No mechanism to communicate to customer about a cancelled ticket by airline. Customer only come to know from the airline itself while doing web check-in. No customer care on Sunday post 9:00 PM onwards like people should not travel in the night.

Now dont have any update when the reimbursement will be done - it is still rolling between musafir.com and the airline.

Reached airport and came to know that tickets have been cancelled. It was my first vacation with family post marriage. And none o[censored]r agents receive the call. Still waiting at the airport.
Please let me know the status of the ticket.today I have booked one ticket from kolkata to Chennai on 04.03.17 in name of Debashri singha. Payment has deducted..but still now i have received any ticket.
I cant wait. I have to go to Chennai on same day. kindly ensure me.

    Hi,
    I made an online booking with musafir with the booking reference as M-3WGC3. This was a return journey from Delhi to Dallas.
    I flew with Lufthansa Airlines on 16th Dec and the journey was very comfortable with no hook-ups at Frankfurt Airport.
    I was supposed to fly back with Air Canada on 02nd Jan, but to my horror I was refused a boarding pass since I did not have a transit visa for Canada.
    I wish to know...

    Hi,

    We Four member have applied the Srilanka Visa application Monday ie 09th Jan 2017, contuionsly following up with your Visa expert for the status after 5 days of span period the visa expert came up with solution asking customer for refund option that too awaiting period of 5 working days

    Kindly check the same and refund the money back soon to me back .

    Note : We had a bad experience for Musafir .Com and never recommend other for using the musafir facility

      I Got wrong information from your customer service agent even after multiple call mail and messages, I want to change my flight, I cant stay in Paris more then 8 hours without transit visa so need to change booking in place of 8 hours halt in paris same time another flight is available who just take hault n taking 2 hours so please let me know what to do for that,

      its not my fault as I took ur customer care experts help n advise and after booking when i call paris airport authorities they said asians travelers specially travel visa schengen holder require transit visa for more then 8 hours, we should modify my flight so need not stay there most so not require transit visa, please look into this and make correction on same time morning 2:00 am air france has another flight who halt only 2 hours at paris,

      please help me to get the tickets revised without any additional charges n change my only travel flight from Mumbai to Warsaw and modified for just departure travel from mumbai to paris, halt less than 8 hours and paris to warsaw without any charges. because I checked n requested your experts to check again if transit visa needed or not they said not needed so its not my fault at all, m worried please solve my problem.

      Why would i bear penalties when i am not responsible for mistake happen while booking tickets,

      I rely on musafir help desk and got wrong updates ans suggestion, there are changes only into flight from Paris to Warsaw into timing, why you people need me to pay any amount for that somehow there should be no monetary impact,

      Booking from Paris to Warsaw only flight change is required, let me know your resolution as i am not responsible for mistake i checked with your customer service agent that which flight will be convenient and he suggested me same flight for paris halt more then 8 hours.

      Paying more is totally unprofessional, please respond me with resolution what u guys can provide. wasting 8 hours at paris and require transit Visa is totally rubbish.

        Never expected this sort of service from musafir, In future will not continue to make any booking through musafir. Will inform to all my family n friends not to book from musafir. If I had booked the same tickets from jet airways, I would have got free cancellation and modification which was informed by the airport jet airways staff. After continuously follow up no refund update my musafir. Not even the customer care representative give proper response. Not at all happy with the respond even after sending so many mails all my mails were automatically closed without replying to my query. Very bad service.

        Musafir provided very bad service to my international travel of 3 members, ticket provide with lower fare not able to cancel or reschedule. Never will book from musafir or advise any of my family and friends or clients to book through musafir. Customer service very bad service. Even after continuos follow up they are least bothered to update to my mail or calls. I emailed the same day but no use, phone keeps ringing but no one picks the calls. I'm expecting a good response after writing this complain.

          Had booked a trip with them to bangkok and pattaya for the period 23-28 Dec 2016.

          Must say that the overall experience dealing with them was far from satisfactory. Their lack of professionalism and lack of coordination between different functions / offices was very evident and apart from the "pre-sales" period, where one almost always gets the best proactive customer service, much was left desired during the rest of the trip. Listing down all the issues I faced...

          (1) I did not like the default hotel options provided by them however I was told I will have a choice of 2-3 hotels to choose from within a particular category upon making the initial booking/trip payment. Unfortunately, after I made the payment within 2-3 days, I was told no other hotel rooms were available and that I will have to stay put with the ones that were booked or pay for the cancellation and select a different hotel from a 4/5 star category by paying the price difference.

