On 8th April 2021, I canceled few items, payments of which were done through Gpay. I didn't receive my credit, so when I checked with Myntra, I was assured that I will receive my money back by 18th April 2021. I did ask reference number through which the money was reversed, however, no information was received.
Till date, I have not received any refund. When I called customer care/helpline, they asked me to check with Gpay, however, without any reference number how can one expect to get clarity from Gpay or Pay U for that matter.
No one is helping me with this. Gpay is asking for a reference number through which Myntra refunded my amount, but I cannot provide the same because Myntra Customer care is not willing to share the same.
