    Money is deducted but order is not placed.
    On 17th april, I have placed a order from Myntra and money of 2626 is debited from my ICICI account but later no order is placed for that amount on Myntra. I contacted with the customer service and the customer service person was rude and didn't obliged to help me on this matter for the refund of this amount. Later I contacted to my bank and they have confirmed the successful transaction of said amount through googlepay to myntra on same mentioned date. In response to help, bank have credited the amount to myntra beneficiary with amount 2626 corresponding with RRN number to help refund my money back.. but Myntra declined to provide me any help and also deny to even check with the RRN number with all proofs and details and it's has been more then one month but no help is being provided instead of just delays and further extended dates after trying more than 20 calls and false assurance of crediting amount in 8-10 working days to Myntra but now it has been more than one month (39 days in total) .Being a loyal customer, Myntra has really disappointed me to the core for falsefully deducting my amount and fail to refund even after all proof and details. This is really disappointing and failed customer satisfaction from Myntra. Myntra has even cross the boundary telling my issue has been resolved while it never get resolved and im still fighting to get my refund paid on time. Myntra is a disappointment in the name of brand to their loyal customer. If my issue will not get resolve on time I will approach to the consumer court and file a complaint against Myntra for false deducting of amount and failed to provide fair customer service and satisfaction on time.

      I have placed an order of 1 nike shoes worth ₹2022 from Myntra. I have received a product in very bad condition shoes have stains on it and they are very heavy in weight even the size is not perfect that’s why i have returned the product but thay have failed my return request and niw they don’t even exchange the product or return my money

        I had ordered a Olive Green colored running shorts of size 34 from Myntra, on 28th May 2021. On 31st May, I received a package with a Navy Blue colored shorts, with size 2XL. This product was completely useless to me as the size was different than what i had ordered.
        The return request (made on 31st May), is kept on hold due to quality check failure. After registering complaint, the case manager bluntly said that this order cannot be returned back, as the product is different than what was ordered.

        This is a total fraudulent transaction from Myntra. They had advertised some thing on their site, and selling something else to the customer after taking the full payment.

        After number follow-ups and losing time and peace of mind discussing with the case managers over multiple calls, finally the case was resolved. After the final resolution, the order was picked up and the money was refunded on the same day.

            I made an order of two slipper pairs for which I used my debit card, but due to error money got deducted but order was not placed. they said the money will be refunded in 3 days but now it's more than a week and the money has not been refunded.

              Hi,
              I had ordered online on myntra for Adidas Originals white & Pink Shoes. They had delivered on my address on 08.06.2021 and the same day i processed for return the items online due to the Size mismatching. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying self ship means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed. This is totally wrong, if you are delivering at door then return should be also from door. They are saying pick up facility is not there, if not then why delivered at door.

              My request is please collect the delivered item from my door and refund the amount immediately.

                I have ordered one US Polo XL size boxer from Myntra ([protected]) and they had sent one S size boxer to me. Since it falls under non-returnable category I reached out to Myntra support to create a return request. They created a faulty request ( for 2 items instead of one), so pickup guy denied my return. I have reached out to their support multiple times and customer support resolves the ticket without acting on it ( IN[protected]).

                These guys are not refunding my amount, Myntra support desk lies on call. I even raised this request to their escalation manager, after waiting for 3 weeks no update, my ticket was simply marked as resolved.

                  While buying item from myntra.com, their is an option COD cash/Card.
                  But from last couple of month this stupid myntra.com & there logistics partner are not carrying swap card machine.
                  There saying network issue, or getting late payment in their logistic account etc all stupid reasons there are give.
                  In metro city like pune but they don't have card payment machine.
                  In such covid-19 pandemic, we are not avoid cash payments, so we are give priority to card payment, as for care and secure method.
                  But this hopeless myntra and there partners are ###.

                        I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger Shirt from myntra on 26/07/2021 as there was a some type of sell so I get the product at a price of ₹1600. After ordering I was relaxed and happy because this was the first time I was buying my dream brand. Then after two days I checked the tracking details and there was no progression.. I was little worried and I contacted customer care Mantra. They Told me that please wait till 14/08/2021 and today is now 8/8/21 and I received this message (added on photos section) Please Please Serve the justice as my valuable time was wasted due to this type of nonsense thing.

                            I reported for the return of shoes I have received under the return window of 30 days as mentioned on the website. The pickup boy didn't take the product and marked it for a quality check. I mentioned the complained and shared the images of my product the team agreed to proceed and ask me to wait for 24- 48 hours. After that, they used to misguided me and repeated the same line again and again after chasing them and waited for 1 and a half one, came with the QC check update and denied it to return. This is verbal harassment and misguiding I want my refund.

                                  I am writing to express the mental trauma I am been suffering for past two days by the irresponsible take of Myntra on my issue with regard to the refund of the first-ever order.
                                  On 2nd of June, 2021, I had placed an order at Myntra of worth Rs. 4020/- using Mobikwik app. The amount was instantaneously deducted from the wallet and the cashback of worth Rs. 50/- was immediately credited to the wallet.
                                  But to my surprise, the order was yet not placed. Myntra hadn't placed my order but whatever their collaboration was with regard to the cashback policy, it was duly acknowledged through my transaction.
                                  Like many other consumers, I am too afflicted by this ongoing pandemic and such an amount of money means a lot for a common person.
                                  These online retailers owe more responsibilities than ever in times like these when the citizens of the nation are very much bound to be dependent upon them for fulfilling their daily needs.

                                  This is my sincere request to kindly provide me with the relief and complete my refund. It's really taking a toll on my mind and body.

                                      I had ordered a DEYANN PLUS Kurta Set on Myntra and immediately place the return request for return as it was too small for my size and the agent came to pick it up next day and did not even check the product and said tag is missing cannot be returned and it was placed on hold and after that I discovered that tag was there on the product but the lazy agent did not check it and rejected so I called Myntra the very same day that the tag is not missing it’s your agents fault now Myntra is saying I cannot return it and when every I call them regarding this they are putting call on hold and disconnecting the call and only telling to wait for 24-48 hours.
                                      Worst experience of my life with Myntra.
                                      Will never ever buy anything form them and will tell everyone in my circle to never buy form Myntra.

                                        On 15th May I ordered a shirt to my friend place ( it was a gift to him so I didn't tell hI'm anything) on21 may it was supposed to be delivered
                                        My friend got a msg on 21 that shirt has been shipped but he didn't get the shirt ( he didn't tell this to me bcz he was not aware of it )
                                        At night I saw that it is delivered
                                        After that on his birthday I asked him about a gift he disagreed
                                        That Myntra guy didnt delivered the shirt
                                        Till now I am regularly complaining to customer care they are not understandle and also they are not connecting me with there seniors