          Issue: - False commitment was made during pre-sales

          (2) After having made the entire payment, I had to follow-up with 4 different people to get the detailed day wise itinerary so that I could proof-read it and ensure it is in-line with what we had discussed and agreed with their representatives. However I kept getting the feedback that I will receive the vouchers /itinerary soon but did not receive it until a few hours prior to my departure.

          (3) And much to my surprise, the hotel voucher and the trip itinerary shared was incorrect and was not aligned with what was agreed. Upon highlighting this, I was given a very confident response that I needn't worry and that the corrected itinerary will be emailed the next day and a hard copy will also be handed over to me by their local travel partner upon my arrival at Bangkok and that there will be no issues whatsoever.

          (4) However, neither I recd the correct soft copy (till date) nor did anyone share the hard copy of the correct itinerary with me upon my arrival in Bangkok

          (5) Per the itinerary, I was scheduled for a 9am pick-up for Safari and Marine park along with lunch on 27th. But when no one turned up until 10am, I called the local travel partner and I was told they do not have it in their itinerary as it wasn't informed to them by Musafir India office. Finally, after making numerous international calls to the Musafir office, my vist was accomodated and I was picked-up at 11.30am and we reached at 12.45pm. Had virtually lost half of the day thereby missing all shows of safari park and also missed the lunch. Since the park closes at 4.30pm, we had to rush thru and could not really enjoy the park to our hearts' content.

          Given that I lost half of the day, which means a lot to kids aged 7 and 4 yrs, it was only fair that they reimburse 40-50% of the day's ticket fees (~ 2, 000 - 2, 600 THB). When they did not agree, I gave another option of compensating by providing a dinner (in lieu of the missed lunch) and dropping us back to the hotel. I spent almost couple of hours speaking to everyone in their offices and after much persuasion, they agreed to drop us at a restaurant and provide us with dinner (which was not more than 300-350 THB) however they did not arrange for a drop back to the hotel!

          (6) The half day Bangkok city tour was meant to include 3 temples and the Gems gallery as verbally confirmed and mentioned on their website however they left out 1 temple.

            I was booking a ticket from musafir and as soon as i paid the amount online an error came saying : unsuccessful your ticket is not booked.

            I booked the ticket from other vendor. Then i got to know that musafir's ticket is already booked inspite of misleading error reflected on their screen.

            I have requested for the refund since this has been a problem at their end and my rs 4500 is wasted due to their ridiculous service. Moreover, they are charging convenience fee for making it so inconvenient for me that i would never ever gonno come back to them

              As per discussion will send the documents and original passports which was given for Philippines Visa.Please share the full address with pin code for dispatch.

              Courier charges will be deducted INR 700/- rest amount will be refunded.

              I paid around 10k for the visa but the refund has still not been credited. It's been over 3 weeks now

              I had made payment for Philippines visa but the same was not processed by Musafir

                They have debited rs 13768 from my a/c for the flight booking (Above is the receipt no)
                Then they call and say fare has increased so tickets cannot be booked
                I asked them t refund the amount they send me e mail it will take 15 to 30 days

                How will i make my further booking when my amount is blocked with them below is the e mail received kindly help and get my amount refund earliest want to book other flight and when call to help no they have blocked my number too

                  I have been scammed by musafir.com . When i booked the ticket i saw a screen stating your booking could not be completed and you will get the refund soon . Now when i see that there has been no refund, i check my account and find that i got the email of the ticket . Then why was i shown a screen which said that booking failed and the amount will be refunded . I then booked another set of tickets for the same people using a different website . I demand a refund .

                  I got no reply to that so i sent another mail on 16th november
                  I got no reply to that either . And offcourse i lost my money as well .

                    I'm writing this regarding my experience with musafir.com. I have applied for Malaysian tourist visa through musafir.com. I have done the payment of Rs.3500 as per request their request. My reference id is M-3SQWM. They ask me to send the air ticket, passport, photo. I have send it all those documents on time. And they promised me that I will get the visa within 4 days.

