Never ever book from them. After paying for the flights tickets, they call me back and tell me that the prices have increased and expect to pay the remaining amount. Wow!!! I just couldn't believe it. How is it my problem that the prices have increased after I booked the tickets. Now even the customer has to pay for their technical problems. BRAVO!!! Keep up the work and you'll be down the drains....

There are 2 flights those have been cancelled and for 2 flights, transaction failed, and amount have been deducted from the account, that amount also not yet refunded. its been more than 20 days to follow up with musafir, whereas, specific airlines already deposited money to musafir's account on the same day of cancellation.. i never came across such a pathetic service provided from any other agency.....

I have booked a flight from musafir.com booking reference number MXMVT and cancelled the flight two days before the travel date, but I didn't receive any call from musafir for confirming the cancellation and one day after the travel date I got a call from customer support musafir i forming the the flight was marked as no show and i won't get the refund amount. I have contacted travel agents several times but they are not processing my refund...

My reference id is M-TMZ4. My flight ticket was from delhi to chennai to and fro for 4th dec and 6th dec. Flight was cancelled by Jet Airways due chennai flood. Till now i have not received the refund. When i called they say refund has been initiated, which i have not yet received. I asked them to provide the transaction id. They didnt even do that. This is highly unethical. Now i am going to file case against them for fraud....

I have been following for refund on my Malaysia visa application which was not filed by musafir. The same has not been responded at all by their team. They collected the charges but didn't provide assistance on visa. No response from their team...
