The shoes I received have marks on them and the threading on the top is coming out. The nike box came inside of a Myntra shoe box and was found torn and squashed. The product is not in a condition that should be bought.

I had filed a in-app complaint regarding the same on the 18 of feb. And then a telephonic complaint...

I ordered a nike men navy blue as m nk tracksuit from myntra, the package got delivered, i told to the delivery boy this box is too small how the tracksuit can be fit into the small box then he said if you face any issue with the product you can raise return request.

When i opened the box i found only upper was there, lower was missing. I filed a return request, pick up boy came but refused to take it and asked to register...

I ordered a cloth from myntra and recieved a used product. I requested return of the product. But they are not refunding delivery charges.
First of all its not my mistake of returning the order since the seller has sent a bad product and when i talked to myntra customer care, they are not refunding delivery charges.

Placed order on 6 feb 2019 for 3 items through debit card payment. After providing all details the myntra system said that the transaction was not successful and go ahead and make a cod transaction. But the card transaction went through and my account was debited with ₹1, 436/- and the system said if amount has been deducted from your account it will be refunded within 72hrs.
Have not received a refund till date (25 feb)...

I placed a order and payment was done via mobikwik which had promised me 10% cash back. I had to apply some code to avail the cash back which i was not aware of. When i called myntra customer care after few minutes of my order i was miscommunicated saying it takes 24 hours for cashback. Same miscommunication was done even after couple of calls. Item got returned, but money didn't received. Myntra delivery boy marked as delivered instead of return. And money is stuck with myntra and shoes has been returned to the company.
