I am not a daily passenger in ac14 bus but it is noticed by me that some passengers reserve seats besides them for their co passengers forcefully by putting handkerchiefs or other items. Today i suffered the same when i entered in the bus at karunamoyee by 4:45 p. M. I asked one passenger to take off his bag from the seat besides him but instead of doing that he started behaving very badly and his other companions joined him. I request you to please take necessary action against this hooliganism by this type of daily passengers in these buses.

I am a resident of baksara, howrah under howrah municipal corporation. There are too many dogs in our area. They bark & make noise each and every day and night. They also make the road dirty. For all these reasons we are facing problems every day.
Please send a dog catcher squad in this area as the street dogs are making it very difficult to live in our houses.

There is an under construction building behind sana nursing home which is behind bangladesh high commission visa office in circus avenue,. It is surrounded by 8 buildings on all 4 sides and the only way for entry and exit to this under construction building is a 4 feet x 200 feet long passage which opens on the rode beside sana nursing home. If there is any fire, how do fire fighter enter the premise to douse the fire and it will be a life threatening for the people residing in that premise and the residents of the 8 buildings surrounding it. It will also be very hazardous for the patients of sana nursing home whose wall is adjacent to the premises being built. Kindly take precautionary measures to stop future accidents from happening.

Sir kindly send the dog catcher at 12/1 jannagar road eidgah galli, zahids building ground flood, back yard. The dogs are very dangerous and have made it a home. It has become danger for our kids and parents. Kindly take the matter seriously and send the van to take them away immediately. I will be sending letter to ministers too. This has been creating problem to the whole society. We need to get it resolved within two days or as soon as possible please take the complain seriously as there will be letters send regarding this matter.

Respected madam / sir,
Considering the recent and past experience regarding the collapse of different bridges, i would like to bring to your kind notice that, some extra walls are being constructed on the bridge of sukanta setu. According to me, it should immediately be stopped because such extra load may cause failure of the column/pillar. My request, please check whether such extra load is considered during engineering calculation stage or not and if it is not, then please stop making such walls.
I am staying in santoshpur area and working in an engineering company as head of engineering department. While travelling over the bridge, i get frightened seeing such construction.
Hope you will understand the situation and take an immediate action.

Sir,
This is to draw your attention to the dumping of wastage by the people living in the slum area near my house at 58/29 s. N. Banerjee road, barrackpore.
I have rented my ground floor to an office and the people of the slum area are dumping wastage and creating a pile of garbage in front of my house and office. If we say anything to them, they start fighting and use filthy language.
The pile has started giving out bad smell and mosquitoes and rats got a place to breed.
Please look into the matter as urgent as possible because i fear if it stays long, any o[censored]s might be infected with some kind of serious diease.

Dear sir,
From one month we are suffering from one problem that is one or two dog in our locality start crying after 12.00 am in night to 5.00am in morning they cry continuously and there is no one to take step or do any thing about it but i am sure they are also facing same problem as i am facing, we can not sleep whole night, one of dog i have noticed i can help u out when your person will come to catch them. We are totally fed up with this situations kindly help us and send some responsible person to take them away

I am permanent residence of garanhata Street ward no 18 want to draw your kind attention to the following matter that sri gopal chandra basak of 9C garanhata Street kol-6 has started to extended the building illegally without providing prior information to kmc.actually the flat belongs to the owner of late Meghlal basak.I am requesting you to take legal action.

I want to complain about 3 street dogs in my area. They always follow anyone they see and start barking at them. The dogs are very ferocious and get inside my apartment's garage space and vomit & excrete. One of the dogs have also bitten someone in my locality. I am writing this complain because there are kids in my area and i care not only about my son but also the other kids in my area.

Hi, my name is sandip gupta and i am residing at d-115 dinu mistry bagan, garden reach, kolkata 700024. Since yesterday night there is a stray dog inside my house sitting in the middle of the verandah. Dog is not able to move because i thinking he has hurted him from some where. Please take him out of the house as we feel he wont survive for long. We have small kids at home and they might get infected by him as the dog is smelling a lot andhe is not eating also from past few days as the local people said. Please help me in taking him out today itself.

