs follow them and sometimes attack or charge to get the food. I request the concerned vvmc officials to kindly take the required action and save us from this peril.
They are increasing in number day-by-day. And their alarm / horror is also being spread constantly. It has been causing lot of inconvenience to the people of our area. Your good self is requested to look into this matter & take an immediate action which would be appreciated highly. There are 6-7 dogs in our society area. They have caused so much nuisance by biting children and chase every single vehicle passing from there. These dogs are beebn feeded by some society members of the apartment nearby.
We cannot go for walks, we cannot come to our home at late nights and there are several issues related to these dogs.. I kindly request to vvmc authorities to take a serious action to avoid any big incident in future. Please take these stray dogs out from this area and send to any animal shelter.
