I had placed the order on myntra worth Rs 1779 for which my debit card got charged but on the app it shows that order is not placed. The amount has been debited from my bank account and it shows that it's debited for Myntra

Today approx minutes ago I placed order at myntra of ₹1769.

The amount is deducted from my bank account but the orders are not placed.

Recieved golden peacock pendant without price tag. Tried to return it multiple times but every time return request is getting cancelled. Myntra customer care executive s has no idea why its getting cancelled. Even raised complain request many times on myntra site but it got closed by customer executives without providing any solution.

I ordered a SKAGEN Women watch from Myntra but due to some issues, I had to return the watch. I returned the watch on 21st June 2021 itself but Myntra hasn't initiated the refund yet. I have talked to Customer Care thrice already and every time I do, they tell me that the refund will initiate today. The first time I talked to Customer Care was the 22nd of June, the next time it was 28th June and then 1st July, which is today. The Customer Care people are either unresponsive or if they respond, they have been lying regarding the initiation of my refund.
I asked them to provide me with the details regarding my refund but they said it's not in their hands to do so.

I have placed an order of kurta & plazzo set (order no.117643530629129381803).
In status it is showing as delivered but i have not received the product.we have been chasing with myntra but no positive response is seen from myntra side.every time we complain they just register the complain but no action is taken till date.
their courier agency is very pathetic.no management is there.we never receive any contact no. of delivery person. they dont even take signature or verification to whom they deliver the product.
i hope i get my product.

I ordered several Kurtis on Myntra. Out of which one came without Tag against which I have been trying to raise tickets, return requested many times, every time the pickup person comes and does not pick up without tag (citing Quality issue).

Had also tried many times to raise ticket and call - every time they give next resolution date but close the ticket next day.

Tired of such behaviour.

My refunds not credited into my account due to wrong details filled by ur side n the status invoice is attached for reference. Oders were placed from mob no [protected]

I have ordered a product ( u s polo assn. Pant) using Myntra app ( my registered mob-[protected]) on 22.06.2021 and while doing payment by using mobikwik wallet my order was unsuccessful and amount 2029/- was debited from my wallet. I have attached the mobikwik payment statement confirming sucessful payment to Myntra ( paid to L51302_Myntra design pvt ltd with order id-[protected]. Till date i have not received any payment and i have complained Myntra many time but Myntra is saying that they have not received any payment. I also called Mobikwik care and they have clearly said that payment is already credited to Myntra and also statement clearly demonstrate that payment is successful and credit to MYNTRA. Please look into the matter and take necessary step to reverse the amount asap.

This I have experienced 3 to 4 times lately. First I thought, it can be a mistake from any party involved. But it's obvious that it's a scam.

They send products like saree or kurta without pricetag. And then if we are returning that, the status go as return on hold or return fail due to quality check issue.

The delivery agent is put responsible for "quality check". Even if the product can clearly say it's unused plus unopened. But they refuse to take.

And we are forced to keep the product. Its a new way of avoiding returns and refunds. Full fraud.

Please look into the matter.

I have placed order on 22nd June and amount debited from my credit card but order was not placed and initially they showed if amount deducted then it will be transferred to your account within 48 hour but today is 28 June and I talked to them they are denying any sort of payment

Ordered mistgrey colour received teal green.

Please restock this product I have been waiting since ages I really liked this outfit my cousin has bought it about a year ago since hen I am Waiting for it but couldn't find it restocked.

I purchased Armani smartwatch from myntra. I received it but it is not starting at all. not blinking a single light. I tried to call customer support at myntra but they say you can not return it. you should go to the Armani service centre to repair it. for me, it is not feasible to go 600 km from my town to just repair it during this pandemic.
I just want to return it, It is very costly product.

I paid 313 rupees from a debit card. The order got cancelled cause the courier service didn't deliver it to my home address. They were asking me to pick up the package from 5 km away from the address mentioned while ordering, which was not possible . After 1 day they cancelled the order for "internal issue". When the refund was initiated I saw they have split the amount 238 +76 rupees and the 76 rupees was added to my so called "Myntra credit". I called and wrote to them several times, they said it is a glitch . But they didn't refund the whole amount.

I have returned the items some 20 days back and I received return only for 2 out of 7 items but in website it is showing refund is processed .I even submitted my bank statement.I have been contacting customer care since many days but no use ."Issue IN[protected] has been marked as closed by customer support." The issue is closed without even solving the problem.MYNTRA IS FRAUD.MYNTRA CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST.BEWARE OF MYNTRA.

I have ordered this product Order ID # 1176141 [protected] and it was delivered on 23 rd June. I have not liked the quality of the fabric and placed a return request, once the pick up was made, I got an intimation that quality checks have failed. The product was unused fresh and with tags. I raised complaint with customer care and shared pictures with them, but they shipped the product to me again. I placed a return request for a second time, again they rejected the return request this time claiming was correct and fresh item was shipped to me. The customer care is unable to understand that I don’t need the product and without providing adequate justification they are shipping the product again and again forcing me to keep a product which I am not happy about.

They further said that if I don’t accept the product in first two attempts they will not be process my refund at all.

The product they have shipped is not defective, it is fine but my expectation of it is not matching, this product was returned and picked up on the same day. They should accept the return and process the refund else provide adequate justification on why return not accepted.

Their delivery agent is giving me a tough arguing about the pickup of same items.

As mentioned above, I haven't received my oredered product i e. Unisex Black Slay TWS true wireless earbuds. And in the Myntra app its showing DELIVERED. I have also contacted them their number is INVALID. On msg they are saying time limit was 5 days and this is really unfair on Myntra proverb.

I am purchase puchase a decathlon product "solognac by decathlon men green textile high top trekking shoe size 8.5" rs -1499. But deliverded me "soft yoga w pant grey pink " rs 799.
How it happen like this online shopping big company.

As I have already complained that received wrong product for which I had paid Rs.1372. Return request had been initiated by customer care only and refund had been initiated for Rs.459 only. For other two items no refund came. I have written and verbally complained many times but no response from your side. All mistake done by you and still no response.

I placed an order with Myntra amounting to INR 1, 998 on 16th June. The money was deducted but order was not processed. I paid via airtel money and airtel has clearly stated that transaction was processed at their end. I have raised a complain with Myntra 10 times but they close my query without a proper reply. Their customer care executives promise to arrange a call back from their supervisor but it never happens. I am literally disgusted with the kind of customer support this company offers.
