I had myntra credits of about 1751 rupees due to some item i returned.

My account was hacked and someone placed an order worth around 1751 rupees

Order number[protected][protected]-8744001

The order used myntra credits in the account and is done to a generic address of a pan center

I never ordered these items and when i went today to order something found that i don`t have credits till now.
So, i requested kindly refund the amt.

I would like the refund amount.

    I got a fake myntra logistics job offering with good salary package I sent my documents their office address after sending my documents their 1 text message delivers to me for terms and conditions of the company, which should I accept for this job, but after download the pdf of t&c they demand 4700 for security deposits which will be refundable.. There were number display was not correct....

    I order 2 pants from Myntra order no.[protected]-2846503 but the product I received was not satisfying as they sent me damaged and little different colour so I returned the product to Myntra they told that I will receive my refund within 5-10 days but even after 10 days my refund is not received by me please do something on this matter. I already talked to Myntra customer care but they are not giving me satisfactory answer.

      I am so much disappointed with your product for the first time in all these years... I am your frequent customer and this time your product just blowed me away. I am sending my msg through ig because i am in very sad and i can't write my complain through myntra app.. Why you send me a used dirty n torn puma shoes when i ordered the real puma shoes worth 4-5k... What's wrong with your rechecking guys before sending me the product... This is so wrong.. I just lost my 4k.. Very very disappointed

        I have purchased clothes amounting approx rs.5000 on 28th march 2019 but the products were not delivered and also after issuing complaint nothing was done so far... Again contacting afterwards they are saying order lost in transit and now they are saying they will refund me which usually takes 20 days.. The fresh order is costing me 40% extra.. These are there strategies to block the money for a month or so and charging high later on those products...
        This is purely unethical and malpractice on their part

          This is shikha. I have ordered a roadster jeans of worth rs 944 and shipping charges rs 149.. I got a very cheap product which was not even of woth 200.
          I really got irritated when they only refunded me with 944 but not the shipping charges. I got nothing even had to pay for rs149. I did'nt do any mistake bt even i have to bear for that. Its illegal to cheat customers with fake products. I want my whole money back.
          So kindly see the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

            I placed an order recently and there was a offer that i would get 200 rupees cash back if i paid through airtel money.
            Accordingly i made payment through airtel money bit i didn't get any cash back yet.
            And when i tried contacting them through the option contact us on myntra app, the screen was only blank. I did not find any mail id or any other way to file complaint.

            I. Have recent ordered a Dressberry brown top from Myntra.

            I wore it day one and in the evening i found out that the lays is already torn.

            Highly dissatisfied. I need a return amount for this. I'm a regular customer in Myntra and I'm highly saddened with this order made.
            Please provide me the money as soon as possible as I have cancelled the product.

                I had placed an order for a fitness band, it got delivered but when i unboxed it, i found it to be defective as the screen was broken, i took immideate action and complained to myntra customer support the product was picked up and the refund was credited as myntra credit and not in bank account, again i am forced to purchase same product from myntra even though i am not satisfied, i can't redeem it, i can't transfer it to somebody else, so, please tell me the way how can i get refunded in bank account balance,

                  I ordered hrx shoes from. Myntra.com and i received them on 21st of march 2019, i placed for the return request on the next day... The maximum time for the raider to come and pick up my return is 7 days, which after that even though the return is not taken away the money should be returned to the customer. But wen i raised a complaint regarding this to the customer support at myntra they initially said they would pick up in 7 days.. No one came and no call... They said u denied the pickup, but i didnt get any call and they also got to know that the raider has submitted fake answer that i didnt pick the call, i asked for refund after 7 days where they denied and said it is out of our rule book, we only refund money after return is picked up.. And then again on 28th they initiated a fresh return request and today it is april 3rd and yet my pickup is not done. Why should i wait for days and days keeping the product which i dont use beside me. I need a refund for this. Let them come and pick it up someother day they wanted to. But i need my refund now.

                  I need the refund as soon as possible, I already waited for 13 days which is very worst and this is not the service that a e-commerce site should offer to a customer, very worst kind of experience. assuring that the problem would be resolved in 24 hours and all...but wen we call after 24 they ask us to wait for other 48 hours as they are working on and so..but they never initiate refund...

                  Today, i got a notification that return request denied, not even a single call from them. I am ever ready to post my call log over here so that myntra can check if i get a call or not. I need my refund in this case.

                  I dont know why myntra is doing this, this is very cheap act from myntra. after raising a complaint here...they said the return request is denied.. please look into this and take appropriate action

                  So, its been 2 weeks exactly, there is no progress from myntra end.where i called to them 3 times and expressed my concern.even though they didnt respond.I wasted my money believing that myntra is a good website for shopping.from now i wont to or ask any one to shop at myntra.com ...this is very cheap from myntra.not giving any value to the customer

                  they gave me a number and asked me to call, and they are asking me to provide maa atm cards details, otp, expiry date and cvv, who they are...are they from this website

                    I was sick and I am not going to office from last 2 days, I asked the delivery guy to reschedule the delivery as I am not feeling well.

