I am writing to express the mental trauma I am been suffering for past two days by the irresponsible take of Myntra on my issue with regard to the refund of the first-ever order.
On 2nd of June, 2021, I had placed an order at Myntra of worth Rs. 4020/- using Mobikwik app. The amount was instantaneously deducted from the wallet and the cashback of worth Rs. 50/- was immediately credited to the wallet.
But to my surprise, the order was yet not placed. Myntra hadn't placed my order but whatever their collaboration was with regard to the cashback policy, it was duly acknowledged through my transaction.
Like many other consumers, I am too afflicted by this ongoing pandemic and such an amount of money means a lot for a common person.
These online retailers owe more responsibilities than ever in times like these when the citizens of the nation are very much bound to be dependent upon them for fulfilling their daily needs.
This is my sincere request to kindly provide me with the relief and complete my refund. It's really taking a toll on my mind and body.
