I ordered slippers from myntra and didn't like so decided to return them, return number is [protected], i waited for like 5 days although myntra's policy says that it takes only 1 to 3 days to refund the amount in saving account, so i did recheck everything and found that
By mistake i entered wrong account number, that means account number is not valid so they can't process refund on that a/c number, since in this case i can't contact bank and i don't know how to connect with myntra for this case so please if there's any way to reapply the return request with new account details.

    My order number is[protected]-9433001. I have recieved the product today but the battery is not working at all. I am really very upset and angry about the service provided by myntra. I brought the fossil watch and the battery isn't working at all. How come you can give me such a defected product. It is also not the small amount i have spent on my order. I want you to reply me with a genuine reason and i want you to send me the battery. I also got a message telling the product will be delived on may6th but I recived on may 7th. And also even if i return the order i am not able recieve the full amount and exchange option is not available. What can I do now?

    I have ordered a shirt and because of size issue I returned that product but i did not get my refund yet it has been more than 7 days my money has not returned to my bank account what the hell is happening Rs 944 is not a small amount why mantra is cheating on the name of refund

      missing items

      I had ordered two ethnic sets. It got delivered on may 2. There was a myntra cover which was properly sealed, inside the mantra cover, were two individual packets for each set, which were sealed properly too. Among the two sets, one was complete, the other set had only the kurta and the skirt is missing, i raised a complaint by email to myntra support immediately, but they are just asking to keep waiting.       Sir,
      I have ordered a wildcraft women pink and blue printed bag on april 25 2019 by paying cash through upi app. I have waited till may 3rd 2019 as the app shows this date as the approximate delivery date. One that day i have shocked while checking the track status because it shows that i hasbeen delivered on 1st may.

      I have registered a complaint with myntra's customer care and they asked me to wait till may 8 2019. Later on they mailed me that they have delivered the item with an attachment of a picture of sinature considering as aacknowledgement proof. But that was fake singature, it was not signed by me.
      Again i called the customer care number again they are telling the same thing that they have delivered the package. At last they asked to wait 48 hours.
      I want the ordered item or refund my money back.
      I am attaching the mail they have sented to me
      Please do the needful

        I have ordered hrx shoes yesterday dated 5th may 2019. I got message today morning that my product is out for delivery. I called the executive assigned to me (As mentioned in the message) for the status of delivery today morning. He picked up my phone and told he will be delivering it by afternoon. I waited till evening and when i'm trying to contact the delivery person he is out of reach. His contact number is [protected]. This is really worst from your end myntra. Didn't expect your delivery agents to be this irresponsible. Please update me regarding my delivery. I have even paid online and you people are providing worst services.

        The delivery agent has come into contact and accepted that he delivered to another place which has same name. They have mentioned that by tomorrow morning they will deliver it to the correct address.

          I have purchased a women blue & biege printed kurta with trouser and dupatta vide order id[protected]-0720401 along with other item from online shopping site myntra. I have received the package mentioning with ordered id on 02 may 19 but containing only kurta (Without trouser & dupatta) and here&now top. I have initiated the return request for kurta immediately on 02 may 19 itself from the myntra online site return request option provided over there and kept the here&now top as per return no. [protected] and got acceptance mail for pickup of same scheduled on 06 may 19. On 06 may 19, courier rep approached me pickup of my scheduled return request. While handing over the incomplete product the rep of courier told me to handover full product, in response i tried to convince him because of incomplete product i am returning the same but he didn't accepted the pickup because the description of the product was obiously not matching due to non availability of dupatta & trouser. All my efforts to convince him on the subject gone in vain. After it i apprised the above matter to myntra customer care mr. Pavan, his senior on afternoon shift mr. Rajesh (06 may 19) and they disqualified my return request quoting with only one point i. E. I (Myself) must make a call or official mail to myntra in case of any incomplete delivery of ordered product. I told him that if your online site has a option to put a return request and for same i have received a confirmation mail with a return request acceptance reference for scheduled pickup for same it should be accepted.
          At current myntra isn't accepting my return request which was submitted by me on the day of receipt of incomplete ordered item i. E. On 02 may 19.

          At this stage my consumer complaint to be lodged against myntra for fraud (Not supplied the complete product after paying whole amount for same by me) seeks refund of my full amount of rs. 944/- for this product and along with compensation of amount rs. 10, 000/- for continuous two and half hours telecoms between me and myntra on subject and putting my subject online consumer complaint on the subject and to loose my mental piece and giving me this much mental agony.

          You are requested to do every needful against my above complaint against myntra on this fraud.

          Please refer my subject complaint and its follow up mails till date.

          It is unfortunate to apprise your office that till date there is neither any progress shown by myntra to accept the return request nor any mail for assurance to accept the same.

          Keeping in view of above your office is once again requested to show your presence to resolve it as soon as possible. Not only this observing the tendency to avoid to resolve such issues of customers by such online sites I further seek this online site must pay me further the compensation of Rs. 10, 000/- as these merchants sites are now in regular practice to cheat the customers like me and to repeat the reoccurrence of same with any other genuine customers.

