Ordered Calvin Klein perfume worth Rs.2838 on 22 May 21. I receive it today where the box was hampered full of perfume and and the perfume inside the calvin klein box was broken pieces of perfume bottle leaking and shattered in the whole packaging.
I understand it is non returnable product but getting broken pieces of perfume is a genuine case where i don't need refund but i want a replacement with a genuine request. I tried contacting customer care and emailed the support but no response received.Attached videos o[censored]nboxing and pictures i received today. I am expecting ba callback on +91 [protected] and resolution ASAP or I will escalate this to senior officials.

      I ordered a Nike shoe which I received on 22th may morning and I returned the same within five minutes because I didn't liked the fit and within fifteen minutes the same person came took the return. After three hours I received a message that the product doesn't have a brand name so they placed it on hold I returned the same product within minutes still they have a doubt. there is no brand name written in the shoes on the website also. They are just harassing the customers. They are doing pure fraud. Attached the bill for reference.

        I have placed an order for an ADIDAS shoes with gift packaging and when the order was recieved there was no gift packaging and the adidas box was tempered fully and the product inside tbe box was fake and then when tried to reach myntra customer care they declined the request and said they cannot do anything about it.

        Placed a request for smart watch and fake product delivered ... Packing was done as if its seal packed and wrong product inside and not providing resolution... after waiting for 3 week to resolve they said it was seal packed...
        Myntra should know there are people playing with such big company name. I called them so many times asking for supervisor and I was called 2 times by supervisor and did nothing just asked me to wait. And later said nothing cant be done

          I have returned a crocs sandal with all the tags, original box including the invoice intact. But refund was not initaited, instead it is saying the product has failed quality check. We, the customers are not scam artist, i just want a hassle free return experience. The product was returned in good condition exactly how i received it.
          i want myntra to settle the issue and refund me at the earliest.

              I have returned one of my order( hrx shoes due to size issue)( hrx men grey mesh running shoe, order id- 116864368029546017203) on 14th april. The total amount of refund was rs.1649 in which rs.150 was added to myntra credit and 1498.97 should be added to my bank account through which payment was made. But i havent recieve that refund amount till now, its being more than a month i have been trying to contact to your costumer service for help but when ever i call them for help they just say we have prossesd the amount, and then they say contact to your bank with the bank reference no.[protected] which i have olready done but the bank is denying of any transaction of that amount ..Even i have no history of any transaction till now..Please helf me ith the issue my refund is stuck in between i guess. Please help me to get my refund for the order i hv returned. Please help me asap to resolve this this problem.

                Myntra really provides a large variety of stock for nost of the products. But for most of the items the item you like goes out of stock and there is no way to request for the product as well. This is really upsetting as a customer . Currently i was looking for product code 12160556 size M but it is not available for a very long time .

                  I ordered dresses from myntra.. my 3 refunds of dresses are pending with myntra. very disappointed with myntra. i was regular customer of myntra but now i will never ever shop with myntra. previously i ordered some more dresses but now i am going to cancel all of them too.. was waiting for my refund money so long but didn't get yet.. my 3500 rs stuck with myntra.

                    Recieved the damaged product from Myntra and now they are declining the return request on claims that it has been used. How does someone uses a watch with no glass and it doesn't even work? It doesn't make any sense and the entire experience has been very disappointing....

                    Hi Team,

                    I placed order for Vastramay Men Blue and Cream Solid Kurta with Trousers and received only partial items on 7th May 2021.. Got only Kurta.. Pyajama / trouser
                    was missing in that parcel.

                    On the same day I called customer care executive and they told me to claim for return and today is 19th May 2021, return didn't happen yet..

                    I get messages that pick up failed and automatically in my app it's showing to place return again.

                    Spoke to 7 different customer executives and none could help me or solve my issue. Infact spoke to escalation manager Mr.Adrash who also don't take my concern yet seriously.

                    1st of all the seller send me only partial product and then when i want to return it this myntra is not taking return stating pick up failed. Giving dumb reason that there is COVID positive patient in my flat, which is very false news and defaming and hurting someone sentiments is such a shameful practice by myntra.

                    Shame on you Myntra for hurting your loyal customers with such false news

                    Worst decision to shop on myntra ..

