I booked 3 flight tickets to Bangalore from Hyderabad paid the amount of Rs 14, 777. Unfortunately Musafir.com people didn't issue me the tickets. When I brought the issue to the Musaffir travel expert he mentioned that the tickets couldn't be issued as the fares have gone up by INR 2500. They gave me the option of either paying the difference amount or opting for full refund. I opted for the full refund.
The money hasn't been refunded till date. Even thought it's more than 2 weeks since the date of the incident. Would like the management to look into the request asap.

    Musafir.com took me thru the complete online flight booking process, accepted full payment and hold back the ticket issuance.Once i was stuck after paying the money and keeps waiting to recieve the ticket as u see in attached pic.After making frantic calls to the only contact number available, i was put on indefinite wait for a customer support person to come online...Customer support person comes on phone line after 8-9 attempts in 1 hour .She informs that I should pay more money as they could not book the ticket at the price they took from me.Now the price had gone up .If not take the refund after applicable deduction of service fee..I attempted to explain to her that its thier responsibility to provide ticket since they have acceptd the money in full an hour back. In view of continously increasing prices, i had to agree to pay additional money and settle this issue later.Yet they didnt ensure blocking the ticket while they could send me link to pay additonal money keeping my long distance call on hold. Instead of sending a link musafir person came back saying .I had to ask strongly to refund the money which as per thier policy was subject to service fee deduction but was agreed to be refunded in full. i had to go on Yatra portal immediately and book a ticket Rs3859/- more expensive than Musafir's agreed price 1.5 hours back . I also suffered TIME loss, long distance phone call charges for calling thier mumbai number repeatedly. Musafir has accepted the lapse on thier part and has extended the routine apology mail without any resolution(attached for reference).Please note the technology & operational laps at Musafir's end is so gross that even after 18 days of the incidence thier website still shows my tickets in under issuance ( as seen in attached snapshop).I call upon musafir.com to take responsbility of the laps in thier technology & system and at least compensate financial loss of Rs3859/-.

      I have booked my round trip ticket from chennai to mumbai and vice-versa for the 20th of october and want to cancel or reschedule the flight.

      I tried calling up the musafir guys and they put me on hold for 15-20 mins every time i called them. When i inquired about it they say system is slow. Also, 4-5 times these guys put me on hold and hung up the call. What am i to do with all the money just going on waiting calls for musafir.

      Now finally they say penalty itself come to 4000 for both cancellation and reschedule, with reschedule charging an extra of 6000. No other airlines charge me so much. I am totally disappointed with these guys. I really think its high time to meet the consumer court.

        I have booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Banglore. But due to system error I have booked ticket twice with the same person name... When I try to cancel the one ticket it's show it is non refundable... Please help me out... 1st time I am traveling by flight and it cost me 20000... Please refund my amount of rs 10585. Its a return ticket which cost me 10585...

          Booked tickets at 7:07pm, charged my credit card. Then i get call at 7:56pm informing prices have gone up and i should pay more!! My spouse booked same ticket at cleartrip at 7:25pm and got same price. There was delay from musafir's side and they want customer to pay for it. Talked to zehir and terrence from its call center - extremely unhelpful and rude! They kept on insisting that we should pay the difference despite the fact that they delayed the booking. My credit card was charged despite no booking done from their side.

          such mal practices must not be tolerated in this digital era..

              Very poor service i think that all peoples were right who said that musafir.com is a fraud. I have applied for visa & my documents reached ur office on 26th of june 2016. Ok i got a mail on28th evening 7pm around that ithey need additional documents. Ok i send that documents immediately. Now when on 1st july i called they told me new requirement that ur photographs are small so do onething payus 400 we will make photographs as required by ambassey. I said ok. I send the money. Again when i called on 4 th they again gave me new excuse that sir ur photographs can't be made so send us again new photographs. What the hell? I again send photographs & called & asked that are the photographs ok they said its ok & u will now get ur visa confirmed till 7th or 8th of july. I said ok again. When i called today they are saying that we will confirm u on next friday ie. 13 th july. Am i fool or all customers do u think r full. Ya sure because u think that we have got the payment what cuatomer van do know. Wow its so great thinking by musafir. Why dont u fool understand when u r diong this type of fooliagness u r getting a negative report in market & u r being called as fraud, &inresponssible. Dont worry soon ur company is going to face lots of issues in court. So better resolve my & other customer issues. Ur executivea r just making fool they are just delaying so that the customer could get frustated & can be harressed by ur company. Please resolve my problem or else i m going to court by monday. I have all proof as recording. & mail. Do remember that

