Hi,

This is Sudha Chauhan reside at Thane (Maharashtra), i had placed order with Myntra on April 12, 2021 for which they had debited amount of Rs. 696 twice but no refund received till date. Later I again placed order for same product on same date and amount of Rs. 696 was again debited. Order was placed at 3rd attempt.

Query was raised with myntra asking for refund amount but they confirmed that myntra have not received any amount twice. Post their confirmation, I had also approached ICICI Bank for same matter but received email from ICICI Bank on May 11, 2021 stating amount has received by Beneficiary Bank.

On May 09, 2021, i have placed return request of same order and could see status that refund has been initiated but i haven't received any refund till date.

I am frustrated since one month. Both of them are only routing me to one to another. Amount of Rs. 2088 is pending to be refunded (696 + 696 + 696).

Please assist in resolving this issue. we are in financial crisis and your support is highly appreciated.

    The product was delivered on May 5, 2021. Because of bad quality, the request for the return was put forward on the same day. The next day May 6, 2021 the pick up was done. On May 11, 2021..it is updated that the " quality checked failed". Because of the bad quality only the product was returned.

    Myntra think they can dupe people and take advantage of them. I do shop from other websites too but never had this happened. Refund the amount or check your quality before delivering the product. I will definitely screw you all, if I don't get my refund. You can just play whenever you want.

      Myself shweta. I received a call from a person name aishwarya phn number +[protected]. she told me he is the hr of myntra, and told me someone is calling you for your first round interview. The number from where I received call was +[protected]. After sometime Mr. aishwarya again call me and asked few questions to check my communication skills. I replied those in a fine way. Then after sometime Mr vivek singh told me that I am selected in myntra and give a offer letter through my WhatsApp and told me that I have to pay rupees 3000 for security deposit. I belongs in a poor middle class family. Seeing the offer letter I thought that it is true and I pay the amount in the account which the sms me. Then he told that it will take 5 days to courier. I attached all the prove with this. Please give me a resolution for it. I am a very poor girl who needs to help my family. Please give the resolution.

            Problem with refund amount not received

            I have been liasing with myntra for my order id 117098603580940182801 since 30th april, so here it goes the details -

            As on 30th april all the 5products were delivered and paid rs2848 through google pay to the concerned mobile number provided by the delivery person.               I have ordered nike air shoes from myntra.
              I have received those shoes without original box or tag. The shoes are not having any bar code or sku number. I want to exchange my product with the original nike shoes.

                My product code is 10266831 and my order id is 117182626675826635903 I ordered Levis Men navy blue sneakers from myntra app on 2nd May 2021 and placed payment method cash on delivery, which the delivery boy gave me on 6th may 2021, at the time of delivery I asked for the QR code from him and he show the QR code of Instakart service private limited(myntra) from mobile I gave it to scan, I scanned it Rs 925 was deducted from my account(gpay) and deposited Instakart service account (i also attached screenshot of payment), then the delivery boy said tracking id does not say that payment has been successful give me the cash, so i gave payment of rupees 925 to the courier boy vis cash and I received the SMS from myntra that your courier was delivered, so then the double payment went to myntra So the rest of my 925 rupees I want a refund..plz do the needfull... I have attached my bank statement screenshot and google pay history screenshot nd product pictures..plz refund my money..

                  This is in regards to the Khadims
                  Women Navy Blue Solid Peep Toes
                  Size: 40
                  with Order Id # # 1171298 [protected] for which I had placed the request for return because I received the wrong product. The person who came to collect the product refused to accept and asked to contact customer care. I called the customer care the same day for this issue and I was told that I will be getting the solution within 24-48 hours. But there was no response. I then again called the customer care and explained to them and they told me that I will be getting the resolution by the next 2 days and they declined my request saying that the product passed the WV check. I had to contact the customer care team once again and this time they asked me to share the pictures of the product received along with the barcode. I did that and again they rejected the request with the same excuse. J have contacted them many times but they are not ready to accept the return. Also, I asked them to show me the proof of QC check they have done. They declined that request as well.

