I applied for a 90 days toursit visa and was charged accordingly but the visa i received is for 60 days only. All attempts to establish contact with musafir has failed. This is ridiculous. Looks like they have blocked all my mobile nnumbers and unable to get connected.

Why cant you do it right first time, i need urgent resolution to the problem.
I have sent emails as well but no response.

    The agent doesnt even have the responsibility to call and check and inform on the update of the visa process, our travel date is nearing and the visa is not yet filed.
    All the required documents have sent with 2 sets and he needs copies again hell of responsibility not even concentrating on what documents have been provided.

    His senior officer mohammed informed everything will be taken care and expedite the visa process so far nothing has been done and they only ask us to remove the complaint that we make here.

    I booked a domestic ticket from Musafir.com but didn’t get my tickets. Tomorrow I am flying at 16:35 to bom from BLR. When will I get my tickets ? I paid 9250.

      australia and new zealand visa service

      I have been tracking for my visa application the agent sameet shetty was calling me continuously for the payment, once the payment is made there is no update no follow ups and no assisting of any document information. The pickup had to be done on 19th sep 2018 but no one turned up nor any update provided untill i enquired back if anyone is coming for pickup. Today i have called thrice to the person still the agent has never called me back...

      Hi, I had applied fir UAE visa (14 days), I have constantly been in touch with the customer care representatives and everytime I get to hear a new story, one says that it has been approved while the other says that its still with the immigration people and I will get it in another 1-2 days, I have never seen such pathetic customer service, despite of going through 100 disastrous feedbacks, I chose to get my visa done through Musafir.com, once they get the payment they will stop responding to your messages in a go, you have to literally beg them for a reply, is this how a cuatomer whos is paying you to avail services be treated? please do something about it in a day else I’ll really drag this matter to a great extent.

        I had applied my visa on the site on 15th...
        Now my fly date is 30th morning... I have not got my visa yet.. For south africa..
        Ithis guys are applying for visa first time may b.
        They didnt know format or extaclty what they want.
        Even after confirmation on email.. They asked doc for 2nd time.. Even aftr that visa rejected in embassy and now iys accepted however no 1 is responding to my calls or email...
        My flight cost is at stake...
        I wil drag you to court.. Have emails documented and voice recording... O[censored]r mistakes.. So get it done asap...

          Surprisingly, when i was talking to your executive and said i could see the ticket available same price on indigo site.. The response is let us check and in a minute responded back saying our systems not working.

          And for your kind information i am sending the email for the previous instance too. I am really disappointed by your service. Whenever as a customer i have requested to talk to manager the response is “ i am sorry the manager is not available “

          Last time I was in fact committed that you will receive call from Senior which never happened. So this time after listening the statement that manager is not available I didn’t even bother to request for a call back. Because I do not see any reason if your teams would have sense to handle customer. Kindly excuse for being little harsh on above statement.

          But understand the situation of a customer ticket not booked and money is deducted and if now customer has to made another booking he had to wait for 2 days to get refund and then do booking. And for your kind information I see this as a bug in your systems on any other site if I am doing the booking and price is increased I will be given a caution message that price increased and will be asked to pay revise price. It is definitely I see issue with system which does not refresh in right time and causing incontinence with customers. And when I am only facing this issue second time I can really imagine how many customers would have to go through this situation every day because of system issue’s… And one last observation.. how can that be possible that second time in a row the executive use the same statement that system is down when asked to re check the price..

          Hello Team,

          I have been sending repeat emails. But it seems the complaint is been forced closed and your customer care executives don’t even give importance to respond on email.

          I have called the customer care number.. When enquired about the update on booking reference I am told refund has been initiated.. when I asked why no email on that stating refund initiated and why is that there is no response one mail I..my call is abruptly transferred to Mr. Naveen who has called back yesterday. Note the call transferred without even me know..

          Best examples of wrong fit in customer executive industry Mr. Naveen…. Same question I have asked him .. why no email stating refund initiated and response is “I told you on phone yesterday “ does that mean you will not even bother to reply on email answer is nothing… I again requested for call to be transferred to manager and response is same manager not available. I requested that I will be on call please transfer to manager… and I was told okay wait.. I continued to be on call for 3 minutes and then I am told that call will be transferred. Again to my surprise call isn’t connected to manager.

