I ordered a VASTRANANDA saree which was delivered on 19 June 2021.but I want to return it due to quality issue ..and another thing is it has no tag. The delivery boy 4 times my door to pick up the item but rejecting due to not having the tag on the saree and telling me to call costumer care to resolve the issue but every time I call the customer care executive assure me to resolve my issue but in vein.
Kindly solve my matter.

    I ordered a pink woven design A line kurta from myntra and instead of that I was delivered a plain white kurta. I applied for return right after I saw the wrong product. But the delivery man didn't take the product saying it is not matching the product seen on the app. Even while applied for return I mentioned the reason that i received a totally different product. This is how myntra makes money by doing fraud with their customers, delivering wrong products and not refunding the money back.

      I ordered a sweatshirt along with some other items, and the item I received was a similar sweatshirt from the same brand but a completely different model. I requested for a return/refund but somehow it didn't pass the quality check even though I haven't even tried it on for obvious reasons. I can't seem to find any solutions on their app either.

        116191899142860882803 I have purchased a product from Myntra and the product was different from the image and it’s already 6 months no resolution provided me I have a filed a case in consumer I will give you last and Final warning refund my money otherwise now I will print my story in newspapers.

          My product was not return due to mismatch of vendor no. The vendor send the wrong no. In the tag. And the man who comes to pickup, he denied to take that product just becoz of vendor no. Is not matched. All the quality check has passed but just becoz of vendor fault they denied to take the product.

            You guys have a pathetic service for product return and pick up. I RECEIVED A DRESS INSTEAD OF A JUMPSUIT AND THUS RETURNED THE PRODUCT. MY RETURN IS NOW PUT ON HOLD BECAUSE THE DELIVERY PERSON REFUSED TO TAKE THE RETURN AS THE ITEM RETURNED DOESN'T MATCH WITH THE IMAGE. FUNNY BECAUSE IT'S THE SAME REASON I'M RETURNING THE PRODUCT.. HOW CAN I not get the refund because of the same??????
            THE CUSTOMER CARE IS OF NO USE. THEY ONLY KNOW A FEW TECHNICAL TERMS JUST KEEP SAYING THEY'RE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER. IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED WITH ANY OTHER SHOPPING SITES.

                After paying money, empty item delivered by Myntra and no one taking care of it.
                Any false reply giving me back.

                They didn't deliver my item and with most of the people they are doing same

                It's just money hacking app.

                  This is to inform that I had more than Rs.10, 000/- in my myntra account which was kept by the company under Myntra credit. This amount was deposited with myntra throught top up / refund of products returned. Before four years, I went on an assignment abroad and now I am back to India and it is shocking that my money deposited with Myntra.com expired without purchase of any product.

                  Since I was out of India, I couldn't make any purchase from Myntra and also, I was not able to withdraw / transfer my money deposited with Myntra.com.

                  It is reqeusted that my hard earned money may kindly be returned at the soonest.

                      My goods were missing, still not received refund even after 20 days., Customer is not even trusted, very poor customer service, it's very frustrating .I have shopped from many online shopping app but I have not been in such problem as they open heartedly believe their old customers. I have shopped from Myntra since years (also an elite member) but still their is not trust.

                            The product was packed in a normal white paper packet.
                            - It was delivered to my relative in a normal paper gift packing and not any tamper proof typo of Myntra by your logistics partner and I am 1000% sure that your logistics partner delhivery etc etc have done something also it was not packed in any box as told to me the gifted item packing.
                            - This is limit in making me heartache that you people troubling me for my hard earned money.
                            - 100% packing modified was there so it was 1000% tampering.