                    Worst experience ever.. Shame on you Mnytra .. A simple pick up is not happening from your end.

                        I Placed the order on Saturday 15 may 2021 for blue workout top.On Sunday it got delivered 16 may 2021, As that was small for me i decided to return it and placed return request on that day itself. Product got picked up next day. I chose the myntra points as refund option but after 3 days i got the message product has failed quality check. I did not use that product even the tags were in placed when i returned it, why the hell they updated that status. This seems to me a cheap tactics of myntra to increase sale and reduce return.Why i am suffering i raised the return same day when i got the product, i was dissatisfied with what i received. This is so bad to trouble customer like this. what the hell is wrong with myntra their customer executive also has no respose to my issue they want me to wait another four days. what the hell will you do in those 4 days.

                        Now Myntra has updated status that product did not meet Quality Standards. if that is the case then you would not have send such Products to customer which are missing quality. Because i returned what i received with tags and the same packet in which the product was delivered to me. This is totally not acceptable i returned product within less than24 hours how can you say that your customer has altered the quality. In this lockdown time people are already filled with anxiety nd on top of that i have to write the complaints for such false issue created by Myntra. i want my refund, you cant play with cheap tactics to trouble your customer. This is totally not acceptable.

                          I have order two t-shirts, two pants, one pair of shoes at first . Delivery date was on 16th May but it came on 14th and I was busy in festival (eid). Agent called and said that u got dress. I said I will take tomorrow I was out of station. I mentioned him clearly but he canceled the order . Without informing me and again I ordered one hoodie . Delivery date is on 21st but came on 19th . Agent called me and said .
                          I said ok I will take, u can come. Because of technical issues phone pay didn't work I said I will go up and I will take the money and come.
                          After coming that Agent was not their and he canceled me ordered.
                          This is second time sir . For the first I ordered dresses but ur Agents r so irresponsible and show attitude against the customers this is not fair at all sir.

                              Hello,
                              Myself Yogasmitha a Myntra customer since 5 years now.
                              I have credited my account with more than 20000 rupees in last couple of months which are turned into myntra credits from my bank account and able to shop for more than 10k. There are 10k worth of shopping still possible but due to account and password recovery options I cannot retrieve.
                              But the call center can see my details of having 2 accounts in which one of the accounts have 9000+ worth of credits. They say it's not possible to retrieve.
                              I am surprised in this digital world we not only have ease of shopping cashless but also ease of recovery from these password hassle.

                              When I deposit some money in bank account, even if I have 10 rupees credit there is a way to retrieve the password with numerous options, email, ivrs, give letter to bank, proofs of aadhaar, inperson verification.

                              I believe constantly that with reputed shopping site like Myntra it is possible to get my hard earned money back. For eg, Amazon came for kyc when I wanted to credit more money for shopping.
                              I can give authorisation letter, or come in person, but the customer care, even the supervisor state simple reason that I have no registered email ID so I cannot retrieve.
                              Why such accounts are even being allowed to create if I cannot retrieve my password and why do such sites allow customers to deposit the money.
                              I need my money back or the account retrieved.
                              If this is the policy of websites, then with mere forgetting of password, and credits inside the account, myntra can loot nxno.of accounts to their business at the valued money of customers
                              Please support.

                                  I recently bought a wrangler denim shirt from their app . While paying the transaction failed for the first time but my money got deducted. I didn't receive my refund and it has already been 6 days. I tried contacting them but instead of replying my query was removed .                                       I had placed four orders one for trouser, one that shirt and one flip flops.. It was a gift for someone and hence I sent items for hamper packing. The packing person had scratched the prices thinking it as a gift.

                                      Unfortunately, the size fit was there for the items. Hence, I placed the return for the same. When the delivery boy come. He rejected the return and said to contact customer support.

                                      I contacted various representative all day but no one understood my concern and clearly refused for the return of items.. All items costed me around[protected]. And it is all wasted. No one is nearby me to whom I can give those items and worst part is it was a gift to someone. Myntra should understand that customer money is very precious to them. Now I am really worried about the money being wasted and moreover the special day which I have planned for my dear one is also spoiled due to this return issue.

                                      Even after complaining, requesting many times to Myntra.. I am still getting no positive response... Myntra have worst return policy.. I ordered from many websites but never faced such issues
