First they send me wrong product which was a nike shoe and when i report a return request in my account it still shows your request has been made it has passed 2. Month now i called the customer care they are telling that your refund has been send i checked with my bank but its still not come yet... Please take some action regarding this issue it will be a huge help...

Sir my name is shiv om from hisar haryana... Courier executive from hisar pawan and kamaljeet kumar both are cheating with mantra and also with customers... They are clearly offered that gave him a copy product or wrong product.. Means same product which is used by us... They will passed it... We have to gave him 50% price of the real price of product... This is quite disappointing for me as i am the frequent buyer from myntra.
I totally trusted this website as due to work it is not possible for me to do offline shopping.
I usually order from myntra only. But they have blocked my account without any notice they are not even reverting to my queries.
The prices of the things i ordered were fluctuating on myntra so i returned it and re ordered on the revised price.

On ordering shoes, Myntra provided me fake adidas shoes. I made a return request and the guy who came to pickup the shoe took the shoes but never updated me with a confirmation message saying that the item has been picked. When I checked myntra it said request has been declined. They stole 2700 rupees from me and the shoe was also taken by the delivery guy.
