We are the resident of parnasree central govt. qtrs. Block-22, kolkata-700060, . Last couple of months we are extremely suffered from street dogs.They created dangerous situation in our community, biting peoples and little boys and girls. I reside at 95A chittaranjan avenue kolkata 700073 (opposit medical college and hospital), where the entire area is full of stray dogs creating nuisance and disease.These dogs are turning violent day by day .It crosses the limit when they climb up our building till the terrace and keep barking and scaring everyone.The medical college hospital ailing patients on the opposite side are bothered too.Kindly make provisions to remove them from here urgently

Please note I had paid Rs. 15210.90 twice on 09.07.2018 from my Axis Bank Savings account for payment of Outstanding LOI for Assesse No.[protected]. However, on both the occasions the amount got debited from my account but not credited to KMC. I have checked several times at KMC website and the amount is still not credited. I called Axis Bank and they informed that the amount has been released from my account on both the occasions and the transaction is successful at their end. I couldn't understand what to do now as whenever I am trying to pay this the same thing is happening. I can't pay the amount online whereas my money is getting deducted from my account. Please refund my money (Rs. 30421.80) immediately. The transaction details are -

No action has been taken yet by corporation on dilapidated condition of house 114/ N Raja Subodh Chandra Road. P.O : Naktala, Kolkata 700047 . This house is owned by six brothers and three sisters . Now two brothers and two sisters are alive . Occupants of the house are now Mrs Samata Ghosh wife of Late Samirendra Kumar Ghosh, Mrs. Indra Ghosh wife of Late Rathindra Kumar Ghosh and Mrs . Papia Ghosh wife of Late Abanindra Kumar Ghosh . They have illegally without our knowledge extended balcony, constructed one bathroom on first floor and on second floor they have constructed rooms with our knowledge and without plan sanction . They are not also paying tax to corporation creating liabilities of huge amount . Because of their unauthorised construction the building has become weak and dilapidated.

I am a resident of 29a/2, golam jilani khan road kolkata 700039. Throughout the whole night, there are many dogs roaming on the streets. They bark loudly all the night which disturbs our sound sleep. This become a problem for my nani who is a heart patient.
Please look after this problem and i suggest you should send some dog catchers in and clear them off.

This is to inform that there is very poor to no management related to footpath maintenance from the local governing authorities for the past years. Due to this reason, many of local house accommodates have been ill due to rapidly growing diseases led by mosquitos and rodent rats. Not to forget the footpaths are fully covered with grass and weeds that makes it impossible to walk and causes major accidents while commuting via roads.

Apart from this, the water supply led by bidhannagar municipal corporation has gradually reduced in the locality. Causing more problem to live day to day life without a proper water supply. Have contacted the local authorities, emailed them and yet no action is taken what so ever.

This is regarding an illegal construction at d/73/3, rabindrapally, kolkata -86, ward no 101 (Borough - xii).
Date of incident: 19.05.18
Description : an illegal constriction is going on at our premises (Common space area) by sri samir halder, owner of an illegal car parking space converted to commercial shop and running business and covered the entire area by contraction fiber shed permanently and installed a ac outdoor unit besides a south facing window at 1st floor (Pic encl) also in common area.
During the time of construction we have already intimate the matter to councillor office (Ward no-101) and borough xii - building department as writing complain (Photocopy encl)
But no action has been made till date.
Under such circumstances, we submitted the same to the mayor office and dg building ii of kolkata municipal corporation on 04.07.18. (Photocopy encl)
As a result of it we request you to take necessary action and intimate us whether the building plan has been revised or not (From cover car parking to commercial shop). If revised, the current plan may kindly be forwarded to all the flat owners as we did not receive any revised plan from the corporation.
And give the permission to renovate the common area by constructing a gate for our safety and security.

We are the habitants of 8/43 sahidnagar, kolkata-700078 under ward no.105 and borough no.12 would like to draw your kind attention on the following facts.

Just adjacent to our premises there is a primary school which was closed down for a long time. Its surrounding areas are dirty having densed bushes and also an abandoned damaged toilet where insects and mosquitoes are breeding. Due to such unhygienic condition, this particular area is very much prone to dengue, malaria and also fatal to nearby society. Snakes are also found here often.

We along with our small kids and senior citizens are very much afraid of living in such unhygienic dirty condition.

To save our lives, we would request to arrange cleaning of this area by cutting a junglee fig tree and remove the abandoned toilet and garbage as quick as possible.

Brough – vi, while the sanctioned plan is g+4, the promoter is constructing g+5. Power of attorney cancelled in 2013. The top (Fifth) floor is still being constructed and is been ready for selling total 4000” sqft.. Please take necessary action. An online complaint has been filed at kmc grievance portal (https://www.Kmcgov.In/kmcportal/jsp/complaintsearch.Jsp) complaint no p67582015 dated : 18/12/2015, complain no: p3802016 dated : 20/04/2016, complain no: p6282016, dated : 02/05/2016, but no action has been taken. Again complain no: p44522018 dated: 26/06/2018 along with the honible calcutta high court demolish order as per kmc case no : d/case no : 18-d/vi/07-08 dated : w. P.-982 (W) of 2007. Order passed by mr. C. L. Mukhopadhyay., building department k. M. C. The owners allocation of 1st floor road side flat been not handed over instead they put their own illegal occupier & threatening. Fir for illegal constructions including the illegal occupiers been made in entally police station, but no actions been taken from any side, only harassment and delay process is been going on.