                    I had booked GoIndigo flight ticket from Bangalore to Pune on Oct 3rd using Musafir Travel. I had cancelled the ticket on Oct 27th and as per the GoIndigo customer care information, they have refunded the amount rps.1178 to Musafir Travel on Oct 29th. It is more than 15 days for now, I have not yet received the refund from your end. I want the amount to be refunded within two business day from now. Please refund as soon as possible.

                      I booked my air tickit from mumbai to coimbtore on 30th oct. first they showed me booking fail for travel tickit. and it was written in tickit that you will get refund soon. so i booked tickit another time.
                      They changed me twice for same tickit.

                      Tried 100 times to call at there customer care. but every time they kept on hold & never returned back.

                      Even mailed then 5 times no revert of mail also.

                      Worst customer service.

                        I booked a ticket through the website musafir.com from mumbai to indore on june 27, 2016. the ticket has been attached. Because of some issues the dates had to be changed, so the people there said that I will have to cancel the present ticket and book another one. some amount will be deducted but the rest will be credited back to the account through which we had made the payment. I waited for sometime when the money was not credited i contacted them and this was their reply.

                        After this I received a mail which asked me to check in online. After that I called their helpline and asked them about it so they said that the cancellation has been approved and the refunded amount will reach us soon and is not able to reach because of some technical difficulty. But it has been months, we have not received any mail or have not been contacted for the refund money which has not been refunded to my account.

                          I'm a client from jaipur name divya mahesshwari. Mob-[protected]. After accepting money for flight booking from jaipur to bombay for 8th nov on 27th nov, musafir is unable to provide confirmation just because the price gone up. Flight attendants are not answering the calls. Musafir is so irresponsible. Employees of company are making fool of clients. Company is not refunding my money also. I wish for my money to be refunded in my account as soon as possible.

                            They are glorifying their visa on whatsapp service and the fact that we can get quick hasslefree visa and we just need to talk to them on their whatsapp consumer service number and the people operating on that service dont reply to you for hours even after being online and the only reply ive got till now is a random 'yes' to my queries. Pathetic website, poor service and uneducated employees

                            I tried to book a flight from Bangalore to Kolkata on Thursday, 27th Oct'16. The money was debited but the booking was not made. Whenever I try to connect to your customer care, I am put on an indefinite wait. Neither they are replying to any messages nor any emails. Haven't seen such a pathetic customer service from any travel agent before.

                              Dint receive any mail of confirmation of my ticket.Money has been deducted.
                              Talked to airline directly.Ticket is not booked they said.
                              Also trying their customer care no. from last 1 hour. 100 rs has been deducted from balance but still no luck.
                              Such a poor services.All over only one no. is given that too is not toll free.

                              I just want my money back.
                              At least they should call back of pick up the phone I know the status for the booking.

                                I was booking a flight ticket for Patna to Mumbai through ixigo.com on 28th Oct, 2016.Yes, more accurately i would say that "I tried" to book the ticket but the money that is, Rs 9465 got deducted from my ICICI bank credit card account through which i was doing payment, but booking was not not done and I have not got any ticket confirmation, any ticket from musafir(I was booking ticket with "musafir" through ixigo.com) and till today I haven't got any reply neither from ixigo nor from musafir since I am trying to contact them since that very day on which I tried to book the ticket.They are not helping me out with the issue, they are not replying in an any way may it be email or call.I have tried everything, I have begged them for help, I have requested them, but no response from their side.

                                  I booked an international flight's return ticket via musafir for ~Rs. 50, 000. The flight is from Germany to kolkata and then from Kolkata to Germany. After I made the payment, Musafir executive called me and said that I will need a transit visa and I told her it is not needed if I stay in the airport. But she said that I should then do it at my own risk. All this was told to me after I paid them.

                                  Then the executive told that she will refund the money. Now, I have 2 problems:
                                  1. I never received any ticket/booking ID etc from them
                                  2. I cant confirm with Emirates/the airline about it has I have no booking ID
                                  3. My account has already been debited of Rs.50, 000, how do I book my ticket now?
                                  4. If I book my ticket later the prices will go up, who will pay for it?

                                  They neither sent me the ticket on my e-mail ID nor did they give my refund. Now, I have been calling them severally, they are not responding.

                                    I have got booking failure email and message on website attached.

                                    it was written that rest assure you will get refund. transaction was declined.

                                    after than i have done another booking using ixigo.com. but unfortunately after one hr musafir.com guys sent me ticket, meanwhile I have booked another on clear trip.