                    The way he speaks is very rude and started abusing that I have been asking him to come daily from last two days.

                    I have recorded his voice and planning to file police complaint delivery guy name is Vijay his phone number is [protected], he is delivering for area nanakramguda wipro circle hyderabad

                    Most of the times he will return the order without calling me
                    I contacted myntra call center help desk twice they will not take any action on him though I reported I am not going to take purchase any items further from myntra . I never expected this behaviour from myntra

                    Hi Myntra Team is full of liars and Cheaters. I spent many hours to select items and placed order. Later their delivery agent wrongly updated the status that I asked reschedule. Later they said they lost items now status shows returned to origin.

                      Regarding the return, return parcel has been delivered on 15th march and after so many follow up i got reply the return request put on hold due to quality check issue.
                      How can be this is quality check issue? I have returned the parcel in original packet with bills and i did not use the product.

                      Why did you claim that easy 30 days return available. While i was suffering since more than 20 days. First i have to self shipped and follwed multiple times through mail and phone. During purchase there should be mentioned that return is available only via self ship instead of that it is mentioned as "easy 30 days return available". Even they dont pick the product from my address and i have to self shipped. Don't harass customer like this.
                      What type of quality check they do i dont know.

                        delivered 30-Mar-2019, by Myntra
                        were of different size each. One 39 and the other 40. On raising a complaint Myntra refused to resolve the issue saying that they need the shoe box which I did not have. I have been duped with wring size products wearing which gave me serious pain in the leg.

                          I am a regular customer with myntra. Yesterday date 01/04/2019 i received my order lakme honey dew absolute argan oil serum foundation with spf 45. Unfortunately it’s manufacturing date is nov 2017 and has expire date april 2019. Why didn't myntra do a quality check on the seller’s products. And when i talked to customer care that they have give me expired product they are saying that due to their policy they cannot exchange the product but i want fresh piece. Myntra have only policy for customer i guess they don't have any policy to check product from there side. Please take this back and give me a fresh piece.

                            I recently purchased a boult red audio curve neckband wireless bluetooth magnetic earphone with mic which was delivered to me on 10 march 2019. But from the day it was delivered the headphones volume level is too low when we try to speak through it. I need the replacement for the same as it is causing inconvenience.                               Im a regular customer of myntra and i have never lodged a complaint before because i was satisfied until now because i recieved a totally damaged product that is lakme absolute compact powder. As soon as i recieved the product, it was totally broken into pieces when i opened it and it is not returnable. So i request myntra to kindly exchange my product or return it.

                                I have ordered levis shirt & wrangler jeans using myntra mobile app on 9th march 2019. At the time of purchase, estimated delivery was shown as "14th - 15th march 2019" which was fitting to my requirement and ordered and order no. Generated was "[protected]-6921201".

                                Till date, there is no update on the product status and trust me - i had called help desk for at least thrice on this delay.
                                Out of my experience with help desk folks, it is very clear - they are not there to resolve the problem rather drag it to extent where customer should fed up and ignore/forget about amount/ product (This is my personal experience by talking to them).

                                I would request this forum to register a case against myntra e-commerce and help me out in refunding amount to me.

                                  I purchased 3 items from mytra and returned them and waited for 10 days for the amount to be reflected in my account but it didnt. When i asked the same to myntra, they informed that the same have been initiated by them and it completed and provided me with bank reference numbed which is their legal proof that it has been completed from their side. And when i contacted the customer care of the indian bank, they asked me to give them unique transaction reference id (Utr) from mytra and declined to help with further with it. I was unable to file a complaint on their website (Indian bank) as its not working.

                                    I have ordered locomotive men blue slim fit mid-rise mildly distressed stretchable jeans on 25 march 2019 and the delivery date given on 01 april 2019 but i have not received the order by on 01 april 2019. So i have called to myntra customer care i have told the all details and uptill not delivered they said that it was not shipped yet and requested me to wait for 3 days for resolution of complaint. But after 3 hours i have received one mail regarding cancellation of my order due to package lost and i have received one useless coupon on selected products i. E., 40.00% of[censored]pto rs.400.00 on minimum purchase of rs.1000.00 only some applicable products. I have totally wasted my time i have ordered it for a occasion but they have not delivered the product on delivery date. When i called customer care again but they have not responding on this issue. I want compensation for wasting my time.

                                      I have ordered one maybelline highter from Myntra and Today(1.04.2019) I have received my order. Once I opened it the highlighter was completely broken and in very worst condition. I talked to their customer care but they didn’t reply me properly. Myntra customer care is not able to resolve my query. I don’t know what to do now. This is very disappointing that brand like Myntra sending broken products to their customers. Help me in this.
