Respected sir/ma’am,

I am writing in reference too my cashback that i haven’t received from myntra.

I would like to brief you regarding my matter.

I made a transaction of ₹18, 060 on 30th jan, 2019, from my debit card.

I purchased 14 items, of which i returned 13 items.

Out of the 13 items i haven’t received my cashback for 6 items and the total for the 6 items is ₹11, 317

I followed up with myntra regarding the amount which has not been credited.
In response to that, they have sent me an email, with the reference number of the credit that they have done in my account.

But it’s not showing in my account. I also went to the bank to see my statements. But it’s not showing up.

I really seek your help in regards with this. Why the amount has not been credited to my account.

The bank reference number is-[protected].

I am also attaching the mail from myntra they sent me, for your reference.
If you need any other information from my end please let me know.

I will really appreciate a quick response to this email.

    Dear sir/ ma'am,

    This is with reference to my recent interaction with a customer care executive (Himanshu) regarding my order.

    I had ordered a dress from myntra which before placing an order was showing an estimated delivery date of 16th april but after placing the order the estimated delivery date changed to 20th april. I am travelling on 17th april and the dress would be of no use if i get it after 17th.

    Being a regular customer of myntra, whenever i had faced such a situation in the past i have got in touch with the customer care and have always got very pleasant responses from them.

    This time i explained the scenario to mr. Himanshu and asked to do anything from his side for the fast processing of the order as the order is still not in shipped status. He said that he has no provisions for that and cannot give any assurance on the product to reach before 17th. I said that i do not need any assurance but request you to do anything you can do from your side to help me.

    I was highly dissappointed with the response "i cannot help you in this regard. The delivery date is 20th and you will get it before that". I do not need to call the customer care to know my delivery date.

    I acknowledge the ignorance on his part when i said that this was the worst experience talking to a myntra customer care executive and his response was "sorry for the inconvenience; thank you for calling myntra; have a nice day".

    I request you to kindly look into the matter so that no customer gets this kind of response in future.

      I have ordered a hrx shoes on 02-04-19.
      It was delivered to me by 12-04-19 as company maximum delivery date... But till now it was not delivered to me on there maximum time... And now they were told to wait till 19-04-19... If they didnt have the ability to delivered the parcel on time then why they were running the business... And also they were not giving there product on cash on delivery... I m not satisfied with myntra services...

        I have ordered hrx men casual shoes of cost rs.2099 and made online payment but in order i have received a kid wear t-shirt of cost rs.400. I have registered a complaint against it on 8 april 2019. I am receiving the mails regarding the product pick up but associated agent will not accepting the product and am again and again calling to customer care. They are saying that your complaint is registered don't worry and wait for 72 hours. But now its more than 72 hours and still my complaint is not resolved.

          But i have received completely different items from what i had booked
          I have received a jeans and a womens top
          Please fix this issue and kindly be needful as soon as possible

          In the invoice copy the items which i had order they have given me the bill same
          But items are different

            Dear concern,

            I am anudish jain from gwalior madhya pradesh, i am a loyal customer of myntra from more than 5 years and had a very good experience of shopping from myntra.
            But now i am facing much difficulty in return of my adidas trackpant which i bought recently from myntra. As it came without tag and secondly it seems that it was a used product or defected product because it’s elastic on the waist line is stretched and seems like it is of seconds stock.
            I immediately informed to all the concerns about the product that i have such kind of issue and only first time it happened with me. The myntra executive have also checked the stuff but i was not getting listened by anybody.
            Why?
            Am i the black listed customer in myntra? You kindly check the past purchases from my registered mobile number.
            This is not the way to deny from the services. Why you are not valuing my payment? I have paid my amount for the new product not for the seconds product.
            Either you change the product or refund my money because i am very disheartened from the behaviour and response shown by you.
            Otherwise i would have to see the way of consumer form and else it’s the matter of cheating, i will not spare anyone because i have paid for the new stuff not for the old.
            My complaint is already registered on customer care

              I was ordering few products from myntra of amount 16, 894 inr and opted debit card payment. Money has been deducted from my account but product was not ordered. Also had a word with customer care exexutive that money will credit back to my account, which is not yet done. Kindly get my money back because order pricessing was declined and my money stucked at myntra's end.

                I ordered a dress on 7th apr... It shiwed earlier to get delievered by 12
                But then date passed on to 15
                I need that dress on or. Before 13 april
                Now my order is still. Pending it is not showing any further updates.. Getting linger on
                I have called. Too many times to customer care in last three days but they are helpless too
                I am very disappointed seriously... You should be clear with the tracking details

                Its been three days its not showing anything any movment from seller or something... If i dont get my order well on time i will visit this site again... My irsy and bad worsy experience...

