there are commercial galas near building 9 of Ozone valley society.
The owner/builder is extending the premises by putting shads and doing modifications in original structures and encroaching the residential area.
Since this is residential area lot of vehicles are commuting due to these commercial activities and we are facing high noise and dust pollution.
We rquest ward officer to take not of it and...

I am staying at Namdev Wadi society, Opposite Saibaba Temple, Near TMC Office, Panchpakhadi, Thane West. We are harassed by newly arrived 2 street dogs in society.. These dogs keep on fighting with each other & creating trouble for people. Small children's and ladies feeling more insecure due to the dogs. Hope you will take immediate action on this complaint. I represent one of resident of Mayflower Cooperative Housing Society.we residents are suffered from high population of stay dogs in our complex they are biting the kids at least 3 to 4 cases are getting registered of their attacks on kids and old age people
. These bits are creating the threatning effect on child almost making it impossible for us to stay and operate safely. Request immediate attention...

Small Road leading to dead end, in front of Mahavir Millennium society in Vasant vihar area, thane west is being used by water trucks for parking 24 hours which causes great discomfort and peeping in the society flats.
Also the road is is very bad condition and cannot be used by residents of society. Please do the needful and remove trucks from the road....

I am Mahesh Arvind Gurav ; staying at Horizon Height D wing Flat no 304, Kasarvadavli Thane west - 400615.

I have a stilt parking in Horizon Height for which I am getting a huge property tax for this small parking.I do not know why I am getting this huge property tax for Parking more than my flat tax from TMC. Parking property tax Bill is attached...

The actual property tax amount is - 3086/-
While paying online the above said property, I have mistakenly online transfered amount 23252/-

Respected Muncipal comisiner sir i suggest you to do third party audit so that we come to know how much revenue we getting from advertising department.
As TMC Gave advertising rights for 10 years to some private companies on BOT basis, but i observed they not maintaining garden, landscape as per contract terms . only three four big group got those contracts. They not cooperating our advetising inspector.

Respectected Muncipal commisiner sir, TMC Revenue Incharge or AMC Revenue
Yesturday i traveling by scooter on ghodbunder road, and even interior roads, i observed MGL Contractor not displayed contract value, complition period, contractor company name and contact person.
So it may difficult to do planing of repairing of muncipal road maintanence engineer to start repairing of ghodbunder service road.

I live in Krishna Green Land Park Society, Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West.
There are lot of stray dogs and the population is increasing as none of them are sterilized. These creates lots of issues for elderly people, females and also many times for anyone travelling on bikes or cars.
Many dogs has also bitten some people.

Sukhsagar residency housing society Ltd situated at anunagar compound, near vijay annex, waghbil, Ghodbandar road, thane west 400607. This society is burning trash on open society space.
This burning of waste is environmental hazard and risk for life of people nearby. Even during corona crisis they are burning waste. It makes air unbreathable. That to who knows what they are exactly burning, anyone can burn anything inside the waste....

It is being increasingly difficult situation with a very large number of stray dogs in the area near Muchhala Polytechnic College, Anand Nagar, Kavesar, Ghodbunder Road Thane. Dogs keep on fighting, barking most of the night is creating huge disturbance to people living in the area. While driving vehicle past them, they bark and chase the vehicle and thus cause a threat of dog bite as well....

Dear incharge of encrochment department
I observed from last week one cigaret tobaco stall, omlet stall aquire road space inside Lodha splendora common road, they throughing garbage on footpath. It is harmful for senior citizens and children passing through in covid 19 pendamic situation.
Request you dont allow them to do illegal business on footpath and road. This will gives bad image to Thane Cleanliness campain....

Please help local publics we are tied of the above subject traffic almost we are wasting more then 3 hours and almost 2 litre of diesel on an average in this traffic.
