Respectected Muncipal commisiner sir, TMC Revenue Incharge or AMC Revenue
Yesturday i traveling by scooter on ghodbunder road, and even interior roads, i observed MGL Contractor not displayed contract value, complition period, contractor company name and contact person.
So it may difficult to do planing of repairing of muncipal road maintanence engineer to start repairing of ghodbunder service road.
I know due to octroi revenue TMC Loosed hudge revenue, so my suggession is please start toll of Ghodbunder road with nominal charges of LMV ( Rs10/And Rs 100/
HMV ) with the help of Fast stag system, means cash less
We can generate minimum 2 crore per month as revenue to maintain ghodbunder service road, trees, toilets, main road. As TMC Dont has other source of income to run overhead of routine expences.
I giviing opinion as i feel TMC Is mine and i am citizen of THANE.
I have lot of practical concepts to generate revenue.

I live in Krishna Green Land Park Society, Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder Road, Thane West.
There are lot of stray dogs and the population is increasing as none of them are sterilized. These creates lots of issues for elderly people, females and also many times for anyone travelling on bikes or cars.
Many dogs has also bitten some people.
Request your assistance for curbing this menace.

This is a kind request that when we walk down the lane of anand nagar near pride residency, ghodbunder rd.there are no street lights and the area is so dark in the evening near sanskar gurukul school the lanes which are inside to the circle no street light s.
please do something immediately untill any mishap happens

Sukhsagar residency housing society Ltd situated at anunagar compound, near vijay annex, waghbil, Ghodbandar road, thane west 400607. This society is burning trash on open society space.
This burning of waste is environmental hazard and risk for life of people nearby. Even during corona crisis they are burning waste. It makes air unbreathable. That to who knows what they are exactly burning, anyone can burn anything inside the waste.
It must stop.

It is being increasingly difficult situation with a very large number of stray dogs in the area near Muchhala Polytechnic College, Anand Nagar, Kavesar, Ghodbunder Road Thane. Dogs keep on fighting, barking most of the night is creating huge disturbance to people living in the area. While driving vehicle past them, they bark and chase the vehicle and thus cause a threat of dog bite as well.

बस रूट 112 लोढा कॉम्प्लेक्स बस सुटण्याची वेळ रोज रात्री 11.30 ही बस नेहमीच 11.20 पासून कंट्रोल रूम जवळ उभी केली जाते...तिला कोणताही बोर्ड लावलेला नसतो ड्रायवर आणी कन्डक्टर ला जर विचारणा केली असता ते फक्त वेळ आहे सांगतात, - - - - पण ते कोणती बस आहे ते अजिबात सागितले जात नाही...
मग जे लोक
1)टेंभी नाका 2) सीव्हील हॉस्पिटल 3)पोलिस लाइन 4)Castle मिल 5) गोकुळ नगर 6)मुक्ताई नगर... बस चि वाट पाहत आनंद नगर डेपो स्टॉप वर उभे असतात... (ज्यांना लोढा बस उपयोगी आहे)... त्यांना सरळ सरळ टांग देऊन... लोढा बस रिकामी त्या लोढा च्या स्टॉप वर पण न थांबविता, , , ,

मग जेव्हा वेळ आहे म्हणुन नुसती उभी असते तेव्हा का नाही सांगत लोकाना की लोढा बस आहे स्टॉप वर उभे राहा 11.30 ला सुटेल... नाही सांगत कारण यांना रिकामे हेलपाटे मारण्याचे सवय झाली आहे.

नालायक माणसांनो जरा तुम्ही घेणाऱ्या पगाराची जाण ठेवा कोणामुळे मिळतोय...
तुम्हाला जर रिकामी बस फिरवायची असेल आणी तिकीट काढून देण्यास जड जात असेल कंटाळा येत असेल... ...
तर खुशाल घरी बसा की कशाला हराम ची कमाई खाण्या साठी कामाला येता...
असा पैसा तुम्हाला आणी तुमच्या परिवारास हानिकारक आहे ज्यांच्या मुळे तुम्हाला पगार मिळतो त्या त्रस्त (लोक या KoRona काळात कसेबसे 2/2 तास प्रवास करून बस स्टँड पर्यन्त आलेले असतात कधी घरी जातो याची तळमळ असते) या अशा लोकांचा तळतळाट तुम्हांला आणी परिवार साठी खुप वाईट आहे.

