ITS BEEN A WEEK. PLEASE I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I AM SENDING YOU SCREENSHOTS OF BOTH THE TRANSACTIONS. CHECK THEM BOTH.
Hello, My name is Neel Kamal Das and I am a student doing my B.E.
I tried to send my brother Rs.5000 from the Google TEZ app. This happened on the 8th of October. The first time the transaction failed and nothing happened. Then I tried to make the transaction a second time. The next time, the transaction failed again. But Rs5000 got deducted from my bank account and my brother did not receive anything.
Then, I waited for 4 days and on the 12th of October I called the TEZ customer care about this. But they were unable to provide any valuable information at all. They just repeated the things I already know, like my money got stuck, the date, the time, etc etc.
Now, it has been 7 days. I am a student and I don't make money on my own. This money is very important to me. I have tried everything else. I put the transaction "on review" from the TEZ app, I called customer care, I have been to the bank 4 times, what else is left to do????
I just want my money back. The customer care people said that the NPCI has my money and only they can give me my money back. But after waiting for 7 days, I dont know what else to think.

Updated by Neelkamal Das I have lost 5000 rupees 10 days ago while making a transaction on google tez app.
This thing happened on 8th october. I made a transaction of 5000 rupees from my tez app to my brother. The transaction failed. So i tried for a second time, but the transaction failed again. But this time the money was debited from my bank account.
Now, i have waited for 10 days. I called customer care. Nobody even picks up the phone. The npci customer care in tamil nadu hangs up the phone after talking for 5 secs.
Is this how npci, upi treats their customers?? I dont know what to say about this. This is totally untolerable. I am registering this complint here but god is my witness, i am going to register complaints in all the available places, anything there is to do with npci and upi. I want my money back. You all are a bunch of liars and you take money and dont help in return.