In the prince park, kalikapur (Kolkata 700099), there is a building named
"concept building". Beside this building there is a vacant plot. It is full of garbage in which is dirty water is getting accumulated everyday leading to a perfect breeding ground of mosquitoes. As a a result there is a every possibility of dengue outbreak. Please resolve.

My old parents are residing in 10/85 bijoygarh kolkata-92, just opposite to girls' shikshaniketan school. Bt the total area where the house is situated is nothing but a heap of garbage. Drainage system is clogged. Even the stool can be seen in the drains. No one execpt my old parents are concerned about the situation. Due to this mosquitoes as well as other insects germinate. I stay in 3/1, narkeldanga main road, kolkata - 700011. There is sudden increase of dog numbers in our area and because of that people living here couldn't manage to keep the corners clean as the dogs litter everything beside that dog bite is also increasing. So, i request the authorities to please take quick action and make our area safe and clean.

This is to inform you that the address in which we are living comes under kolkata municipal corporation and we are living in rented house. During rainy season its very difficult to stay, because water collects in our house due to which larva, mosquitos are found. We have also suffered from malaria, dengu in the past, so we requested our landlord that to give permission to built shade so that water doesn't come in our verandah and room, but they ignore this matter and mentally torture. So, its my humbly request to take legal action regarding this matter, so that we can built shade outside our verandah. We want your support.

There is a straight four building is getting constructed at jadavgarh locality ward no - 105 within two minutes walking distance from the house of famous fortune teller mr animesh shastri / suchetanagar childrens park. The area covered is approx 6 - 7 kathas, the nick name of the land lord is tumpa da (Age appprox 60 yeaars) and other owners are his brothers and relatives. All of them use to stay separately in three different buildings but in 2016 they have been compelled to hand over the site to the promoter mr roni and group (Very active local tmc member).in colony land this is not permitted but this straight four dhalai building on colony land has been constructed uninterruptedly with the necessary local political support. Myself mr patra i am a central gov employee of indian railways and also a part time advocate of high court kolkata, i beg to mention that i can not with stand this kind of non sense any more and same kind of situation happened in 2012 just adjacent to my building when i had to bring an injunction from the court for that unauthorized construction and this time you are requested to do the needful as i am just about to retire soon from the service and do not feel like running behind the same thing every time. You are requested to introspect the same immediately without the knowledge of the local political authority, post 20th august 2018 i will forward this complaint to the respective forums and submit the petition before the honourable court of law.

I want to bring to your kind attention that the sewage water at 5 debendra lal khan road is coming into our drains due to back pressure in the main lines. During the monsoon the situation is worse as with heavy rainfall the water does not flow into the main lines. This is causing lot of inconvenience to us and is a serious health issue. Please look into the same at your earliest convenience and resolve the problem once for all as it has been happening since the last 18 months.

I want to complain about drainage system pertaining to 67/a w. C. Banerjee street kolkata-6. The drainage system is not proper over here, due to the waste water is overflowing in this area, the hygiene of the area is badly affected, this is becoming alarming now with the fact that dengue mosquitoes may also get formed which will lead to health issues of the people. Kmc dept has been informed regularly about this but nothing seems to work here. Please help the people living in this area please.

I am a resident of RGM65, sishusang club, mandal Para 3no camp, krishnapur, kestopur . Throughout the whole night, there are many dogs roaming on the streets. They bark loudly all the night which disturbs our sound sleep. This become a problem for my wife who is a heart patient.
Please look after this problem and I suggest you should send some dog catchers in and clear them off.

Sir,
I am residing at 47/1 Selimpur lane and facing lot of disturbance due to increase in number of stray dogs.
They are making the locality unhygienic and in fact the are sneaking inside residence and spreading nuisance. all these dogs are infected with some skin decease which is spreading.
They are also charging at people when we try to push them outside residence.

Kindly help in getting this stray dog away from the locality and from residence.