                I applied for multiple entry visa of malaysia and single entry of singapore on 14 may my flight was on 6 june they got me single entry of malaysia when i pointed out their mistake they asked me to [ay rs 700 per visa more for three it was 2100 which i did to jitesh with whom i was dealing from start he assured me to get visa and asked me to send visa stamp of exit but didn't bothered about it and asked alroy to deal with it who applied for visa without exit stamp and told me two days leter it got rejected next days being saturday and sunday i have to extend my stay by three days in expensive city where as my trip planning went miserable i have to pay 195 sg dollars to get visa faced mental trauma financial harassment lost my cell phone as forgot it in a taxi

                  This is a horrible experience with these bunch of cheaters. Here you go-
                  I want to bring this to your notice that musafir . com is a fraud site and there are a bunch of cheaters working there(Don't go by Sachin Tendulkar used to appear in their add). This is a warning to all people like me who prefer to book a ticket is lowest available cost when you compare different websites. You will see their price is lower compared to other travel sites, and that is where you will fall in the trap and do the mistake for which you will pay heavy penalty at the end. I booked return ticket for my sister in law from Seoul to Mumbai and return. The price was lower compared to other travel sites, hence like anyone else I booked from musafir . com. They charge nonrefundable convenient fee of Rs. 350(you will think still a good deal, because the price is low when you compare with other sites). Now the payment is deducted and this is where the surprise starts. Whatever details I entered while booking is not appearing correctly on the ticket(Example: Flight timing, name prefix"Mr" in place of "Ms"). Now if anything wrong on the ticket you are not allowed to travel if any information like name etc. Especially for international travel you can't take any risk. When you try to contact them over the phone number[protected], you will break your head, but will never get anyone to speak. They will not pick up the phone when they see that you are repeatedly trying to contact them. This is all planned tricks by these bunch of cheaters. Finally I had to cancel the ticket by paying huge penalty to AirIndia and due to no reasons musafir . com charged cancellation penalty. Guys!please beware of these cheap travel sites. My suggestion book from the airline website directly, why to pay extra convenient fee, processing fee, cancellation charge etc. to the airline as well as these travel sites. I have cancelled the ticket and still don't know how much musafir . com will refund and when? This is cheating, please be informed and take an informed decision. Don’t just go by the fact that Sachin Tendulkar used to appear for their TV add. Just to understand how they are serving their customers, please make a call to their number[protected] and you will know what I am talking about.
                  I had cancelled the ticket on 27th of May'16 and afterwards spoke to 3 different people from musafir call center. Still I have not received my money back and not even a confirmation email from their side. Today when I spoke to another representative, she told me that the cancellation request is not yet processed and the person I spoke did not bother to process the cancellation and money refund. Because I had serious doubts about their intentions, I had taken the screen short of cancellation from musafir website.I have not had any such worst experience with any other travel agent and if they do not refund my money immediately, I will have to approach consumer court for help...

                    On 13.05.16 i paid rs 7000 for 2 nos. Of malaysia tourist visa with ref no m-38sap. It was promised that the visa will be issued within 5 working days. But till date the visa is not issued and when i am calling to customer care they are saying that the call is being transferred to visa section and then putting the call in hold for long and line gets disconnected.

                      Hi this is regarding the indigo flight booked via musafir from ixb to bbi on 28th august 2016.
                      I just wanted to enquire why is the cancellation charge so much more when the indigo cancellation policy states that only 1200 will be the cancellation charge for the ticket which is being getting cancelled before 1 month.
                      M-37wdx is the reference number, v9dy4z is my e-ticket number.
                      And for the flight fare of rs. 5115 i am getting a refund of rs 2615 only and moreover the ticket has been booked before 4 months.

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        This is regarding my domestic flight booking - M-37DUH(Flight time - 0015 on 24th Apr 2016) today at around 11am. I need help on my flight postpone without any charges to 5.30 am flight on 24 th Apr 2016, as When I booked musafir.com was showing only one flight with 7740 fare that too at time 00.15 am(the one I booked). Whereas there was another flight at 5.30 am with same price was not listed there with prices. So I booked 00.15 am flight forcefully. I just want justice by getting flight postponed to 5.30 am timing flight same day with all the charges waived-off.