          I seriously did not understand why would I bear the excess cost of your system lag.. whenever I go and book a ticket on any website and there is instant increase in price before I would have made payment it will give caution message. Why is it every time issue with your site. Why is it you take customer for granted and make them to adjust with your system lags.

          Now step in shoes of customer and think. After booking is done.. did not receive ticket. Tried call thrice on customer care number but never got the call picked up. Then later I receive a call to make more payment. And then get in argument and no email confirmation if refund initiated. Awaited +12 hours to seek any update on ticket. Again call back customer care and been informed refund initiated.. by all this time ticket price have gone up. And who is at loss after all this pain.. CUSTOMER.. does that really help in business.. I think you might want to RETHINK & DESIGN YOUR PROCESS BACK… UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER & WHAT HE HAS TO GO THROUGH WHEN YOU SAY NO TO HIM..

          I am looking for a compensation here for what all I have gone thru..

            I booked my air ticket on 19.2.2017 (Booking ref m-4bev4) for delhi-toronto-delhi sector. Udf refund was ordered by govt. Of india on 7.7.17. For bookings made before this date refund was to bemade automatically ifthe journey was yet to commence. Request for refund was to be made to portals for bookings made through them. I have been requesting musafir.com to refund the udf for my as well as my wife ticket since october, 2017 but the amount is still awaited. Surprisingly my emails are not being answered. Their support reference nos.3144859, 3114195, 2877845 refer.

            I applied for Singapore visa of my mother Smt shobha mishra through Mumbai branch last month. My 250 rs charged extra on courier delivery. But sonia mishra customer care representative not refunded my money till now . Kindly process. My visa case number 3257947. Its almost 2 week over.
            Reference to my complaint ID Number 1931014 dated 19 April, 2018 regarding UDF refund by Musafir.com, neither refund nor any reply has been received so far. Look into the matter and hope to see a positive response.

              I have been making calls and writing emails everyday, since the day i made the payment. No one seems to be bothered about my panic. My travel date is 15th april and i need the visa before 10th of april. Still the documents have not been picked up and the process has not started. Please listen to call recording of yesterday's call made by me. I tried to explain my panic, but the agent and her manager seemed not so bothered.

                I was booking a round trip flight from your portal and while on the bank transaction page even when i did not enter the atm pin the page got redirected and i received a popup message saying that my ticket has been successfully booked. I have attached the screenshot of the said popup in the attachment section for reference. Please verify and provide me some feedback regarding this issue.

                  I have applied for the uae visa through musafir.com spoke to asra sheikh on friday evening she told me yes we do visa for uae and otb as well.

                  She told me please make the payment on link sent to you on joy. [protected]@gmail.com of inr7499.00 and we will apply for the visa then i asked her about my otb then she told me over the phone once your visa approved then we will apply for the otb and asked to to book my tickets as i suppose to travel on 25march however she told me its too early not sure wether the visa get appoved by this time or not so kindly wait first for the visa approval and you can book the tickets and otb will not take much time it will take hardly 15-20 minutes you can listen the call recording on[protected]. At 1930 hours on friday.

                  According to her i booked my flights and sent my tickets to musafir.com as she already told me and this will not take much time so i have booked my flight for 28march.

                  Now today which is 27th march evening time someone calling me from musafir and saying otb is not possible airline saying no for otb.

                  Without my permision she disconnected the call in the middle of the call from her end and now i became helpless because it is 1930 hours and their timings are from 9am to 7pm on your website.

                  What should i do now its a big loss for me i purchased the tickets at the price of inr22000 because your agent gave me the surety about the otb and now you are closed my flight is tomorrow morning 4am.

                  I need proper answer on this from your team within 24hours time. Who will bear the loss of this.

                  I am not going to take this loss as this is not my mistake.

It's almost more than 13hours my flight flight ticket didn't come..And cost of the flight ticket that is almost 4k deducted from my account.I called in customer care also they didn't pick my call even..

