refund is not processed to bank account

Refund amount: rs. 890.00

I have returned a product for which refund is initiated by myntra and they provided me a reference number but still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account and they said that there is no such process.
I have made many calls to myntra but they provide a reference number which is not valid or this number is generated when the amount get debited...

Today I received a message that I forcefully snatched the package from your delivery boy. Why he is telling lie? In fact he was not come to my doorstep to deliver the product. I have also CCTV footage for evidence. If you want then I will give you the proof. The delivery boy name is pinto ([protected]) and he's head name is Atul([protected]).
I request to you to take action against him immediately.

    With due respect, My name is Mohit Kain and I placed an Order a pair of Woodland shoes from Myntra.com, and I pay the amount of Rs. 3836/- from my PNB Debit Card. Because of some issue I returned the product to Myntra.com. But my refund amount didn’t come to my account. I called at Myntra customer care they told me that my refund was initiated on 09/04/2019 and it will take 7-10 days to reflect in my account, they also provide me the Bank Reference No. which was given to them by my bank. After 11-12 days I again called them. This time they told me to ask from PNB Customer care. I ask them to track my amount with the help of bank reference no., they advice me to visit my PNB bank branch at nanak pura.

    I visit at PNB branch at Nanak Pura and also meet the Manager of the Bank. He told me that we don’t know anything about tracking. You should ask myntra.com. but they give the same answer. I don’t know where is to ask. I also file a dispute on https://www.pnbindia.in/CCSRMSForm.aspx and my Complaint no. is [protected]. I didn’t get any answer or call from my bank yet and Myntra team is not ready to answer or take responsibility for this issue.


    I want to know about my Refund amount. if i will not get my amount then i will take a legal action on Myntra.com. because i pay to them for my product, so its his duty to take the responsibility for this.

      "Wrong Size - no inner sole in the left shoe"
      Despite being a TRY & BUY offer Myntra delivery person refused to accept the parcel. Asked to opt for Refund on the Myntra website.
      Unable to do that as the website showed the product still in transit!!!
      Executive 1 asks me to wait for 24 hrs for their system to be updated.

      2nd April - Myntra website shows product delivered. Applied online for Return and Refund citing reason for return as "Wrong Size - no inner sole in the left shoe"
      Return No: [protected]

      3rd April - Mybtra delivery person (Sachin) accepts the parcel. Refuses to accept the Myntra packaging and invoice saying he does not need it. He is informed of the missing inner sole. He checks, calls his office and accepts the parcel. Calls the next day to say the product has been put on hold and that he can guide us on what to do next. When asked on what grounds the product is put on hold, he has no answers. When asked why a delivery guy is calling for Myntra without any formal sms or email or call from executive he has no answer. Sachin is informed we will deal directly with Myntra executive (as is the procedure with all online e-commerce portals including Myntra on earlier purchases)
      5:08 pm Sms from Myntra informing product on hold as it did not pass your quality check!!!
      It is ridiculous that Myntra delivers a faulty product and on return puts it on hold for not passing quality check!!!

      Since 3rd April to the 29th April on continued in-numerous follow ups with Myntra executives and supervisors (Anita, Akash). Till the 29th the exectives insisted the product is on hold as there was no price tag on the product.
      * Have repeatedly informed the executives there was no price tag on the shoes or on the box.)
      " Have repeatedly informed the executives the product has already been picked up on the 3rd by their delivery person and yet the Mnytra system seems to have no records of the same! (I have been asked by one of the executive to photograph the product and send it to them. Huh! How??? You have the product!)

      Since the 3rd of April every executive has put me on waiting loop of 24 hrs or 48 hrs or 3 days or 5 days assuring me of the refund or at least further action on the same. None has been forthcoming...and every follow up call is back to square one round of basic questioning like is the product still with you!!!

      Despite the executive calls being recorded 'for quality control purposes' I am sorry to say no quality of action has been forthcoming from Myntra.

