I had ordered few items on myntra.com vide online using app on mobile. However the said order bearing no:[protected]-5759903 has not been delivered on the stipulated date as intimated through sms beforehand (On 09.05.19) and while contacting the service agent (Contact number: [protected]) no professional response was given and instead made lame excuses for delaying. Till date i have not received the items ordered from myntra.

I have ordered a kurta set from myntra and got only kurta, duppata is missing from the package and on the same day they delivered me the order, i have filed exchange for it, mentioning in the comment section that duppata is missing. Now when the delivery person came for the exchange, he denied to replace the product and asked to check with myntra customer care. I have called them and now they are denying to take the complaint as i haven't called them within 48 hrs of receiving the product just because i have written the comment in the section provided for exchange.
Now my rs 2000 is wasted just because of their mistake and they are unable to help me out.

Really frustrating, even i am not able to find anywhere in their faq that i need to call them within 48 hrs for complaint. Really disappointed and won't buying any product now from myntra.

I picked up defective product..
But they started drama n continueous 40 almost mail coming in my inbox n saying sometimes, cancel ur item, cancel pick up, failed, decline return etc..
I raise again complaint n they 1 lady solve the resolution within 4 hours.. They asked me bank details n i sent it..
Now again doing drama 3 days gone
2 senior fake /# slave told me, they will update me but they didnt, i called contineous, still again telling more 3 days...

Im going to police tomorrow..
They still didnt given my inr...
N telling date over date...

Team myntra have updated wrong return on their site. They have updated return of size 39 of corsica bellerina which is still with me i have returned size 38. Return of 39 is also requested but they are not picking up my return its been 15 days now. Order no. Is[protected]-9499603. I am complaining for it on customer care on daily basis but they give me a fixed answer that wait for 24 hours. I have been waiting since last 15 days. But no solution is there for my complaint

Hi. I have ordered 9 dresses on myntra, where i received 4 dresses and i returned 2 dresses again. I received refund for only one dress and still haven't received the refund for another one. Other 5 dresses wasn't delivered. But in myntra app the order status is shown as delivered. I have also paid online. I always order dress from myntra and this is the first time i'm facing such bad experience. There is no option to report about this in myntra, that made me revert over here. I can try to ask for a refund in myntra app. But about this delivery status. I dont know where to report. Please do the needful. Thanks.

There is no information about the refund. If the product unable to deliver please cancel the order and refund to the same account.

Dear sir,

I am writing to you because online company www.myntra.com refused to refund my money. I knew about you and you may help me.

I had purchased three t-shirts from www.myntra.com and package had only two t-shirts which looks used therefore i had return two t-shirts and informed to myntra that i am missing one t-shirt on the same day of delivery 8th april 2019.

After several follow-up, myntra took approx. One month to reply that they can’t see missing item in the package, and they will not refund my rs 566.00 money.

I have purcased a sweat shirt from myntra last week, it has 30 days return policy when i called them to return i was told that i have redeemed their point and i can no longer return the product. On further details i have found that mytra is playing the mischief of auto redeeming the point without authorization or consultation with clients. The points are redeemed to ensure that there they are no longer eligible to return the product which is well within the time provided.
Myntra is using client data to snoop into them & using the generated points in a fraudulent way.

Myntra blocked my account witout any reason. I havr 10000 rs myntra credit. And i put request of returning 3 products, they cancelled and blocked my account. This is fraud. I want my account back [protected]@yahoo.com. And they also blocked my linked account priyanka. [protected]@yahoo.com. So many times i called custumor care but they r not able to tell anything. Plz help

Someone uses this credit and order a shirt on myntra and the same got delivered in kolkata without my knowledge dont know how.
While ordering they change my mobile number and myntra didnt even verify that
Niw when i checked my account i am surprised that all my myntra credits got used.
On searching on google found that there are a lot of complaints like this against myntra.
They didn’t have any security on there application.
They allow hackers to steal money from others myntra account.

I got two socks delivered in two different colors without any tag. however it was a jeans that I ordered. I complained and myntra placed a return pick up without any apology. I had to place another order and also another product since the previous one went out of stock. Finally my second order got delivered today after waiting for another 9 days. Order no.[protected]-0977903. But again it disappointed me. This was not the right product again. It is skinny fit jeans however I ordered regular fit jeans. Again Myntra personnels are not at all sorry and helpless. They are asking me to wait another 72 hrs. I have already wasted 15 days on this non-sense.

I ordered a hrx jeans but recieved a wrong brand product with the hrx tags on it!
Immediately raised a return request and a guy picked it up (I gave him the original packing too).
He comes back the next day and gives my product back (In some other polythene without any tracking id) saying it does not pass quality check and says contact myntra again.
On contacting myntra service, they need the bar code id, which i did not get back when i gave my package for return to the pick up guy.

