1) Road condition is worst for thane-Bhiwandi road, starting kasheli-kalher and so on.
Road are just of name sake, its only potholes reaming here, that too full of sand. Im living in kalher since 4 years and the conditions are same here, since day 1.
2) it was 3 lane road, 1 is being used for metro work, 1 is getting used by hawkers and road side car/bike parking, so only 1 lane can be used by vehicles moving on road, .. That means no traffic control nothing
3) there are n number of roadside places that are being used as dumping places.. It has created scenario worst.

Please look into this asap and work on this as these situations creating risk for vehicles as well as for people walking.

It has been come under my observation that the nitin company flyover is having a lot of accidents and vehicle related issues at a certain spot on the bridge.

i think that there is a pothole in the road causing this as many cars become slow in that area.

it's been 5 days since i'm observing this and would hence like to bring it to your notice.

I had done my property tax payment on 1st September 2020 but the amount got deducted twice from my account. My PTN number is 8022271, SUB code:00001. I have reciept of the payment done in PDF format.

Multiple times complaint has been filed by the people regarding the toxic smell coming in areas of vashi sector 26 & koparkhairane sector 11 for last 1 year, possibly because midc factories are throwing toxic chemicals without processing into the water.

Unfortunately, my mother had to be operated on eyes.

Please look into it. It is causing great distress to the people.

Dear sir/madam,

Wanted to bring it your notice that since past 6months daily water overflows for 3-4hrs from evening to late night from parijat garden society, behind hypercity kasarvadavli, gb road, thane west.

I have raised concern to the parijat garden society member requesting to pass complaint and also have raise concern many times in my society as well.

It is painful to see daily water wasted for hours when in my society we have fix 2hrs of water supply from tmc.

Request you to look into this on priority now.

There is a massive leakage from upper floor bathroom from last 2 yrs, many times writtin compalint sent to society but no action.becoz of this many insects are comming from wall which is very dangerious as we have two kids at home.kindly look in to this

101 of our acropolis chs which has been sealed by dhfl. However cleanliness of the flat is not maintained.in the sealed flat, rats, mosquitoes, insects, are breeding and foul smell is coming from the flat. This it is of concern to all the residents, especially children and elderly people from the society. It is against the guidelines of municipal corporation and extremely disastrous in the context of corona pandemic presently.

Drainage water flowing continuous since one month on Dr.Ambedkar road, Thane west
The road has become slippery and smelling very bad .Please unblock the chambers to avoid drainage flow

25th August, 2020 - Entire Ghodbunder road is filled with potholes which are fatal for two wheeler and creates unnecessary congestion and traffic on road. Specfic locations on ghodbunder road include Kasarvadavali flyover, Hiranandani flyover, Manpada flyover and also extends to Cadbury/Korum flyover.

Pls refer below attached 3 photos where garbage is been put by Kharegaon residents which should be stopped with immediate effect.
Also there are other small locations where still waste is been put by residents of Kharehaon.
By this garbage there is no point by the citizens wearing mask, but they will be infected by this disease spreading waste.

This is to bring to your notice that the roadwork in the lane besides Shreerang society(near water tank, builidngs no.CD-57, 58) has been left incomplete and attended since last 6 months. It was started in last week of March for Concreting and gutter work, digging up the entire lane and gutter, but there has been no progress since then.It has led to completely open gutter, with no road to use causing waterlogging, sewage leakage, stinky smell, potential breeding places for mosquitoes, rats causing risks for diseases like malaria, dengue, plague etc.Kindly look in to the matter urgently and do the needful.

I am propritor of one store in ramchandra nagar no-2 on my opposite side the ground water pipe line is leakage since 3 month and lots of water is wast on the road please resolve asap

We have applied for name change for the above property at naupada branch near thane station on 02/07/2019 (Date of incident).

We have submitted all the relevant documents as required by the department but we regret to inform that no action has been taken by the department till date.

We have followed up regularly but there is no reponse or reply from the department.

It has been more than a year. We request you to kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

Terrace Shed of the above building is cracked, dislocated for attachments of strucute and are in Dangerous condition.
It can fall Down by Heavy rain wind, i personally meet secretary and talk about concequences of if shed fall down from terrace of 7 floor building, it can make huge fianancial as well as any ones live in danger.

Kindly note that i had paid my property tax (Rs. 9018/-) for property number[protected], subcode 00008 on 24th july, the amount is debited in my bank account but when i open thane municipal corporation (Tmc) portal to check the status of my property tax, it is still showing as pending. Please find communication from bank as below
"dear mr. Vyas, greetings from icici bank. With reference to your e-mail regarding the transaction dispute for an amount of rs. 9018.00 dated july 24, 2020. The amount of rs. 9018.00 dated july 24, 2020 is successfully debited from your account through reference number [protected]. If the payment is not reversed within 7 days, we request you to send us a confirmation mail from the merchant (Which is dated beyond 7 days from the date of transaction) with the below mentioned details to assist you further"
Now, the amount is debited and confirmed by the bank in a trailing email but the tmc portal shows pending. Can you help me to know the issue and why it is still showing pending..?
The bank has requested a communication from tmc regarding non receipt of fund for above mentioned property tax.
I appreciate your response at the earliest possible in this regard.

Respected Sir, This is in regards with a private property behind Farooque Manzil, 1st Rabodi, Thane. I'm attaching a picture of the compound which is adjacent to Masjid Umar Farooq. In the picture you can see how poorly the landlord has maintained the land. As there is no gate to the premises, people are urinating, doing illegal parking and throwing garbage which is giving birth to lots of mosquitoes and rodents. Due to this mess I'm getting small germs and insects in my bedroom. It smells also really badly. As per current Covid situation, I would request TMC OFFICERS to take a strict action against it and kindly do the needful. Please see the pictures attached.

Water bill generated for this year[protected] is rs. 23947 which is much higher than expected. Whereas we had paid last water bill on year 2017-18 of amount rs. 12268 dated 12/02/2018 (Receipt no. Ow[protected] by cheque (No. 218460).
It seem that same was not adjusted in current bill amount. Also need to adjust the penalty as per actual pending amount.
Kindly check & revert with final amount to pay. So we can process the payment accordingly.

There is heavy leakage from top floor and we had contacted secretary, chairman owner of the flat to rectify we are ready to bear 50 % of the however no action is being taken by society

It has been noticed that since 1 month the water supply at Kasheli, Maheshwar Residency has been completely contaminated. Bathing and drinking water both have become so bad that it has affected our health, skin completely.
Kindly look into the details.