                    1 st time they sent wrong itiaranary so visa got rejected again asked for 5k extra to apply in express applied in express on monday 5 feb 2018 and today is wed where in express we are getting next day visa still no status provided also not providing me application ref number so that i can trace it online

                      I had opted for visa services of musafir.com and have paid for the entire visa amount which is to be for processing.

                      Today, i just got a call from their representative, saying there is problem in the photos of my wife and kid and i will have to pay inr 250/- more in additional to what i have already paid for services, just for your representative to come and re-collect the photos again.

                      Does this even look reasonable from the customer's perspective that he has already paid for services and now on top of it that you demanding inr 250/-.

                      Also, the representative who just called me seem to be easy going and even had the courtesy to tell me saying, i am are free to complain to whoever i want and do whatever i want nothing can be done. This pathetic response is not at all appreciated.

                      Miserable customer service!! Recruitment team needs to work on recruiting the right person who understand customer service

                        I have applied visa for 5 persons with Musafir vide application no M-564RK on 7th Dec, 2017. My travel date is 22nd Dec. All payments and documentation was cleared on 7th itself and it was committed that we will get the visas within 5-7 days.I started following up with them from 14th since I didn’t receive the visa. They replied that it’s under process and we will receive the visa by 15th. We followed up on 15th again and they kept on extending the date and time confirming that by the next evening you will surely get the visa. We followed up rigorously since 15th and every time they just casually asked us to keep patience and wait for the visa by next evening. After daily follow ups of min 10-12 times daily they provided only 3 out of 5 visas on 19th and confirmed that the remaining 2 will be received within 24 hrs. We kept on following up with them on 20th will the same reply from their end. On 21st also we followed up with them since 9am in the morning and still they gave us hope for the evening. In the evening when we called they are saying that it’s under process and you should reschedule your trip. We are really amazed by their casual attitude and lack of transparency. The reschedule/ cancellation will attract a charge of Rs. 200000, considering flight and hotel cancellation. Their customer executives are too casual and every time we spoke with them they just misguided us in all possible way without sharing the application no and without giving any solution. When we followed up on 21st they kept us on hold for hrs. They have not left a single window open for us and cause us to forcefully cancel our trip with effective loss of around Rs. 400000.

                        They did not confirm me that visa can be done and they cut the processing fee without processing the visa this is the way of cheating done to the consumer if my money wont get back i will file a complain regarding this to the consumer court as well to the police for cheating the customer

                          I have booked my travel to dubai and its been 3 days that i have been speaking to your travel consultant to get ok to board certificate but still not got it. My flight departure on 10 dec at 3.30 am. Tis is my first flight to international destinations n am getting not any response from your agency. It is disheartening. Sorry to say if i do not get a call from your consultant confirming my ok to board doc then i seriously will take this up to media tat i work for.

                              Hi all,

                              Just wanted to inform how musafir.com fools the customers

                              2 month before had called musafir.com tollfree shared all the details about my travel plan mentioning the travel dates but they by mistaken applied visa before the travel date which will get expired when i went to their office spoke to their representatives they told they will reapply the visa with no bare cost from my side incase if the visa gets rejected they will bare the entire cost for all passanger, when today i called them to inform the visa is getting expired so re-apply the same asap these buggers told me i have to bare the visa fees which was very surprising for me, we cant trust them at all - my communication were over mail and on phone i clearly mentioned them its your mistake and ill not able the visa cost which they agreed but now they refused to do so
                              All my communications were on mail and phone which im going to launch the complaint against musafir that no customers in future should be victim like me
                              Pls share to all for awareness ho company can fool the customers and mislead

                                We were coordinating with sameet shetty for schengen visa for germany.
                                After making the payments online he simply ignored or avoided the customer service part of his profile.
                                Hardly followed up with us regarding required documents.
                                We ourselves tried to connect him but could not get him.
                                One day before the appointment date with embassy we expect the cooperation n support from him for getting ready the documents/filing the required documents.

                                But he did not bother about our appointment n submission.
                                Simply ignored our emails n requirements.

                                As a customer support, we feel his manager should also have track about the executives visa submission process... Completed or left the work after payment received

                                All my friends n relatives are shock with this type of service we got from musafir people.