          Hoping a positive response from your end.

            I have opted for return of a product (Order no:[protected]-3777403) on 2nd may 2019. The product has not been picked up yet (After 4 days). Evrytime it is being reschedules wrongly telling that customer has asked for reschedule - whereas i have not asked. I have called up the pick up person several times. But sometimes he doesnot answer/phone switched off

              They lost my product and canceled my package, as i had ordered it from an nre card i cannot get my money back. I called them asking to change my account number they are not helpful at all. Customer service was also not helpful. I asked for either a transfer to an alternative account or to the wallet and they keep repeating the same thing. I lost almost 5000 rupees.

                I have kept a oder in myntra and got deliver on 16th april 2019. The deliver boy bought two swipe machines. First he used one swipe machine and skimmed by atm card and told this swipe machine is not working and used other swipe machine for transaction and hacked my atm and withdrawal amount on may 2nd... Please be. Careful about swipe machines and delivery boys and the deliver boy number is [protected]

                  I had cancelled one of my order on30th march but i didn't get the refund till date. When i called their customer care they told me that refund has been initiated and had given me some reference number and told me to contact the bank but bank also couldn't trace that number. As it is very hard to follow up with bank every time, so what should i do to get my refund

                    I am making the return request calls and mails from last 2 weeks still it is not picked up my myntra. I want strict action against this, because it is not my mistake. Every other day i am making the retrun reuest no one is taking my complaints seriously. Please help me in this matter.
                    I received 2 products based on my order, one is people product people women white printed blouson top and another is hrx grey melange top but i received a different product of people brand and hrx product fitting is bad. So, i want to return both the products.
                    I ordered a people women white printed blouson top which is a cold shoulder top. But i received people white full sleeve shirt top which is different from which i have ordered. Now i want to return both products but the delivery boy took the return of only 1 product. By mistake, he exchanged both the polythene bags. So, he took people polythene bag and hrx product.
                    Now to return the people product i have myntra plastic bag, hrx polythene bag, people white full sleeve shirt, and original tags also. Attaching all the images related to the product.

                        My myntra credit got hacked and someone made a fraudulent purchase worth 2411 (434+ 1977) rs, 2 orders placed on 16th and 17th of april 2019 and got it delivered to their address... When i called customer service to complain, their response is please lodge a complain to your nearest cybercell and they will follow!... Still no steps taken to protect the customers or resolve their problems... Instead putting it on us to fight out the company's mistakes... Has got to be someone internal doing this fraud... Also they do not care about it they said if you are not happy with this then this is your call.. Could you please help in getting this fraud resolved and take strict action and if possible help to get my money return.

                        The user had updated his mobile no and delivery address as shown in the attached photos. This happened while i was travelling outside the country and helpless.

                        Myntra should take the responsibility of this and someone insider is doing this and help the customers by refunding the amount.

                          I recently ordered two shoes from myntra.com. I received a confirmation mail of that order also. After some hours suddenly they mailed me that my order got cancelled due to technical reason and refund got initiated. Also they asked me to place a fresh order. Now the price of the product got increased. I feel cheated. Hoping for a positive feedback.

                            I ordered 3 items from myntra on 27 of april and the expected delivery date was 2 of may but haven't received anything yet. When i am tracking my order then it's showing that package is out for delivery but didn't receive any call and when i am trying to call delivery agent then he is not responding to it.                               I was asked to update acct no. to get my refund in May 2018. I did but again I received a mail that the acct no. updated is wrong. I updated again but instead getting refund in acct received a mail that the amount has been credited in phonepe wallet. I further enquiried about the login id password of this wallet in order to login as well as the txn details to track as do not have a profile in this wallet. Still I created a profile with the same contact detail which shows 0 credit. On further enquiry myntra customer care connected me to his supervisor and surprisingly he shared that my refund amount he been lapsed /expired as I have not used it and also that they have already shared an email in this regard which am unaware of. I searched such email from myntra in my account with no success. I am shocked as the refund amount should not be taken as some promotional or cash back points which has an expiry date.

                                Yesterday I received my order. And I am very unHAPPY TO inform you that I ordered UCB jeans but, I got some other brand ###, chip Jeans worth 100rs . It has very bad colour and black spot at the bottom and due to which your pickup guy refused to take it by saying it failed our quality test. I want to ask you where was your quality test before sending me this ### pant.
                                I want your early attention towards my embarrassment. In an attachment file I am sending image of chip pant I received.

                                      I am a very old customer of myntra but today had a terrible experience with them when i wanted to return or exchange one order. Myntra policies are not at all helping dealing with specific situations. They just want single rule to rule all customers. I hv ordered many products on myntra but today one order cudnt be considered by myntra as a customer service gesture even for an exchange of size. I was also told by sup vishakha that myntra don't hv a complaints or grievance email address. Also no reference id given for call and when i asked to escalate matter she refused to give her boss name. She also said she has many bosses and can't give details. Is this how myntra operates. Deny the customer of escalating the issue and hide behind an app and policies. I will cancel my association with myntra for this hopeless service and i will never recommend it to any one.
