Hi sir,

I sent 500 rupees to my friend's account using tez app. Money is debited from my bank account (Sbi) but my friend didn't receive the money. Tez app shows waiting for bank. Please help me regarding this. I contact tez team but that doesn't resolve my query. Kindly please look into it.

issue in tez app

On the 17th october at 10:03 am, i have transferred rs.501 to my friend through tez app. The amount got debited from my account but it was not credited to my friend's bank account and the status is showing as "waiting for bank" after waiting for a long day also it didn't got solved!.
And the transaction id's are:

money debited from my account

I have done a transaction through google tez app on 17th october morning 9:30, money has been debited from my account but not received by my friend.. Please solve this issue upi transaction id is[protected] bank is telling problem is not from their end and same dialogue by tez customer service representative. tez app

I transfered money through tez app on 12 oct 2017 amount rs 5000 deducted from my bank account but not credited in receiver bank account.
Status of history is showing payment succeeded.
How and when could i expect the amount credited to my bank account.
Let me know the duration of issue resolve.
I have also report to npci but i didn't get any response.

transaction failure

I used bhim app to transfer 2000rs to another sbi account. I transfered it around 4:20pm on 16/10/2017. Money got deducted from my kvb account but it didn’t got transfered to other account which is holded by other party. I got failure symbol in my bhim app. I am trying to connect to customer care but no one is lifiting my call. Please resolve my issue and credit my amount as soon as possible...

ecs payment from nre account rejected by lic via nach form

My lic policy premia have been paid through ecs from my nre account for several years. After the nach form became mandatory, mysteriously, the premia are not being being transferred from the same account, despite having filled the form correctly; as a result, i am missing the last dates for premium payment, i have to do it manually, and it has become a huge headache.
Nobody seems to know why it is being rejected. Both lic and the concerned...

money deducted from my account but recipient did not received

I sent rs 3000 through upi app 'tez' to one of my friend by putting account number, holder name and ifsc. After sending money money was deducted from my sbi account with a pop up message that the payment was successful. But actually my recipient didnot get the money into his account and my money has gone. I complaint a lot but no result. Please help me out... I am very muslch disappointed. The status in the transaction history is showing me that it is waiting for bank, how and when could i expect the amount back to my account let me know the duration of issue resolve. My cousin is having account with corporation bank account no is [protected] at hubli vishveshwar nagar branch... Bankers are telling your aadhaar is linked to your account number...

While checking for status it is showing as inactive... Kindly kind us how to active and how to activate in npci server as i supposed to receive crop insurance amount from govt... Crop insurance amount was returned mentioning...