                  I then had a written request to Myntra on 7 the may attaching the photos of the product for proof and was told that the team will be proactively contacting me for the same but there is no response.
                  am also attaching the photos of what i have recieved.

                  Would request you to look into my case as a priority.

                    I had ordered Indo Era dress along with duppata and palazzo but I received only a kurta of different design. When I contacted Myntra customer care I get a response that as per their quality check they have sent the right product.

                        This is regarding my order no.117004200168519961603.
                        On 16th April 2021, I received one single wrong product and 3 products showed delivered. I spoke to customer care immediately and filed the complaint. The product got picked up on 30th April. They refund one product's amount and two are pending. They are not refunding the amount even after speaking to them or writing them again and again.

                          Hi team
                          I ordered manish creations sherwani and received a damaged product in a torn plastic inside the myntra packet.
                          So I returned it and now they are saying quality check failed.

                          I dont get the point why I am not getting my money back. Myntra gave me a damaged product and when I am returning it then that product is failing quality check. Which means myntra’s product itself failed. Why wont I get my money. Please help me here.

                                On 26th March 21at 8.15 am in Myntra app i purchased goods worth 1213.00 and through their payment gateway effected the payment and the option i took was phonepe app and the Myntra app redirected to phonepe app and effected the payment which was successful and UTR Number is[protected].Myntra is refusing to refund by saying money didn't reach their account.

                                On 26.3.21 and subsequently everyday for seven days contionously i spoke and wrote to Myntra customer care and they in turn spoke to me and the final conclusion is money isn't received by them and hence they will not refund nor execute order. The payment was executed through phonpe app and a similar compliant was lodged by phonepe also.After one month the phonepe customer executive suggested to complain and gave your address and also utr number. Myntra is having money in its bank account and is cheating customer as the utr referred paper shows that transaction is sucessful. When money is not in my account, nor with lakshmi vilas bank nor with myntra then where it is. Definitely with myntra bank n myntra. This is the update I can give.

                                I haven't received update to my compliant on 5.5.21.aftet effecting the payment they didnt update my order and instead informing me that they haven't received payment due to gateway failure and this was Myntra app payment gateway. Pl help in getting back my money.

                                I had been informed that UTR Number it's easy for npci to track the payments and if you are unable to solve the only remedy is to file a case against myntra making phone pe and npci as parties as you are not helping me to get back money

                                After giving compliant and subsequent update i didnt receive any update from your end nor from Myntra which has cheated me. Many bankers have updated me that with UTR number it can be tracked by NPCI and i will get back my money.
                                But it seems to be fault and you are repeatedly asking for update and whatever information i had submitted to you, and not solving the issue. There is no seriousness in the issue.
                                Finally i would like to put before you that if no update is received by me by 25th may 21 i have no option to proceed legally making you also as one of the party along with Myntra app.

                                  I had ordered highlander men grey jean at Myntra app, I have ordered bulk product 15 items costed me around 8k, in 15 products in all i have noticed minor damages but in one i have noticed major damage and request exchange of damage product, I haven't removed tags also, but my exchange was rejected due to used product it's not fair how can wear the product without removing the tags, my request rejected 3times so am complaining about it, . There are 2 damages in that jean.

                                    I had ordered a DIESEL watch. I didn't liked the watch So I marked the return request. But the pickup was refused by the pickup agent, he told that warranty card is missing, product can't he returned, but I didn't received any kind of warranty card, and he marked the rejection reason - Price tag is missing. It's been more than 12 days my return os on hold and Myntra support is of no use, they just say that your issue will get resolved in 24 hours.

                                      Hi team,

                                      We have purchased a fossil watch in myntra for 7497, received a product on 28th around 11:30am and immediately we placed return request because quality of the product is good and guy came and picked within 1hr time he picked up around 12:30 pm in same day, now myntra updated watch quality is not good so we can't provide the refund, that's why we returned the product quality is not good, and we returned within one hr time,

                                      When we returned product within 1hr time how can we use that, and how can we expect me to take that product when it is failed in quality check.
                                      Myntra provided the cheap quality product and refund not provided