                  I had ordered a navy blue shirt from united colours of benetton but what I recieved today is a FAKE benetton shirt which is totally in worn out condition.Its buttons read WOODLAND .It has a fake tag attached inside the colors of benetton which is attached using a fevicol.The color of fabric is faded and shirt is torn from sleeves and back.It is totally fake product and I will forward you the picture and video of fale product .I will also mail to benetton india and woodland about this fake shirt.I will also put it on social media and go to consumers court as I have been frauded.

                    I recently got a watch from myntra.
                    Order ID[protected]-3524403.

                    The order was delivered on March 1 and I was out of town till April 5. Now after using the watch for just 5 days it's not working, I have paid nearly 1300 bucks for it. Didn't pay that much for a watch to work for just five days. I hope myntra will take accountability for the same and not disappoint it's customers as we buy products from myntra thinking they are quality ones. If they are selling something shouldn't they be responsible for it.. The customer care ppl are lethargically responding and not understanding the customer situation, I haven't raised a issue after two or six months.

                      Hi, on[protected], at 4.31pm amount of Rs 2076 is deducted from airtel wallet (transfer was made to buy a product on myntra worth 2076), but the amount was deducted from Airtel app but wasnt received by Myntra, i had called myntra customer care on this issue, and they asked me wait for 48hrs, and its been 48hrs that i did not receive my money back, or my product booking was confirmed.please find below transaction IDs

                        I had ordered Invictus men loafers, I had received a product of 361running shoes instead of loafers.

                        I had called to customer care and asked for exchange he used to wait for 72hours. The Next day I had called again, still said wait.

                        Suddenly I got mail of Your Return Request accepted, Today I called to customer care and asked my exchange.

                        Now they were saying there is no exchange, only return available.

                          The prices of items on my cart have increased once i moved it to order and shipment. It originally showed rs. 8573 and increased to rs.9496. I used coupon code meta30. I find it fraudulent to change the prices for the items on cart at the poin of billing. The money has been deducted from my debit card. I understabd that prices change for itmes but surely what happened in my case is fradulent. Specifically increasing the price of items waiting...

                          I have ordered 2 van Hussain formal pant. And then accidentally I have redeemed insider points which is waste for me. So many insider points lying with me and even I can't use those. Now customer Care are saying, I can't return the products as I have redeemed points. And there is no way to revert those points which is still there in my myntra account.

                          Is it a flexibility for an icon member or u r restricting us to return some products. Being a regular customer, I never expected this behavior of myntra. If that product is of no use, what should I do with those. At least you should allow me to exchange that product.

                          I return a jumpsuit on 25/3/2019 but today I have not received the amount in my account and no help from customer care also I submitted all my account details on e mail which I get from executive but no refund I get till 3/2/4/2019

                              My account was hacked on 09/04/2019, morning 4 o'clock. Someone hacked my account, changed address and phone number and used my credits to order. I reached out to myntra immediately and response was that they will try to stop the delivery but they are not sure whether the order could be stopped from being delivered. All the customer care could tell me is register a cyber complaint. Also, there was nothing they could do regarding my myntra credits either. Disappointing response from their end, no option to even stop the delivery. The shipping address is of belgaum, looks like this address has been used multiple times for myntra delivery.

                                  We ordered Hangup men pink printed waistcoat ( Order number[protected]-5311301 ) from myntra and the same was delivered on 31st March 2019.
                                  From last 2-3 we were trying to return but as the item was not showing delivered at per the system so there was no return option.
                                  Tried contacting customer support many times but either your helplines are busy or your system are not working from past 2 days.
                                  And when finally we could reach your customers support, your staff was not at all supportive.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and help us return that product as soon as possible.

From larica township kol 126 .myntra authority i request u to train your boy on customer dealing manner..when we order a product they r too much good behaved person...but in case of returning item.. They behaved casually..its not expected from myntra.. Look at this matter other wise we complain to consumer forum

                                      I have placed my oder for refund the day i received and the delivery guy refused to take just because of price that was mentioned in tag i cutted and he refused to take by saying the price is 899and what i received was of 566 rs. Even i haven't used product and still he denied to receive. Im attaching images that i mentioned. Kindly proceed my refund issue otherwise i will not purchase anything from your renowned company myntra for this small issue where i cutted the price. Even you mailed me 3 times informed me about details you have still i m disappointed from your norms.
