Hi sir,

I sent 500 rupees to my friend's account using tez app. Money is debited from my bank account (Sbi) but my friend didn't receive the money. Tez app shows waiting for bank. Plz help me regarding this. I contact tez team but that doesn't resolve my query. Kindly please look into it.

I was transferred amount ₹ 2000/- via bhim. That transaction was failed but amount depited in my account. Immediately raised the issue throught bhim then i got one masses like "this issue will be resolved within three bank working days" but not yet solved. Kindly concider my query and resolve it as soon as possible. Thanking you:

Hi made transfer of 1000 amount and the amount is not getting credited to account and it is still showing waiting for bank.
I made the transaction on tez app and now my money is stacked.

Transaction done on[protected], its been 4 days but no response in reversal

On 12 october at 10 pm and 10:14 pm two transaction i did of rs 1000 each
To the [protected] (Sbi) mobile number but it failed but money were deducted from my axis account. But still it not return in my account, i was waiting till today but returning of amount still added in my account.

Please help me......

Sir i have made upi payment from tez app and it is showing failed but the amount is debited from my account so please guide me and the receiver had not received money i have done payment from my sbi account i have done transfer of 1000 rupees three times and all times it is showing failed but two times amount is debited from my account i have also done complaint on tez app also...

I have done transaction via phone pay amount 1000, upi transaction number
Bupi/[protected] on[protected], the amount is credited to bank of india, but on same time amount is debited from same account with same bupi /[protected],
Its showing successful, but amount is not credited to bank account of beneficiary as well as not back to my account....

I made transaction of rs. 51 to another account of my friend through tez app, my account of dbs bank was debited with rs.51, but my friend didn't get money. Status in tez app is showing witing for bank from past 3 days. When contacted with tez customer care thry said make complaint with npci.
Kindly look into this matter...

Amount is debited from my account but receiver not received amount.
I had consulted tez contact team they gave nice reply amount will be credited within 1 day but amount is not credited into my account or my friend's account.
In tez app it is showing only waiting for bank response no reply from tez

Dear sir,
I have linked my aadhaar[protected] with my bank account (Punjab national bank) and my lpg distributor also. But according to npci (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. And how i know the status of this. Please tell me the solutions...