                                I have applied twice for dubai visa through musafir, but ir was done smoothly

                                But sameet behavior and his service won't be acceptable by any of the customers

                                We have also experienced visa services from other companies executives, they took their interest for clients visa submission rather eating client to get back to them again and again.

                                We expect an action and email from musafir on this case.

                                  Today while converting from tourist visa to dependent visa, came to know about this, you have cheated me. Now my family already staying here more than 30 days and immigration team applied penalty 100 aed per day.

                                  Spoke with your representative but no resolution yet, please help to solve this problem urgently.

                                    We have sent this communication several months ago to your customer ids multiple times and all along you have been silent. When will we get a response from you

                                    I would like to draw your attention to the harrowing time we had while traveling to amsterdam on may 9th 2017 for our much awaited holiday in spite of having booked our air tickets well in advance. I am listing below facts of the case

                                    - on november 21, 2016 we booked 3 tickets mumbai-amsterdam-mumbai departure date may 9, 2017 return may 25, 2017 through musafir portal trip m-3vy57 issuing airline jet airways pnr hfsmay

                                    - on april 27, 2017 went on to manage bookings on jet airways site and requested for etickets via email. Email was sent with all bookings confirmed as per ticket issued on nov 21, 2016

                                    - on may 9th 2017 checked into etihad flight 9w 6520 to abu dhabi. Was informed at the counter that the klm boarding passes would be issued at the abu dhabi airport.. Found it strange but didn’t question further as i was told it was normal practice

                                    - on reaching abu dhabi was shocked to learn at the etihad/klm counter that the flight to amsterdam was not in operation during the summer and it was the case for the last 2 months at least

                                    - what shocked us more was that we had never been intimated of this development by the issuing airline jet or musafir or klm in advance and were also allowed to board the flight at mumbai when there was no connecting flight to amsterdam.. Simply amazing

                                    - the etihad counter staff at abu dhabi fortunately was very helpful and went out of their way to try and help us. After several calls to the jet airways staff to accommodate us on another connecting flight we were finally informed that we had to wait until the morning for the manager to come. No logical explanation was offered to us on why we were not intimated in advance. For an airline that boasts of being india’s top airline, garnering awards and being service oriented, i find it difficult to digest that the manager could not be disturbed but the indian passengers could be left high and dry in the middle of the night in a foreign land for no fault of theirs!!!

                                    - it was imperative for us to reach amsterdam by 1.00 pm on 10th may as we had to board the vision of the seas cruise by 3.30 pm for our vacation for which we had paid thousands of dollars.. Missing the cruise meant missing the entire vacation.

                                    - in desperation, we were left with no option but to purchase tickets on a qatar airways flight that would get us to amsterdam by about 1.30 pm. We paid 6600 dirhams for these tickets booking reference wnsduc. Without the etihad staff this would not have been possible and they were not even the issuing airline! We did make it to the cruise just 3 minutes before the cut off of 3.30 pm. You will agree that it could have gone either way.


                                    Given the above, we would like to know

                                    - who is responsible for all the turmoil, uncertainty and disruption of our perfectly planned holiday?

                                    - what happened to the refund amount of the flight that was not operated by the airline?

                                    - who will compensate us for the significant additional amount we had to spend to reach our destination


                                    This is certainly a case that should be on social media so that many many travelers become aware of the issues that can arise when you book tickets involving multiple airlines but the issuing airline is one.

                                      I have applied for Singapore visa via Musafir.com.

                                      Travel Date: 19th Sep 2017
                                      Musafir.com received documents on: 31 Aug 2017 (have confirmation mail from them)

                                      Till date they keep saying that application is with Consulate but when asked for visa reference no or any official communication, they keep saying all communication was oral! No consulate in the world does oral communication and not give any reference no for a submitted application.

                                      I have onward travel from Singapore and without my passport I cannot even travel.

                                      Every time I call their customer support they keep giving me a different date and tell me to wait. It seems like they submitted the application very late or made some other mistake and now just covering up and blaming the consulate.

                                      As I have traveled to Singapore in 2015 and got the visa in 7 days only, I dont think the consulate takes this long to decide.