Dear incharge of encrochment department
I observed from last week one cigaret tobaco stall, omlet stall aquire road space inside Lodha splendora common road, they throughing garbage on footpath. It is harmful for senior citizens and children passing through in covid 19 pendamic situation.
Request you dont allow them to do illegal business on footpath and road. This will gives bad image to Thane Cleanliness campain.

Please help local publics we are tied of the above subject traffic almost we are wasting more then 3 hours and almost 2 litre of diesel on an average in this traffic.
This traffic has become havoc.

I do agree that due to new bridge construction there will be some opstucal, but I am shure if this is managed by proper experienced traffic constables and inspectors this can be handled very well.some time I have noticed that traffic constables manage the three way traffic so properly that all up and down coming traffic is smoothly moving but maximum time this management fails.
I do not no the reason but I am just trying to bring at your notice we publics are tied of this now.
Please help in this matters.

I staying in Thane Ghodbunder road from 3 years. During course i observed some non muncipal bodies like Mahanagar Limited contractors, MSEB Contractor, Reliance fiber optics contractor did excavation of service road but again not maintan same as per Muncipal bylaws. I just wanted to point you that did we take secuirity deposite money as MUNCIPAL DSR, So that if they felt to do so our road engineer can rectify those service roads with your permission or chif executive of Thane Muncipal corporation.

I staying In Lodha splendora, Bhayandarpada
There is small super market adjecent to Lodha Splendora, Name Bouleward. The shop keepers in this mall did encrochment in pathway, some owner gave pathway to vegetable seller, cloth seller, pani puri seller with out society permission and food and drug licence. Also installed permanant weather shade.
The adjecent service road shop keepers at Lodha Splendora kept srap on Muncipal footpath and disturbing cleanleness and envirment.

All the bills for flats from 14 to 28th floor have the same problem - where Floor numbers are reduced by 1 example 28th Floor bill shows 27.

Kindly check and provide resolution with updated bills with correct flat numbers on the Property tax Bill .

I am located near Dhokali naka, Phoenix hospital, I am facing issues with Roadside food stall near my building, due to this stall there are unnecessary parkings of vehicle, rush etc.
Also this shop is have wine shop very nearby due to which people buy food from this stall and buy liquor from Nearby shop and do start dringking and eating fish on road side on bus stop etc., this place is becoming unsafe for ladies and children,

Can you please have a look into this issue and check if you can add patrolling or any additional support to have a look into this issue

I live in Mahavir Millenium society in Vasant Vihar area, Thane. The roads in Vasant Vihar and Siddhachal are cemented and work was completed at a high speed. We are thankful for that. But the road patch which is done over the nallaha near Siddhachal phase IV and Garden Enclave society is not completed. There is gap between cement Road and old road which is one foot high and that too extremely uneven causing risk to two wheelers and damage to the cars.

Also the road outside Mahavir Millennium and Garden Enclave is used regularly by large water tankers further damaging the road and creating high pollution in residential area.

I kindly request you to complete concretization of the balance 100meter road which goes parallel to nahalla outside Mahavir Millenium and Garden Enclave societies.

Gulmohar-Upvan CHS is openly burning collected waste in their premises which smokes the entire neighbourhood. I believe good air quality is everyone's right.

Can the TMC not help them set up a composter / small biogas plant to treat this waste? Additionally, it could also help manage organic waste lessening the burden on landfills (and the TMC).

Request you to stop this unchecked and open burning of waste.

I am Dr Shailesh Rajaram Gage, general practitioner since 23 years at new Shivajinagar Kalawa market.market road of this area is enchroched by illegal hawkers, not giving assess to public to shops.they are using bad language, specially in front of my clinic.also disturb my patients.most importantly they're not wear Mask during this period of pandemic.Before they were installed their shops in the evening only, now they are installing it since from morning.Because of this I am unable to park my car in front of my clinic.also
They're damaging my car.
With this letter I am requesting authority to take proper action against this hawkers and book them for this illegal things.
