My lic policy premia have been paid through ecs from my nre account for several years. After the nach form became mandatory, mysteriously, the premia are not being being transferred from the same account, despite having filled the form correctly; as a result, i am missing the last dates for premium payment, i have to do it manually, and it has become a huge headache.
Nobody seems to know why it is being rejected. Both lic and the concerned bank are saying there is no problem from their end.
Please advice urgently/ allow the ecs/ nach mandate to work for nre account.

    I sent rs 3000 through upi app 'tez' to one of my friend by putting account number, holder name and ifsc. After sending money money was deducted from my sbi account with a pop up message that the payment was successful. But actually my recipient didnot get the money into his account and my money has gone. I complaint a lot but no result. Please help me out... I am very muslch disappointed. How could someone take my my money away...

      Sir/madam am using tez application. To transfer money. Yesterday iv transfered my money to my friend but it was not credited to him. But the money was debited from my account please credit my money to my account "upi ref no[protected]"
      In that app it is showing waiting for bank. When i called to bank customer care. They didnt reacted to my concern. Please resolve my problem

        Tez app, my amount got deducted from icici bank, and the benificiary could not receive the amount... The status in the transaction history is showing me that it is waiting for bank, how and when could i expect the amount back to my account let me know the duration of issue resolve. I have also report to npci but i didn't get any response.

        I have used Google TEZ app for transaction of Rs 10000 On 10th oct 2017 for which UPI transaction ID is[protected], money was transferred from SBI to SBI and money instantly debited from my account but reciever didn't got it. Its been 5 days but google tells me that NPCI will solve it.
        Help me.
        My frnd send me 200 rs on tez app. it is showing as credited as in my tez app. account, but not showing as credited in my bank account, in the sender's account it is showing as debited.

            I am aditya i am using tez app from last 3weeks this app is not correct i paid 600rs to my friend in tez app but the transaction failed and also my money is debited from my bank account and my friend also not received any type of amount how to solve this please raise a compliant and help me i want my money back.               My cousin is having account with corporation bank account no is [protected] at hubli vishveshwar nagar branch... Bankers are telling your aadhaar is linked to your account number...

              While checking for status it is showing as inactive... Kindly kind us how to active and how to activate in npci server as i supposed to receive crop insurance amount from govt... Crop insurance amount was returned mentioning that aadhaar number not mapped to account number...

              is not linked to Bank Account . I have already submitted to the Banks then why is it so ?
              Pl. arrange for approval to respective bank accounts.

As per bank aadhar card is updated in bank but showing inactive in npci due to which we are unable to get subsidy.                     I sent 500 rupees to my friend's account using tez app. Money is debited from my bank account (Sbi) but my friend didn't receive the money. Tez app shows waiting for bank.                       I was transferred amount ₹ 2000/- via bhim. That transaction was failed but amount depited in my account. Immediately raised the issue throught bhim then i got one masses like "this issue will be resolved within three bank working days" but not yet solved.                           [protected] is my mobile number which is linked to axis bank.
                          On 12 october at 10 pm and 10:14 pm two transaction i did of rs 1000 each
                          To the [protected] (Sbi) mobile number but it failed but money were deducted from my axis account. But still it not return in my account, i was waiting till today but returning of amount still added in my account.

                              Hello, My name is Neel Kamal Das and I am a student doing my B.E.
                              I tried to send my brother Rs.5000 from the Google TEZ app. This happened on the 8th of October. The first time the transaction failed and nothing happened. Then I tried to make the transaction a second time. The next time, the transaction failed again. But Rs5000 got deducted from my bank account and my brother did not receive anything.

                              Then, I waited for 4 days and on the 12th of October I called the TEZ customer care about this. But they were unable to provide any valuable information at all. They just repeated the things I already know, like my money got stuck, the date, the time, etc etc.

                              Now, it has been 7 days. I am a student and I don't make money on my own. This money is very important to me. I have tried everything else. I put the transaction "on review" from the TEZ app, I called customer care, I have been to the bank 4 times, what else is left to do????

                              I just want my money back. The customer care people said that the NPCI has my money and only they can give me my money back. But after waiting for 7 days, I dont know what else to think.

                              I have lost 5000 rupees 10 days ago while making a transaction on google tez app.

                              This thing happened on 8th october. I made a transaction of 5000 rupees from my tez app to my brother. The transaction failed. So i tried for a second time, but the transaction failed again. But this time the money was debited from my bank account.
                              Now, i have waited for 10 days. I called customer care. Nobody even picks up the phone. The npci customer care in tamil nadu hangs up the phone after talking for 5 secs.
                              Is this how npci, upi treats their customers?? I dont know what to say about this. This is totally untolerable. I am registering this complint here but god is my witness, i am going to register complaints in all the available places, anything there is to do with npci and upi. I want my money back. You all are a bunch of liars and you take money and dont help in return.

When I made the transaction the status was showing waiting for bank meanwhile my account was debited by 1200 INR and then the transaction failed but the amount was neither credited to the beneficiary account nor it was reversed in my account.

                                        Sir,
                                        I made transaction of rs. 51 to another account of my friend through tez app, my account of dbs bank was debited with rs.51, but my friend didn't get money. Status in tez app is showing witing for bank from past 3 days. When contacted with tez customer care thry said make complaint with npci.
                                        Kindly look into this matter...
