Really I am totally disappointed by Myntra's service .I got this product on 13 Feb but due to size issue, I want to return it, so I make my first return request on 17 Feb but my return declined by courier boy and he mentioned that I refused to return the product, so after that I call to Myntra customer care and explain them so they told me that they will take action against him and after that I made another return request but again and again same thing happened so I talked with supervisor and he also told me same thing .and I was totally sad about this after making 13-15return request I came to delhi and return product 15 April and after they making excuse that this product is used product so you will not get refund back .but I return product with all price tags without cutting them .
And also they delete all tickets that raised by me, that is totally disappointed . Please help me with this .I am also attaching proof(screenshot) that how many time I request them for return but they refuse and delete almost all tickets that raised by me .

I attached all the proof that will show that how much time I requested to them to accept my return request.it takes 17 Feb to 15 April to return it .and after that the are saying that product is used so we can't give refund .this is totally disappointed 😓😓.

I received the product but there was a size issue it's not justifying the tag putted on it so I requested for return the very day after trying it but when the delivery person came he said it has a light mark on it so he can't pickup I told him that I got the product the day before and out the return request on the same day in the evening and talked to customer care after that but they cancelled the claim without properly checking the product in front of them. It's a total fraud thing to do with customers. So I request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible

I ordered a floral top and a sneaker from myntra.But the order I have placed is not showing in my order section.
I would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter.

I ordered hangup suit set from mantra and it was delivered one day earlier than promised. As soon as I received the product, I tried and didn't like the product because of the overall quality and the pant size issue. I requested for a return and refund then and there, and the guy came for pick up in the next hour. I had the product for about an hour.

So now the weird thing is I received a quality check failed status and the product was gonna ship it back to me. I contacted the customer service and they suggested that I receive the product again and file for return request and also call the customer service back about the issue.

Which I did, I received the product in about 3 days and I called the customer service and they said they will investigate. Also, as they said me to request for return again, which I did and the guy took the product this morning. Again I received the same quality check failed stats.

I don't know how long this loop is gonna play out but I'm extremely tired calling back and forth and trying to get my refund.

This is also my first myntra purchase and the experience was disastrous.

Please help me with this one.

I ordered 3 products on Myntra order ID #1169959 [protected] . Two of them already delivered but one product was about to deliver today. Yesterday the delivery agent called me I told him I'm unable to pick up my order as I'm in hospital and told him to deliver it next day. Today morning I called him, if he could deliver it at around 2-3PM . Suddenly he verbally abused me and threatened me that he could easily cancel my order on his first delivery attempt without my concern. Bcz According to him "Kuch chiz customer se fadak nhi padta h " as if, he is giving me any favour. Please take action and sue that delivery agent as soon as possible.
2ndly, He clicked my delivery msg picture from my phone to rate himself when he delivered my other two products before. He even sent me his whatsapp number and told me that whenever delivery message comes, I should send him my delivery msg. He goes to that link and rate himself. How disgusting and unethical is this ?
I'm sure, he does this kinda behaviour with everyone. Myntra should fire this man from delivery. Take action as soon as possible.

Even after waiting for 20days i dint get my refund credited back in my account till now..i have to get nearly 3refunds for about Rs.647, Rs.987, Rs.832 but havnt got anything

I had ordered nije basketball shoes, I received a used shoes with dirt and no tag and the shoe box of ordinary and of some other product...I requested many times but they are postponing the request. They want tag on the shoes, , , , I recieved used shoes without tag, is it my mistake.
Do take back my product and pay back.

On 8th April 2021, I canceled few items, payments of which were done through Gpay. I didn't receive my credit, so when I checked with Myntra, I was assured that I will receive my money back by 18th April 2021. I did ask reference number through which the money was reversed, however, no information was received.

Till date, I have not received any refund. When I called customer care/helpline, they asked me to check with Gpay, however, without any reference number how can one expect to get clarity from Gpay or Pay U for that matter.

No one is helping me with this. Gpay is asking for a reference number through which Myntra refunded my amount, but I cannot provide the same because Myntra Customer care is not willing to share the same.

I am Dhaval patel . I have ordered one nike tshirt, which was found defective . So i requested for return it . When courier boy came he refused to picking the product and told me to talk to Myntra. I repeatedly called myntra and requesting but they are just delaying the thing ! Its more than 15 days and my product has not retured . And i am seeking for refund and picking up the product .

This guys name is Sanjay Patil aka SHAIK ALLABAKASH and his mobile number is [protected]. He claims to be the HR of Amazon India, Myntra.com, Swiggy, Zomato and a lot of companies. He is running a online money fraud in the name of providing job to the local people who are in need of job.
He simply send a link or message that the company is hiring delivery boy in the area of candidate. Then you will be asked to submit online application...

I have returned my purchase of only women round neck solid tshirt, on 6th April it was picked up and till now ie.16th April I have not received refund

i live in the United States and couldnt even set up an account online let alone purchase anything. I had to cancel my debit cards with all accounts.
Not only am I out this money but I had fees for closing all my accounts in excess of almost $220.00
I want to be compensated for this.

However whenever I am in India I do shop a lot from Myntra as I have a trust relationship with the site. However recently I ordered nike shoes from Myntra due to fit issues, I raised a return. I uploaded the image of the returned product and it was in perfect condition. However the Myntra support updated the complainant that quality check failed. I don't understand how a company like Myntra can trap people like this despite uploading the image. I am still looking forward for a response on this, as I belive a compnyhiike Myntra should be able to resolve this

Myntra has deactivated my account. After raising the complaint for about 1 month ago. I request myntracto pls activate my account.I am regular and genuine customer since 2015. A lot of insides points are there. I cnt even download the bill of any of my product This is very dissapointing. I do have a word with them a lot times in this period of one month But they are onlysaying they cnt activate the account because of breach of policies .Seriously I m tired now. Hello. The price of berrylush women blue wrap dress is so high like it's of rs 899 which is very high beyond it's type as I purchased same thing in dark green color which was at rs 683 so why the same variant in light blue color is so high n even at rs 799 is also too high. Please i request myntra to reduce its price at lowest within rs 500 to 600 so that i can buy or keep a good sale discount price at good low offer for this only one dress please I request once again to reduce its price from rs 899 or rs 799 to rs 500 or 600 like the same previous dark green one which I bought as rs 799 or 899 is very expensive as per the product quality material pattern n price so please only for that light blue dress reduce the price to lowest budget friendly method... I hope myntra will surely reduce its price scheme. Looking forward to buy it once the price falls...

I had placed an order with Myntra last week & both my orders qualified for a free gift .
My first order was for Innisfree Green tea Hydroset for INR 1950 & on purchasing this, it showed that I was eligible for a free gift ( Jeju Pomegranate Set) & the on the second order too (Unisex Blueberry Rebalancing Toner & Jeju hand cream ) it showed that I was eligible for the free gift.
When I received my first order today, the Hydroset, I did not recieve the free gift.When I called the customer care they outright denied that this order was eligible for a free gift.This is misleading advertising to get customers to buy products from their site.