This is to inform you that there is an illegal construction of an additional floor of a 30 years old, dam building, at 3/h/7, sir syed ahmed road, kolkata - 700014, ward - 54. This complain is against the owner himself, namely, mr. Md. Zamiruddin, son of late. Md. Moinuddin.
The top (Fourth) floor is getting constructed, knowingly that it may collapse at any time. Still the landlord is bringing all the lives living their, at risk!
The tenants living in the 3rd floor had to migrate due to the construction which has been started on 20-june-2018. They even got harassed by the landlord as well as the promoter
The building itself is an illegal construction for which no tax has been paid up till date.
This complain has also been taken up to the local p. S, i. E; entally p. S, but no further action has been taken. Also the policemen showed zero interest in lodging the complain.
An online complaint has also been filed at kmc grievance portal (https://www.kmcgov.in/KMCPortal/jsp/ComplaintSearch.jsp) (Complaint no. P[protected], dated 22nd june, 2018.
Please take necessary action to demolish the illegal construction that has just begun, as well as strict actions to be taken against the promoters and the landlord for harassing the tenants and making their lives at risk.
Also the landlord should be penalized for not paying a penny against taxes up till date.
Please look into this matter at earliest, as this kind of "man-made disaster" can be avoided easily if it is resolved as soon as possible.

I am a resident of 9a mohamadan burial ground lane. Ekbalpur. Kolkata-700023.
Near sahara hall.
There is a huge crowd of stray dogs just outside my house in the lane. Its becoming difficult for my daughter 4 years old to come out of the house even the ladies in my house are scared.
The dogs keeps fighting and barking the whole night.
I have also complained previously but no action was taken.
This is an urgent and important request to please catch these dogs.
Please take action immediately.

For the last 10 yrs or so, gradual piece wise patchwork in hastings area more particularly the stretch of bakery rd from crossing with shew prasad rd to commissariate rd the surface repairs job, laying of rcc pit covers without proper alignment, frequent water works deppt repairs and laying of no. Of road bumps has led to increase in road level by 8/10 inches with uneven surfaces without proper digging /excavating old layer to maintain proper finish has caused obstruction to entrances and outlets of adjoining premises on either sides. Situation is horrible to pedestrians particularly old persons, hence attention is drawn for proper actions /remedy.

Vacant land at 378 naskar para road, kolkata - 41, kmc ward no.115, is lying vacant for more than five years and is used for garbage disposing. And snakes, rats, mosquitoes creating severe health issues in the locality. Please take immediate action as owner is not contactable and had not taken any measures to maintain the land clear and stop creating public nuisance. Health of the locals are at huge stake.

Sir,
I am a resident of 103, naskar para road, kolkata-700041 (Near paschim putiary colony, jagarani sangha club). I have too many dogs in my locality who bark loudly all the night and disturb our sleep. This has been happening every night since the last many days and becoming a health issue for many o[censored]s here due to lack of sleep.
Please help us by getting us rid of the many dogs here.

Now the house is in most dilapidated condition and occupied by mrs samata ghosh wife of late samirendra kumar ghosh, mrs. Indra ghosh wife of late rathindra kumar ghosh and mrs. Papia ghosh wife of late abanindra kumar ghosh. Since three of them have kept whole property under their care and occupancy they are responsible for looking after the property but the property has never been repaired, white washed, painted and now has become unfit for living and at any time there may be fatal accident. I am not staying there since 1973 (Stayed in the house from 1965 april to 1973). I am informing you about condition of the house since as one of the owners of the house i should not be responsible for any mishap in future. We all have tried to make their life comfortable by offering them three flats of 500 sq ft of build up area which they do not agree. You can kindly send your engineer to get report on condition of house at your earliest and oblige.

It is to notify you that gopinath adak & family, resident of 50/1/1 andul road, part "d", howrah-711109, ward no.-41; built an illegal construction (Without any plan and mutation) but still no one has complaint against his illigal construction. Let me mention you that he made a 4 storied building over an area about approximately 473 squre foot. Yes, i am repeating again.. "4 storied building over 473 (43*11) sq. Ft. Area without any plan and mutartion. Not only he built an illegal construction, beside that gopinath adak damaged the house of late sunil adak (Gopinath adak's late elder brother) also. So wife of late sunil adak left her resident with her children and now living in a rental house. Because it was not possible for that widow lady (Wife of late sunil adak) to live in a house which was not repaired. As gopinath adak and tapati adak are neighbours and they have a common wall, so to build his house gopinath adak damaged late sunil adak's house without repairing it. Sir, it is my request to you to take legal action against gopinath adak and family to provide proper justice to tapati adak (Late sunil adak's wife) and her children who left their house because of gopinath adak.

We are suffering from scrap trafficking infront of my house... Every time contractor put all the materials in front of my house for that reason we all family member have inconvenience for outing and incoming... When we alredy told to contractor to not put all the metterials in front of my house... Then he miss behave with us... Like slang language... With our elders...

The water pump in the 66 ward is closed. Please help. We live in tiljala kustia road. We have a lot of water problem here. Our water main pump here have become close. There is no water coming in the lanes of the streets.
