Hi team,

From past many days /months we are not getting enough water.
Builder has given in written not fit the tanks inside the flats and we owners don't have any thing but to relay on the water of tap that has to come 24 hours.
We tried for boring well as well but failed to get water from that source as of now we are buying tankers to fulfill our need.
I humble request on behave of our society to provide us the water in the evening as well and for that we are ready to pay more water taxes if required.
the amount which are giving tanker can be given directly to TMC.
Currently tanker water are no good for drinking.
We are hunting for legal solution and opposing many illegal ways to get water.
Sir humble request plz look into this.

I am Mangesh Moriya Resident of Shri Ram Samarth Apartment A Wing, Samarth Nagar Diva Shil Road Diva East Thane 400612

I may please bring to your kind notice that we were given water Connection from Sub line Opp to Siddhivinayak Gate this was modified in Feb 2022 at the mentioned point

We have to bear the Expenses of Pipe line to bring the water till our Premises from the Sub line & that expense are in thousands of Rupees

Now again the Water Department People have disconnected all the Tap Connection from the Point that they themselves have given in Feb 2022 without informing the Consumers

I don't expect any direct communication but at least they can put a Notice Board at the Tapping Point & inform the Consumers

Now all the Consumers of the mentioned Tapping Point are not receiving Water since Friday 19/11/2022

I also don't know whom to ask...?

I please request you to look in to the matter & do the needful at the earliest

Also request you to instruct the water Department to atleast inform the Consumers before disconnecting their Water Supply or make alternate arrangement before making any Changes in Tapping Point

I don't know how many Day's more we will have to stay without water now

I hope you will look into this matter & will do something to solve this Problem at the earliest

In front of the Gurukul School at Daighar, a large number of shoddy unauthorized constructions are going on in violation of government norms. Here no action is taken by complaining in Diva ward committee. If this shoddy unauthorized construction collapses tomorrow, many innocent lives will be lost and the Thane Municipal Corporation will be solely responsible for it.

दिवा वार्ड कमेटी को वार्ड कमेटी के रूप में जाना जाता है जो बिल्डर लॉबी का समर्थन करती है जो बिना किसी कार्रवाई के अनाधिकृत निर्माण कर रहे हैं। वापस दाईघर गांव मायये गुरुकुल स्कूल में स्कूल के पास अवैध निर्माण किए जाने की शिकायत थी, लेकिन यह शिकायत कोई जवाब नहीं मिला, उल्टे ये बिल्डर लॉबी धड़ल्ले से घटिया निर्माण कर रहे हैं और नागरिकों की जान से खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं. कल इस घर में रहने के लिए आने वाले नागरिकों का जीवन बेहतर या खराब हो गया तो एक और लकी कंपाउंड बनते देर नहीं लगेगी और इसके लिए पूरी तरह से दिवा प्रभाग कमेटी जिम्मेदार होगी।

मला अंबिका नगर नं.२, वागळे इस्टेट, ठाणे(प.) कल्पतरू बिझनेस पार्क या भागात रस्त्याच्या दुतर्फा बेकायदेशीररीत्या बांधलेल्या सामान्य हातगाड्यांवरील धंद्यांची चिंता व्यक्त करायची आहे. अंबिका नगर न.२, वागळे इस्टेट, ठाणे कल्पतरू बिझनेस पार्क या ठिकाणी रस्त्याच्या दुतर्फा मोठ्या प्रमाणात बेकायदेशीर हातगाडीवरील हे धंदे चालू अवस्थेत आहे आणि त्यामुळे जवळपासच्या परिसरात राहणाऱ्या लोकांना त्रास होत आहे.
हे अवैध धंदे दुकाने असून ते येथून हटवावे अन्यथा सील करावे. मी तुम्हाला विनंती करू इच्छितो की त्यांच्यावर कठोर कारवाई करावी आणि त्यांचे बेकायदेशीर असलेले धंदे दुकाने कायदेशीर कारवाई करुन हटवण्यात यावे व सील करण्यात यावेत.

कारणे:

1. निवासी भागात बेकायदेशीररीत्या उघडलेले धंदे व दुकान.
2. जास्त रहदारीच्या मार्गावर असल्यामुळे उपद्रव होतो.
3. दररोज मोठ्या प्रमाणात ट्रॅफिक जाम होतो.
4. पार्किंगची समस्या.
5. दुकान व धंदे ठ मालक एक हट्टी आणि घृणास्पद व्यक्ती आहे आणि तो लोकांचे ऐकत नाही. अनेक लोकांनी त्याला त्याचे दुकान हलवण्यास सांगितले पण तो ऐकत नाही.
6. कालबाह्य उत्पादने देखील विकणे.