      29th April : Receive SMS quoting Your return request has been declined and cancelled!!! Been asked to wait another 72 hours for further intimation from Myntra

      When the executive was asked where i can send them a written complaint he said I can do it on their website. No surprise that there is no facility to register a formal complaint except CONTACT THEM ON PHONE!!!
      Hence I am forced to register a complain here hoping to reach the concern to the correct authority and receive the refund against a faulty product sent from their side! Thank you in advance for your further action.

      Kindly Note: Earlier purchases from Myntra have been smooth sailing - this purchase for some reason is jinxed from the start!

        This is BIKRAM KESHARI want help cause got into fraud by myntra as I ordered a pair of earrings for my friend but the product I've got seems to be purely different from the picture of stuff that I ordered. Therefore I seek help as well as want this problem to be solved so that I could get another real and good one according to the pictures displayed.

          Myntra.com — refund not received by myntra
          Return number: [protected]
          Refund amount: Rs. 909.00
          I have returned a product for which refund is initiated by myntra and they provided me a reference number but still the amount is not reflecting in my bank account and they said that there is no such process.
          Reference number is of no use as bank can't check through that.
          Bank says to contact myntra for this and myntra says to contact bank.
          I am unable to understand what to do...

Next day I returned the item to the Myntra the refund initiated but not credited to my account I called Myntra they provide me Bank reference No.[protected]. Then i called Pnb they also refused to help me . Where is my amount I want my refund. Help me out of this problem otherwise i will try consumer complain. I’m attaching all email snapshot and SMS sent through Myntra.

              I had ordered a goggle and was not found satisfactory. when I tried to initiate the return request, it was not showing the return option and I was keep on trying.
              on 27th April, when I failed to do it, I contacted customer care. I got a feedback that the return policy is applicable only for 7days from the date of delivery.
              I got the delivery on 20th and was trying to return it since 26th.
              Now Myntra is not allowing to return it.

                Hello Team,

                I ordered Polaroid Sunglasses from Myntra however it was defective peace hence called in the Myntra support within 2-3 hours of delivery and launched a complaint : IN[protected], however after the complain was launched 04/29/2019 no once has called or sent a message suggesting the exchange/return is in process. On call I spoke to supervisor Gaurav who said he will make sure a hand in hand exchange will be made however nothing so far on my email address [protected]@gmail.com. I am extremely dis satisfied the way myntra works and wants me to wait for 72 hours Also when I called the team now they are saying there is no update from Internal team. The only way to get an update is for me to call them. There is no escalation process whatsoever or email DL which will be responded. I feel that apart from fake promises made on call they can't do anything and have no email ID for escalation to bring this to attention of their higher management. Also I was told the paid option for expedite is not available

                  I bought a product and i placed a return request n delivery guy took the product on 14thapril. Its been 15 days still no refund. Its taking much more than normal. The executives of myntra are saying that they initiated the refund.. Please let me know where is my money..
                  Myntra is cheating on customers.

                    Sorry to inform you that but your logistics partner in patna are fraud. First of all they deliver empty parcel and when i'm going to complain against this then their behavior was very rude and disrespectful to me. It happens more than two times.
                    I ordered some clothes they didn't give me the parcel and say that if you checked your parcel then you have to paid double money. The dc head of patna us atul (Ph no. [protected]) is always misbehaving with the women. If you don't take any action against him then i am going to complain fir against them. I have all the recording and cctv footage of your delivery partner's.

