I ordered shirt on 15th May to my friend as a gift to his place, ( as it was a gift I didn't tell him anything about it) on 21st may it has to be delivered in his place, he got a notification that shirt is gonna be shipped today, but it didnt
After that I saw in Myntra side that it shows product has been delivered
My friend didn't get a product
Till now I am regularly making call to Myntra, They are not responding good not even they are arranging my call to seniors

I'm totally annoy by the behavior of your delivery boy, as he placed my delivery by throwing it to my hands from the bottom of my floor and didn't take any response. He was talking in a very mischievous way. So here I wanna just say that I'm very disappointed by the delivery boy of myntra and from now onwards I have to just think about the different online platforms rather than myntra.

Seller ne all ready purana product bheja tha. Box bhi damaged tha. Me re ko delivery mila tab 5-8 hours me return ka req bhi kar diya.

Jab me ne return ka request kiya to delivery boy ne pick karne ke bad reject kiya.

Phir se request diya to hold kar diya 08-june -2021 ko answer milonga.

I ordered a dress from myntra.com. The cloth material did not match my expectation so I ordered a return on the item. I have returned many dresses on myntra.com without any problems till now.

I am very sure that I didn't tamper with the product in any way. The delivery person too checked the dress during return process and took it. There was no issue at that time. But WHY is myntra.com telling me "Return rejected because quality check failed. The item will be reshipped to you" now?

I did not tamper the product in any manner. I want my refund. What should I do with a dress that I don't want? This is very bad from myntra.com's side. I never had any issues with them till now, but they turned out to be like this.

This isn't fair myntra. I did not damage the product in any way. The dress seemed of low quality cloth material so I DID NOT EVEN WEAR IT.

I put back the dress into plastic pack as soon as I felt the cloth. I did not tamper it.

Paid through airtel payments bank on myntra.com.

Also got the following message

But order was not placed

My Rs. 569 myntra credit expired on Dec 28, 2020, after a year without any notification from myntra, neither on my email nor through any texts.

I have made a payment from Mobikwik to myntra on 27 may 2021 @11.40 am for Rs 1306. The amount got debited but it didnt receive by myntra and hence the order was not complete. I tried to.contact Myntra and they mention that the issue will be resolved in 4 working days but i got response that they didnt recieve any money and cant help. Its a fair transaction from Mobikqik as they have transaction id but somehow myntra is neither taking that reference id into consideration and just ignoring the same

Yesterday i got order from myntra then not fitted to me. after half an hour i have requested to return the parcel.then myntra has accepted the request and assingn courier boy. then after 2-3 hour automatically updated on protol that quality check rejected. couier boy has not visited or not even any call to me. then why myntra updated. i have tried to call couirer boy but not pick up my call. then call tpo myntra after that till now no update from myntra. the package is un used, had also all tag, & all new form..kindly help me to out

I was buy hrx track pant on myntra . i m living in rural area so i understand the delievery boy not comming to home but i reach the point where he diliever my parcel but he was not comming and when was call him no. of times he refused to recieve my call and behave with me so reduley . And i haven't received my refund from myntra in my payzapp wallet

I ordered one Dress from Myntra of Rs 2897 because of fitting issue I had to return it . I folded it properly and within hours of putting return request, they collected it ( within the same day) . How did the quality check fail? When I wore it for just few seconds? All tags are there. Is this there new way of scamming us?

I had opened an account in myntra with just my mobile no. After few days due to inactivity as I did not buy anything due to pandemic situation my account got locked. I called up in support for around 15 days but no one called me back and I always received a notification that one of our agent will reach you in 7 mins. Fortunately after 15 days one of their agents called me back and she informed me it is not possible to unlock your account...

Not received refund till date

Well myntra is always Myntra. They won't update you with your order. They won't allow you to track your order. Neither would they allow you to contact them through a customer complaint portal. When we email them they will give a two weeks forward to date and closes the ticket by themselves on that day without solving the issue. I am uploading a few images here for your reference

Actually I’m moving to Germany, so I have ordered few items from Myntra the order was confirmed and it shipped on the day of delivery date they cancelled my order as that they lost the transit.. As this pandemic situation I can’t go out and buy those things so I ordered in website I’m really very disappointed at nick time they canceled my order...

Myntra company advertises that the delivery charges are free over 799/-, however it started collecting the convenience fee without mentioning terms and conditions on the advertisement.

.On 16th may i tried to order to saree from myntra through SBI net banking. The amount 2074 rs deducted from my bank account but but didn't placed. The next day i contact myntra customer care they checked the details and assured me that they initiated a refund and money will be back to me with in 7 to 10 days. In this period I again contact to customer service they said me to keep patience it will be refund. But after 10 days i again called myntra customer service they said that their refund is successfully done which they initiated but it not showing in my bank account. If myntra initiated the refund then where the money possibly go?? Please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

I had tried to order an item a few days back (12th May 2021). My order was not completed but my money (Rs 1033) got deducted. Till now I have not got my refund.

I ordered a cloth product on the 25th of May 2021. After payment, the amount RS.694 /- got deducted but the order was not placed successfully.
I want to know when I will get my money back, as I didn't receive any message or notification from myntra.
But I did get a msg from sbi with a TX number.

Delivery boy not came for return time, not attaind call . Pick up failed 4 time by delivery boy .its not attaind call & make excuses