आपण या बेकायदेशीर असलेले धंद्यांवर व दुकानावर योग्य ती कारवाई कराल अशी आशा आहे.

In Thane, near Vasant Vihar roundabout, there are a lot of stray dogs who chase and bark at children on cycle and adults on scooters. 1 child actually got so scared that there could have been a serious accident as he rammed into my scooter, rode over a lady waiting for bus, fell down and tried to run away leaving the cycle in the middle of the road. There was a huge bus behind my scooter who stopped on time. Some of these strays look abandoned. There were at least 7 to 8 dogs together at that place.

Passport Office Thane — Street Dogs in kanchanpushp society
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of kanchanpushp Society Opp Suraj water park Thane-400615, would like to bring to your kind attention about the rising menace of 15-20 stray dogs in our society.
Every night dogs bark continuously in a group and run to pedestrian, they run behind passer-by and our small children while they play in the society ground because of which children are afraid of playing and i also met an accident due to barking in evening while I was coming by and my right hand fractured.

Would request to please take necessary action to avoid such things to other person/ children.
I come to know that when dog van visit to complex, these dogs hide to corner building and didn't get catches easily.

I hope absolute measures will be taken immediately to handle this issue and ensure our safety.

I have been continuously complaining about the unauthorized construction going on at Chintamani Nagar in Daighar village. But Farooq Shaikh of Diva Ward Committee does not take any action against the unauthorized constructions without any response to those complaints. I doubt that Farooq Shaikh is not taking action against the builder lobby on the basis of religion. If proper action is not taken now, we will take to Janata Street and start a mass movement in the name of Farooq Shaikh.

If there is any loss of life due to the collapse of the building here tomorrow, then the Diva Ward Committee and the Commissioner of Thane Municipal Corporation will be fully responsible for it.

The corrupt staff of Diva Ward Committee does not take any action regarding the unauthorized constructions in Chintamani Nagar Kalyanphata Daighar village from time to time even after making proper complaint. The courage of these builders is so much that these people are laying two slabs in 7 days and they are giving houses at a low price so as not to take action against the poor. Alternatively, the poor people have to suffer the loss of their lives due to the collapse of the building.

The recently done concrete side roads beside the main concrete roads in cherai are in a mess because the contractor has laid the concrete without curing the concrete with water with the result all the cement has come out leaving the gravel and this becomes difficult to walk on especially for senior citizens.
is the tmc deaf or they are unresponsive to complaints or are they thick skinned and do not listen to complains put in, I have been complaining about the concrete roads in cherai but they are deaf and insensitive to my complaints of the last many months.

This is to bring it to your kind notice that, Grand Square co operative Housing Society, located in Anand Nagar, Kasarwadavali, Ghodbunder Road.

Most of the shops in this society have encroached into the complete foothpath in front of the shops, the walkway area in front have been encroached & occupied illegally by the shopkeepers & thus making life difficult for genral public to move about in the area, hence making life difficult for public in general.

I request authorities to kindly take appropriate actions against these illegal enchroachers at the earliest & help the citizens to use the footpaths for day to day life, which is currently being completely unusable.

We look forward to your kind action against these people & help us with long lasting solution to this regular problem at the earliest.

Unauthorized constructions have been going on in the area under Diva Prabhag Samiti for the last several years. Last month, an unfortunate incident like Lucky Compound took place in Kalyanphata. Similar incidents are going to happen again in Diva Prahag Samiti and Diva Ward IT staff will be fully responsible for it. Chintamani Nagar, Kalyanphata, Behind Shiva Hotel there is a large amount o[censored]nauthorized construction going on. Hundreds of poor people are going to be killed because of lack of copy of work. However, you are requested to take appropriate action against these unauthorized constructions as soon as possible.

There is no official security guard or care taker at KasarwadawaliTMC garden. Person available there is arrogant, shouts at visitors, parks his bike in front of gate and disturb parking of visitors. He doesn't wear uniform, neither tell name not shows his ID card.
Kindly take appropriate action to avoid any security threat and bad incidence in future.

last month i.e. in September, an unauthorized building like Jayanta Tower collapsed in Kalyanphata... fortunately there was no loss of life... but the accident is not forgotten by the people until the Daighar in Kalyanphata comes under Diva Ward Committee. Unauthorized building work in front of Gurukul School on Gaon Street is going on in full swing, no good quality of work, no control, this builder lobby will soon lead to terrible accidents like Lucky Compound and Jayanta Tower, taking lives of innocent people... and only responsible for this and Only Diva will be ward committee staff.