                      I try to place an order on 31 march 2019 of 1628 inr, amount debited twice but order not placed. Then as per policy i wait for 7-10 days but no amount refunded. I loadge a complaint both in bank and on myntra. Bank give me confirmation mail with transaction number that myntra received amount on 2 april instead of 31 march. Every time i try to contact with customer care, they says no amount is received by us. It seems like i lost my money because myntra is not resolving my issue. They gave me same excuse every time to wait for 48 hrs but not ever taking my problem seriously. 3256 in is small amount for big site like myntra but not for us. We earn whole not not to waste money like this. I am not gona use this fake and cheater site again. They do such kind of things with customer who shop on regular basis from them and earn a large profit by delivering no service no product to customer. I just want my money back. Attaching my acount statement as a proof that i don't receive any money till day

                      I lodge complaint many times and every time they said wait for 48 hrs. And after that the close the complaint without informing me and without my consent. From last 35 days I am in regular touch with customer service and provide them each and every proof of successful payment but they ignore my complaint

                        I placed an order on march 24 2019, but today i. E. April 26 2019 i am still waiting for my 2 refunds.
                        Now myntra customer cares says amount has been credited to your bank and they share reference numbers with me and bank says they cannot do anything with these reference numbers. Please let me know where is my money.
                        Reference number[protected] amounting 1, 847 and[protected] amounting 1, 435.
                        I used to shop alott with myntra but after this incidence i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Even they people don’t reply you on email. Please resolve my case on urgent basis.

                          I have ordered two product from myntra ad 22nd april i got only one product in that parcel. I raise the complaint against the same to customer care they have filed the claim and told me to wait for the next 3 days that is still 25 april after we will resolve your issue.
                          Till date, there is no communication from there side. Today on 26 april i called up to the customer care of myntra asking for the resolution again they are saying you have to wait for next 24-48hrs. Due to the wrong information is entered by the customer associate.
                          They are unable to resolve the issue. My question is this to myntra.com that what did you do in the time duration of 22-25 to april and why they are asking for more time.
                          Myntra is cheating on customers.
                          Kindly check and take neccessary action against his company.
                          I will also lodge complain to a higher authority

                            I ordered 5 bigboss dollar underwear and what i received is totally different types of product, not a single piece is matching with the images as shown in your site. please cancel it or replace them with the products as shown in images as in your site
                            Order placed got confirmed on 23rd Apri 2019, on 24th I got a mail saying your order is been canceled due to some technical error. When I contacted Myntra regarding the same, they said to book again, but now it's out of stock.

                              I bought a product and filed for its return on 9th april. Its been 15 days still no refund. Its taking much more than normal. The executives of myntra are saying that they initiated the refund having bank reference no. 30001091009085239028779 and to raise a concern in the bank.
                              So i raised a complaint with reference srn no.[protected].
                              Can you please see to it that this issue is solved as soon as possible.

                                Maine myntra se dress order kiya or mujhe defective deliver hua... Delivery ke 5 min baad hi maine exchange request raise ki but after 2 days exchane ke liye delivery agent aata hai or kehta hai ki yeh return krna chahiye tha apko new dress tabhi deliver karunga jab myntra se approval mil jayega and dobara jab dress leke aata hai toh koi alag hi brand ki purani si dress deliver kr jata hai... Jiske liye maine return request raise ki hai... Or return ke liye next day schedule tha but delivery agent product recieve krne ni aaya... Plzzz dress return krwaye aur mera amount wapis dilwayein

                                  Under free shipping offer i ordered a dress which reflected the final payment values on account (without shipping charges) but when delivered they asked 150 more including shipping charges which is misleading, i accepted and paid for later to return it unaware of they won't refund whole paid value by saying shipping charges are not refunded by the customer care .that would hav been accepted if they would hav shown whole value vt Shipping(without misleading offer) in my myntra account and then charged that then subtracting the shipping charges that is accepted but myntra shown something thn charged something finally won't accept is very much wrong and disappointing.

                                    I have received and incorrect order in short a duplicate product which has no logo nothing. With an duplicate case of calvin klien where i orderd daniel klien. It is a very bad experience from my tra that they serve and duplicate product really upset with this. Kindly request you to return back your product. Refund my money with the compensation. Because u have put a badge of 100% original products. I request you to please compensate me. If you dont resolve im gona file a case against myntra in the consumer court

I was keep on contacting myntra customer services but there weren't helping in it. It was ordered for brother's marriage and this online website spoiled the event. I was lied on the website. The company was not able to fulfill it's promise.