I have ordered a levi's tshirt on 6th for 837 rupees and yesterday it showe that delivery was attempted which they didn't, i never got call or any one came to my location. Today when i checkedits showing return to origin, the customer care told to order again and now it's coming upto 1200 which is not fair. Of you don't want to sell it for less price don't. And don't cancel it. Now what's the point this will be the last time i will be buying from myntra and i'll try to convince others also how scam you people are.

I ordered slippers from myntra and didn't like so decided to return them, return number is [protected], i waited for like 5 days although myntra's policy says that it takes only 1 to 3 days to refund the amount in saving account, so i did recheck everything and found that
By mistake i entered wrong account number, that means account number is not valid so they can't process refund on that a/c number, since in this case i can't contact bank and i don't know how to connect with myntra for this case so please if there's any way to reapply the return request with new account details.

My order number is[protected]-9433001. I have recieved the product today but the battery is not working at all. I am really very upset and angry about the service provided by myntra. I brought the fossil watch and the battery isn't working at all. How come you can give me such a defected product. It is also not the small amount i have spent on my order. I want you to reply me with a genuine reason and i want you to send me the battery. I also got a message telling the product will be delived on may6th but I recived on may 7th. And also even if i return the order i am not able recieve the full amount and exchange option is not available. What can I do now?

I had ordered two ethnic sets. It got delivered on may 2. There was a myntra cover which was properly sealed, inside the mantra cover, were two individual packets for each set, which were sealed properly too. Among the two sets, one was complete, the other set had only the kurta and the skirt is missing, i raised a complaint by email to myntra support immediately, but they are just asking to keep waiting. I want the skirt delivered or i want to return the kurta and get entire refund of the set. As there has been many complaints of the same issue here, i request you to take some serious action on this scamming.

I have ordered a wildcraft women pink and blue printed bag on april 25 2019 by paying cash through upi app. I have waited till may 3rd 2019 as the app shows this date as the approximate delivery date. One that day i have shocked while checking the track status because it shows that i hasbeen delivered on 1st may.

I have registered a complaint with myntra's customer care and they asked me to wait till may 8 2019. Later on they mailed me that they have delivered the item with an attachment of a picture of sinature considering as aacknowledgement proof. But that was fake singature, it was not signed by me.
Again i called the customer care number again they are telling the same thing that they have delivered the package. At last they asked to wait 48 hours.
I want the ordered item or refund my money back.

I have ordered hrx shoes yesterday dated 5th may 2019. I got message today morning that my product is out for delivery. I called the executive assigned to me (As mentioned in the message) for the status of delivery today morning. He picked up my phone and told he will be delivering it by afternoon. I waited till evening and when i'm trying to contact the delivery person he is out of reach. His contact number is [protected]. This is really worst from your end myntra. Didn't expect your delivery agents to be this irresponsible. Please update me regarding my delivery. I have even paid online and you people are providing worst services.

I have purchased a women blue & biege printed kurta with trouser and dupatta vide order id[protected]-0720401 along with other item from online shopping site myntra. I have received the package mentioning with ordered id on 02 may 19 but containing only kurta (Without trouser & dupatta) and here&now top. I have initiated the return request for kurta immediately on 02 may 19 itself from the myntra online site return request option provided over there and kept the here&now top as per return no. [protected] and got acceptance mail for pickup of same scheduled on 06 may 19. On 06 may 19, courier rep approached me pickup of my scheduled return request. While handing over the incomplete product the rep of courier told me to handover full product, in response i tried to convince him because of incomplete product i am returning the same but he didn't accepted the pickup because the description of the product was obiously not matching due to non availability of dupatta & trouser. All my efforts to convince him on the subject gone in vain. After it i apprised the above matter to myntra customer care mr. Pavan, his senior on afternoon shift mr. Rajesh (06 may 19) and they disqualified my return request quoting with only one point i. E. I (Myself) must make a call or official mail to myntra in case of any incomplete delivery of ordered product. I told him that if your online site has a option to put a return request and for same i have received a confirmation mail with a return request acceptance reference for scheduled pickup for same it should be accepted.
At current myntra isn't accepting my return request which was submitted by me on the day of receipt of incomplete ordered item i. E. On 02 may 19.

At this stage my consumer complaint to be lodged against myntra for fraud (Not supplied the complete product after paying whole amount for same by me) seeks refund of my full amount of rs. 944/- for this product and along with compensation of amount rs. 10, 000/- for continuous two and half hours telecoms between me and myntra on subject and putting my subject online consumer complaint on the subject and to loose my mental piece and giving me this much mental agony.

You are requested to do every needful against my above complaint against myntra on this fraud.

I have opted for return of a product (Order no:[protected]-3777403) on 2nd may 2019. The product has not been picked up yet (After 4 days). Evrytime it is being reschedules wrongly telling that customer has asked for reschedule - whereas i have not asked. I have called up the pick up person several times. But sometimes he doesnot answer/phone switched off
