My father died on 22/12/2020 inside TMC area. Death body also burned with TMC automatically machines. Then why should we need to submit letter from doctor and slip of burned death body? Can TMC not reduced paper work? Why can complete process become online i.e Telegana newly form state for simple certificate required for common man in such padamic situation where government is appealing for avoid coming out of home? Not convience to physical handicapped persons as submit paper in morning again come afternoon for collecting it?

Now a days there are too much nuisance of street dogs at Chogle nagar area, road of sant gadge maharaj marg beside the building of Moreya avenue and Omkar Apt Building near Shani Mandir Borivali (E) Mumbai - 400066 .I request to resolve my problem. As it breaks our sleep and disturbs use .

We are residing at Sharifa complex, sharifa, and everyday whenever anyone walks away near by to the dogs, they starts barking aur chasing them in order to bite, even though if we are at a good distance from them than though they do the dame to harm anyone, vehicle owners already got terrible attacks on them many times.
Few months back Dog catcher Van caught them and took away with them however after a week they themself left all the caught dogs at the same place they left few other dogs as well and now they join with this old dogs too.
There are around 8-10 dogs at one place near sharifa complex.
There have been many cases reported of dogs bitting in our area.
This is a serious issue which all people are facing everyday.
If an immediate action is not taken to rescue us from the dogs, situation may go very critical in future as everyday someone is a victom of these dogs.
Rrquesting you to catch each and everyday dogs from here and release them at any place to make sure that they never come back.
Its a humble request to you to take immediate action.

Need help to control the increasing number of Street dogs in near my location, the count has been increasing day by day.

Main concern is disturbance they cause due to barking noise while students are doing their school and study from home, in night and early morning and work from home is also impacted.
Many Dog lovers throwing food day and night on streets while all food is not consume by dogs and that become another issue to help increase population of rats, now all these are threats to mental and social health of residence.

We live in a society called Lodha Amara in Kolshet Road. Though it's a gated society with multi level security, they have failed to keep the stray dogs away. There are stray dogs roaming freely inside the society and cause a lot of menace to children playing. Also they keep barking the entire night and disturb the residents. Request you to kindly send a dog van to get these stray dogs off the society campus.

There are migrants under teen hath Naka, where the space kept for U turn towards thane side. this road is jammed and no one authority is taking action, neither Traffic police nor Municipal corporation

I. Hiren P saraiya paid property tax for two years 2018-19 & 2019-20 for Rs.15000/- for new new construction building. At time of name transfer all documents along with agreement copy is given but no use as on till date same amount of dues is shown.

There are certain miscreants and encroachers which have been carrying out illegal construction upon the said property and have been caying on unlawful activities. None of the constructions are approved by the Thane Municipal Corporation. During the months of July-August 2011, under the Ghodbundar Road widening initiative, certain entities like; the Swagat Bar & Restaurant (babu shetty) were demolished by the authorities. The Thane Municipal Corporation has paid appropriate compensation to the owners of these Restaurants. Therefore would request you to look into the same at the earliest. They have been causing a lot of problem to the other tenants and owners.

Drinking water supplied by TMC to our building - A3 Vikas Complex CHS, Castle Mill compound, Uthalsar is polluted - we are getting foul smell of sewage water!

there are commercial galas near building 9 of Ozone valley society.
The owner/builder is extending the premises by putting shads and doing modifications in original structures and encroaching the residential area.
Since this is residential area lot of vehicles are commuting due to these commercial activities and we are facing high noise and dust pollution.
We rquest ward officer to take not of it and take some concrete action

I am staying at Namdev Wadi society, Opposite Saibaba Temple, Near TMC Office, Panchpakhadi, Thane West. We are harassed by newly arrived 2 street dogs in society.. These dogs keep on fighting with each other & creating trouble for people. Small children's and ladies feeling more insecure due to the dogs. Hope you will take immediate action on this complaint. Please send dog van to catch these dogs as soon as possible.

I represent one of resident of Mayflower Cooperative Housing Society.we residents are suffered from high population of stay dogs in our complex they are biting the kids at least 3 to 4 cases are getting registered of their attacks on kids and old age people
. These bits are creating the threatning effect on child almost making it impossible for us to stay and operate safely. Request immediate attention from authorities to control the population and move the existing to other safe houses.

Small Road leading to dead end, in front of Mahavir Millennium society in Vasant vihar area, thane west is being used by water trucks for parking 24 hours which causes great discomfort and peeping in the society flats.
Also the road is is very bad condition and cannot be used by residents of society. Please do the needful and remove trucks from the road.

I am a resident of Bal Ganesh Tower Housing Society located opposite thane railway station thane (west) and satis bridge, in our society most of flat owners has done illegal construction in order to increase their square feet area and have bigger homes. People of our society has literally broke the pillar, beam and coloum of their respectively flats to increase their area so the 1 BHK house gets modified into 2 BHK house. People have use extended angles to give an extension to their walls trust me a 500 sq ft house has become of 650 to 700 sq ft and all this things have done after bribing the committee and municipal people.

If this can happen with your permission then please let me know where and how much money to pay to get authorization for making illegal changes to my flat as i also want 2 bedrooms more.

I hope one day our building wont fall like a house of cards as everyone is getting modification in their houses. Hope you guys will take action before we all die because of few uneducated culprits.

Respected Muncipal comisiner sir i suggest you to do third party audit so that we come to know how much revenue we getting from advertising department.
As TMC Gave advertising rights for 10 years to some private companies on BOT basis, but i observed they not maintaining garden, landscape as per contract terms . only three four big group got those contracts. They not cooperating our advetising inspector.

Respectected Muncipal commisiner sir, TMC Revenue Incharge or AMC Revenue
Yesturday i traveling by scooter on ghodbunder road, and even interior roads, i observed MGL Contractor not displayed contract value, complition period, contractor company name and contact person.
So it may difficult to do planing of repairing of muncipal road maintanence engineer to start repairing of ghodbunder service road.
I know due to octroi revenue TMC Loosed hudge revenue, so my suggession is please start toll of Ghodbunder road with nominal charges of LMV ( Rs10/And Rs 100/
HMV ) with the help of Fast stag system, means cash less
We can generate minimum 2 crore per month as revenue to maintain ghodbunder service road, trees, toilets, main road. As TMC Dont has other source of income to run overhead of routine expences.
I giviing opinion as i feel TMC Is mine and i am citizen of THANE.
I have lot of practical concepts to generate revenue.

I live in Krishna Green Land Park Society, Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West.
There are lot of stray dogs and the population is increasing as none of them are sterilized. These creates lots of issues for elderly people, females and also many times for anyone travelling on bikes or cars.
Many dogs has also bitten some people.
Request your assistance for curbing this menace.
