We are the residents of Paradise CO-OP housing society Ltd of Jai Mata Di Complex Phase 2 in Kasheli Kalher. We are facing the water crisis from several months and from last two weeks, we are getting water for only 10 minutes.

We residents of Chintamani Chs, siddharth nahar, kopri colony thane east, facing noise problems from morning 9 30 am. As students semester exams are in this week unable to study. Pls postponed this work till 31st oct 2020. It will be appreciated. U r aware due to lockdown, students having online exams which they have to select answers if selected answer is correct then 1 mark or 0.

Request to consider above points and pls take action on it.

The street lamps on khadi machine road, opposite zam zam hall, kausa, mumbra are not working since 3 days.
Kindly rectify at the earliest as this lane has a lot of speed breakers & stray dogs which can prove to be dangerous for 2 - wheelers & pedestrians.

Dear sir/madam

Very recently the road from jain traders samta nagar towards esis was opened.
As there is a lot of parking (Even of heavy vehicles) on this road. Footpaths are not maintained so people are forced to walk on road.
Now this road is very frequently used by the big and small garbage trucks making it very dangerous for people of all ages to walk. There is absolutely no space to walk.
The garbage trucks every day spill their garbage or there is stinky liquid falling from the trucks spooling the road beneath. There are small children cycling, old people like me walking.
Please ask the authorities to take action. Ask them to use highway.

I have paid on line rs.14, 711 of water bill on 09.9.2020.

This year on september 15 i went to pay it showing rs.15, 338/=-

Please deduct this amount and send me revise bill. (Without any delay charges because it was mistake by tmc side)

Operator (Tell[protected] should have knowledge of tmc site for making any complaint she was transferring to know which is email site transferring to inward...

Dear sir / madam,

I shankar dhatrak, purhased new flat in bhakti pearl (Rera reg. No. P[protected]), ghodbander raod, mogharpda in c wing for which oc date is 03.11.2017. Under same project a & b wing competed and oc date was 13.07.2015.

I compared the property tax amount in a&b and c wing and found that, for c wing property tax has been increase more than 100% which is not reasonable increase in the property tax.in this case, please help me to provide the reason for such unjustifiable increase in property tax during 2 year time of span.

Would be helpful if you can revert with appropriate details.

Respected sir/madam,

I am a resident of pride park residency located at ghodbunder road. We are recently facing lot of issues regarding irregular and very limited water supply. We fail to understand that inspite of a very good water availability due to rains why such situation should arise in particularly our complex??

Now, since most of the residents have started working, it is o[censored]tmost importance that when they come back they need to take bath immediately. However, shortage of water supply makes this difficult.

It's our humble request to look in to the matter, if not for the regular inconvenience, atleast to prevent the spread of corona virus.

Pls note that i had paid property tax on 11th september 2020 against property no[protected], bill no - tmc[protected] and amount rs.12337. The amount has been deducted from my account the transaction id being - [protected] but on the tmc property tax site it still shows as pending.

Request you to do the needful.

I am a resident of the gausiya complex, near bharat gears limited, opposite bholenath, kausa, mumbra, thane - 400612. People are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the society main gates & road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby (Adults as well as kids). They run towards motorbike which could leads to many accidents in the area. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

Stray cats defecating/littering in front of the doors & all over the society premises every night and sometimes during the day.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

सध्या मी आणि माझा भाऊ भारताबाहेर राहत आहोत आणि आमची 86 वर्षांची आत्या या घरात एकटीच राहत आहेत. जरी मी आणि माझा भाऊ नियमितपणे भारतात येत असलो तरी कोरोनाव्हायरस मुळे झालेल्या अभूतपूर्व परिस्थितीमुळे आम्ही यावेळी प्रवास करण्यास असमर्थ आहोत. पुन्हा एका दुकानदाराने या परिस्थितीचा पुढील फायदा घेऊन त्याचे दुकान मोठे, उंच आणि कायमचे विटांचे बांधकाम करून पुन्हा बांधले. मी हे देखील सांगू इच्छाते की आमच्या घराच्या प्रवेशद्वाराच्या जवळ एक लहान दरवाजा अडवून हे दुकान तयार केले गेले होते. मी आपल्या संदर्भात संपूर्ण घराच्या संदर्भाची विस्तृत माहिती, एक व्हिडिओ आणि या नवीन अतिक्रमण दुकानाचे फोटो आणि आमच्या उध्वस्त गेटचा फोटो जोडला आहे, जिथे आपण पाहू शकता की या दुकानांनी आमच्या मालमत्तेच्या सभोवतालच्या जमीनीवर तोडफोड केली आहे.

कोरोनाव्हायरसमुळे माझ्या वृद्ध आत्या आधीच संकटात सापडल्या आहेत आणि आमच्या उपस्थितीशिवाय केवळ स्वतःचे व्यवस्थापन करतात. अशा परिस्थितीत बेकायदा अतिक्रमणामुळे तिला मानसिक व शारीरिक छळ होत आहे.या बेकायदा बांधकामांवर कठोर कारवाई करून माझ्या वृद्ध आत्या आणि आमच्या हक्कांच्या संरक्षणासाठी ही बाब आपल्या हातात घेण्याची मी विनम्र विनंती करत आहे.

We have three entrance to entered in our building premises but we have to fight with them to entered in building.

Dear sir/mam,
I am staying at tehseen apartment pipe compound amrut nagar mumbra thane... We are harassed by street dogs in society.. Here more then 10-12 street dogs regularly barking.. Came to bite people.. Early morning and late evening we won't able to came out of home due to this. Small children's and ladies feeling more insecure due to the dogs. Hope you will take immediate action on this complaint. Please send dog van to catch these dogs as soon as possible. And take them to place where they can live happily

I am doctor and had taken shop on rent at shree nagar wagle estate thane west from november 2019 but due to many issues my shop was closed from november 2019 till july 2020. I received water bill for my rented shop today on 15th sep 2020 amounting to rs 11640/- from dec 2019 to march 20 even when my shop was completely closed. Pls dont cheat and unnecesarily tax honest tax paying citizens for utilitieswe havent used

I had paid the property tax for property number[protected], via net banking and the transaction was completed and amount was deducted from my bank account however we have not got the paid receipt for the same from authorized thane municipal website (http://myptax.thanecity.gov.in)

The thane property tax website is still showing the amount is due to pay.

We had paid our due tax within time period promptly and expected receipt of confirmation.

Kindly look into it and provide the proper resolution on this issue.

Sir, subj:-irregularities in the
Structure/changes by the flat owners

It has come to the notice that various occupants in our society have made changes in their flats, which is not as per oc plan and as per dcr – 1991.
Further, the society has erected weather shade on the terrace, for which, i am not sure of the permission taken from tmc. I requested them to show me the permission copy from tmc, which they refused.

I Mr. Parag vasant Mahajan, from shreeji ville, opposite nitin company near tmc office, want to bring it to your notice that the water supply the we are getting is really scarce and such acute shortage of water is a really big issue. Our day to day activities are being hindered due to this and hence i would like you to take the needful action.

According to tmc guidelines social distancing is not maintained in local shops. And timing decided by tmc is also not followed by shopkeepers. Tmc is failing in their duty thats why corona virus is spreading faster