                        I called the customercare executive but not satisfied with the resolutions(huge charge are applicable by airline Rs- 5721 - This amount is close to new booking- (indigo airlines suggested check with musafir only ait is their mistake).
                        Please help on the same

                        Transaction failed and ticket wasn't booked but still the amount of RS. 8020 got deducted from my HDFC credit card . Amount is still not refunded back
                        When people are booking flight & paying huge amount that means some emergency or import is there.i came to know that musafir are well reputed agency. if there doing wast behaviour with customer then how we can go with musafir.

                        please think once. No one earn money easily. so give some respect those who are investing their money in your agency.

                          I have paid 9999 for 4n/5d package in november and trusting their words.
                          They told, we have to inform them before 21 days of travel for the hotel bookings. But from last 1 month their only one customer care number ([protected]) is continuously coming switched off and no replies to the mails as well... Company is total a fraud..
                          Their official url also seems to be not working www.Musafirtrip.Co.In..
                          Guys dont invest your hardworking money on such fraud companies.

                            We had given visa for processing with musafir.Com. On day 1 we were told they will support everything. On day 1 after making payments, we had to follow up if our visa application would be put up on the day or not. Then we were told some papers missing, so we inquired why did the guy collecting papers not ask us. Then we were given stories, they tried to put buck on us. But because we pushed hard, they submitted application same day and said you will get the visa. Then we were promised we will be sent email from embassy but they never sent it. Next day again follow up with new person Jayesh Parmar, he was like the guy missed it sorry, and we were like hello, promise 1 broken and then promise 2 of sending email broken do you get seriousness? He was like I am telling he forgot was the response. No regret except for telling word apology in his sentence tone was like I don't care.

                                I have booked a ticket(Ref # TFNH3U) of Indigo from Musafir.com. When I went for booking till the final step it shows me Rs. 4225 but it deducted Rs. 4425 when booking done. Nowhere in any screen it shows about this extra Rs. 200 charges. This is absolutely unethical to provide wrong information to customer. I want my Rs. 200 back in my account.

                                    There is no response after a certain time from the representative (I have the watsapp number) on anything. What i have to do is to search the customer care number & then talk to other representative.

                                    But this Guy, Contact Number - [protected] replied only till i made the payment, after that i got no response.

                                    This is really not the Professional behavior.

                                      Dont ever travel with Musafir.com.

                                      I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from Musafir.com.
                                      They are not up to their commitment.
                                      Kindly note that we had done our booking for Dubai through Musafir.com ( Andheri ). on 19th November 2015.
                                      we done our full payment on 11 Dec 2015 although we didn't received Vouchers and visa till 26th Dec 2015. On 26th just two days before our departure they send us vouchers and visa in that also they send us wrong visa and make changes in our pre planned itinerary without any intimation.

                                      They skipped our airport pickup.we had to pay for taxi from our pocket, each day we had to wait for more than hour for a cab.
                                      There was no coordination between Musafir.com and local vendors.each time we had to call Musafirs Mumbai office but they never replied in time.we use to call the local vendors and the same result no response from them too.

                                      Entry tickets were not provided earlier, each time we had to call mumbai office for entry tickets like Ferrari world, Ski Dubai, Atlantis water park etc.after we called them they used to send a mail with attachments and we had to take printouts of tickets for that also we had to roam around.

                                      If these all things we had to manage by ourselves then why we paid to musafir.com. these people only took money well in advance from us but no facilities were provided. we had to do all these stuff.

                                      Just think if some elder people had visited through musafir.com then how difficult it would have been.

                                      After paying full amount well in advanced i had to pay more than 20000 Rs/- from my pocket also my entire trip got spoiled because of lack of coordination between Musafir.com and local vendors.

                                      I want to complaint against musafir.com I hope the same would be heard.
                                      Musafir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I had booked a return flight Mum-Del-Mum. I got a msg confirming my mum-del booking but no confirmation of del-mum.. later i receive a mail saying the ticket could not be issued. Next day i receive a mail about my return Vistara flight from Del-Mum with complete purchase link. I click on link and 'complete purchase' as asked by Musafir. Today i realise I have booked four tickets instead of two on the same return flight. If not for the mails from Musafir asking me to complete the transaction i wouldnt have booked it again. I havebeen duped to pay double the amount.
                                        Musafir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
