A website named Velvatines sending disgusted and fake products with fraud contact number

Please help me for company listed in your portal factoryoutletpoint not delivered or not acknowledge my payment of 698/- for 2 paints from last 15 days

Please help me out as soon as possible

I ordered 3 hoodies from instagram name one_allin_87 .and payment processed throught Paytm of rupees 350 . Ordered on 4th May, 2021 and till now 7th May, 2021 have not received either the hoodie or the payment back. I even reach him personally throught instagram and no reply from them.please do raise a complaint about that page .

I place an order on this website and paid the required amount. I received an email regarding order. Now I can’t view order status or even sent email because the email address provided is wrong. The address from which the order details was sent is wrong too because no mail can be sent on that as it states that the email does not exist - mailto:[protected]@gmail.com

Please provide details of this seller so that as a lawyer I can take necessary action against them. Else I will have to file a complaint against shopify to list such unauthentic sellers.

I have purchased a mini laptop worth INR1500 ($21 Approx.) from their partner site "Uniqacollaction.com". I have received the message for confirmation on the same with in a minute (5th December 2020) but till now 16th April 2021, I did not received the item yet. After so many chasing emails, I did not get any satisfactory answer (Ticket Number[protected]. Please be aware with these scammers!!! Don't know why Shopify (A Trusted brand) spoiling their image by their fraud partners.

I ordered a product worth 999 from youndies website on 6th april 2021.They had only COD.On 8th april i got a call from a girl to confirm my delivery adress.I inquired about the exchange and refund policy, they told me that it can be done within 20 days.Yesterday (12th april 2021)i received the parcel and after i opened it ...there was something else in the packet with no tags or packet...more of a looked like picked up from garbage and packed inside anyhow.No company name, tags...nothing.I called the the return adress number, it does not exist.The other numbers from which i got a call...none of them exist now.Even the email id is wrong, i trued to send them the email but it is getting bounced and even that doesn't exist. I tried many sources where i can complain but they have no existence.They scammed me.Is there any place where i could complain and get my money back.Its not a joke for a student to lose 1000 rs and shame on shopify that encourages such fraudsters.Extremely dissapointed. Never can trust these sites.I request u to report them and take an action against them.Also provide us some solution so that we can get our money back or product exchanged. Its so disgusting how these fake sites are fooling so many people in the COVID times when everyone is trying to build a trust on online shopping.NEED A QUICK ACTION!!!

Your company is a duping company!!
It's been more than 10 days I have not received my bike !

I have ordered camera worth 1999 but i received 50rs watch

I have ordered the Cargo denim jeans for INR 899 from sifozcollection (hosted by Shopify). The product I have received is a saree which is of the worst quality.

And I tried connecting them via mail for a refund.
It's been five days till they have not yet replied to my emails.
I have sent multiple emails, still not receive any reply from them.
I have even added a complaint in shopify. The worst experience. In future, I will not be buying anything from the websites hosted by Shopify.

Please help me with this. I want my money back.

I purchase a product from jhansstore it is one of your business substitute but I didn't recieved that product which is kind of fraud from your side .I mailed as well but no-one replied .you are destroying our faith on online sites .we are well educated and this is causing violation of consumer protection rights . It would be good if you deliver our product on time

I ordered set of activewear and received some cheap quality legging . Tried to contact sender but the number and email provided is not registered.

Razor pay 700 rupees done.
Product nOt delivered
No response to mails
Website is closed
Face book is promoting fraudsters.
Action need to be taken on shopify me and Facebook combinedly.
