I have registered complain on 13 th march for the amount 1916 which was debited from my account but order was not placed.
Further i wrote to myntra support on its app by posting query which was marked as resolved and deleted by myntra.
Its been 48 hr that I haven't received my money back to source account as mentioned by myntra support.
Please help me out to fix my issue

I had placed an order of 4 items on myntra.com for rupees 1916 on 13/3/2021. The money was debited but the order was not placed. I tried contacting the team through writing a query had asked to revert in case of no mail(s) received at my end in relevance to this issue.The query which I had posted hence am registering the complaint here. I have raised multiple complaints regarding this issue and all are getting declined with wrong remarks by pickup executive. It arrived on 25th February but the size was small and so i placed a return request on 7th march but the pickup executive came next day and said that the product is used and it has stains. Had ordered denim from Myntra, opted for BHIM/UPA Payment method. Then paid through phone pay and in phone pay it showed payment successful and also money has been debited from Axis Bank account. There after when I reviewed the order it's been showing order not confirmed. Can you please help in getting my money back.
