On 17th april, I have placed a order from Myntra and money of 2626 is debited from my ICICI account but later no order is placed for that amount on Myntra. I contacted with the customer service and the customer service person was rude and didn't obliged to help me on this matter for the refund of this amount. Later I contacted to my bank and they have confirmed the successful transaction of said amount through googlepay to myntra on same mentioned date. In response to help, bank have credited the amount to myntra beneficiary with amount 2626 corresponding with RRN number to help refund my money back.. but Myntra declined to provide me any help and also deny to even check with the RRN number with all proofs and details and it's has been more then 3 months but no help is being provided instead of just delays and further extended dates after trying more than 100 calls and false assurance of crediting amount in 8-10 working days to Myntra but now it has been more than 3 months. Googlepay also have confirmed the successful transaction from thier end in written through mail. Being a loyal customer, Myntra has really disappointed me to the core for falsefully deducting my amount and fail to refund even after all proof and details. This is really disappointing and failed customer satisfaction from Myntra. Myntra has even cross the boundary telling my issue has been resolved while it never get resolved and im still fighting to get my refund paid on time. Myntra is a disappointment in the name of brand to their loyal customer. If my issue will not get resolve on time I will approach to the consumer court and file a complaint against Myntra for false deducting of amount and failed to provide fair customer service and satisfaction on time.

I was ordered jacket from myntra on 15th june.. and i was paid 989Rs. From my ICICI bank account through upi transaction... and payment debited from my account but order not confirmed... It's 4 day's but still my payment on stuck... i was also complained but not any response yet.. i want my payment back..as soon as possible

I'm not able to return my Myntra order which has just arrived a day before as I did not liked the stitching of the product. But while confirming my return order some error is occurring, this is my first bad experience with mantra. Please help myntra.

I have ordered the company of puma and Myntra gave me the company o[censored]nder armour and also the colour that I have ordered is also changed I am very upset what Myntra had did I have also talked to the care and they said that my return will be accepted till 14th June but when I call at 15th they said they said my return is not going to be accepted the mistake you guys did and you guys don't return I request you to return the product

Myntra has blocked our account saying we have returned too much without even pre intimation, We had money in our wallet, they are not even ready to return it. There is no legal policy of myntra that they will block our account if we do multiple returns.neither they have kept any limits on return then how they suddenly can block our account. We want our money back.

I'm not able to login my account, when asked from Myntra they just said they deactivated my account. I have added 5k gift card. They refused to give that back.

Purchased Puma shoes ... delivered the shoes in a torn box, On day one of wearing itself shoes have been damaged ..waited for exchange as my size was not available in Puma brand...then I placed exchange for kalenji (decathlon )shoes which are of higher price than Puma ... Now exchange is not being accepted as the original box is not available which I had thrown away on day one unaware of return policy

I ordered a tshirt of brand Wrangler of medium size but i didnt receive it at all. But it is showing in my orders that I have received it. Its expected deliver was 5 june.
Apart from this I have received a XL size wrangler shirt which I didnt ordered at all. And delivered on 14 june

Kindly solve the problem by delivering the right item

I received product on 19th May.
I requested return on 14th June. (which is within 30 days return policy of myntra)
Issue:
I have received a defective track pant, there are small holes in it. Day before yesterday when I wanted to wear it for first time, I found there are few very small holes on it. The holes are very small and at first sight, its difficult to notice. So, I requested Myntra to initiate the return, as I have received a defective product. The product is totally new as I received it with all the mrp tags intact and totally unused . As my return date will end on 18th June, I requested Myntra to work on it fast and resolve my issue. But my issue was rejected by Myntra. Myntra said they didn't send me defective product and they refused to return.
Please provide me justice and help me get my product returned and get my refund initiated.
For your reference, I am attaching the photos of the product. If you zoom the photo, you will find very small holes in it.

Placed return request the next day we received the above mentioned package.
No one picked up even after one month.

I called Myntra on 13th June, complained against delayed pickup and refund of money. I was give a ticket to talk to supervisor

This supervisor named Jaya Kumar called me today i.e., 14th June. I asked him to complete the return by Saturday at any cost.

To my shock this Jaya Kumar not only closed the ticket but also cancelled the return pickup. This is a fraudulent activity and a waste of time to keep on following up with Myntra-ites.

I have made a purchase on Myntra in October 2020, I have ordered 1 shoe and 1 bed sheet. Later I have canceled bed sheet but refund was not credited in my account till date. I have called customer care and they said the order is not showing in the server. Later my order details vanished from Myntra app.

I have made payment with my gift card and all the details are available with me.

When i am appling my phone number in myntra login it is showing that the phone number is got locked

I had purchased 2 items from myntra Dt 9/5/21 out of which 1items returned by me for which I should have receive the return refund of rs 575 respectively but till date myntra has not refunded me the above amount. Myntra has only provided me this reference number[protected] but I have confirmed from my bank that they have also not received any amount on behalf of me. I have contacted myntra for several times through mail and over phone but there is no response from them.
Hence requesting you please look into the matter and help me out.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have ordered Real Me Unisex White Buds Air Neo on 12th of May 2021. I got it on 15th but the main product earphone and case is missing from the box. There is only charging cable inside the box. I immediately complaint to myntra and shared images but Myntra declined to accept refund or return of product. I am a loyal customer of myntra. I have paid 2199. I want refund because myntra delivered empty box to my address. Order No : 1172722 [protected].

I have ordered ASICS sports shoes women size and received entirely different kid shoe from ASICS by Myntra.
Now after I made a return request the product is not getting returned because courier guy is saying the product is not same as ordered. How can I give the product which I never recieved. I daily open the ticket for the same and they say they will work on this and mark it resolved as soon as I disconnect the phone.

Despite of so many complaints there is no resolution to it.

It is simply torturing the customers.. not expected from such a big brand ..

This time MYNTRA sucks..

Hello sir, My account has been suspended from myntra portal without any reason. I called customer care from 1 month they always say we will solve it but till not didn't happen anything. I have ammount in my myntra credit and want it back. Please solve it.

I had ordered pants from Myntra a few days back, the pants were supposed to come with a belt, I didn't receive it and therefore I wanted a return. The guy who came to take my product back, took it checked it and said a belt is missing, I told him that is why I am returning it in the first place . He gave my pants back, took the Myntra cover it came in with him and told me he'll come back tomorrow and pick it up. It's been a week since he said that and the guy is nowhere to be found. I need a refund ASAP. Help!

I placed an order on Myntra. Order ID # 1174969 [protected]

I put the product for replacement on 10th July 2021 and paid an additional amount of 602 rs for the same. Need refund for 602 rs as there is nothing showing in my orders that will be delivered to me.

Tried getting in touch with their call center but they are resolving the issue without even reading it I guess.
