I have transferred 50 rupees to my friend on through tez app october 17th at 4:28 pm and money was debited from by bank account and the receiver didn't receive the money nor i got it reserved back to my account. It shows still pending for 3 days and i have already complained regarding this but nothing happened still shows pending.. So please check and

      Hi sir,

      I sent 50 rupees to my friend's account using tez app. Money is debited from my bank account (Sbi) but my friend didn't receive the money. Tez app shows payment processing. Plz help me regarding this. I contact tez team but that doesn't resolve my query. Kindly please look into it.

        Respected sir,
        I tried to send rs. 600 to my friend on tez app on[protected] at 8:15 p. M. The money has been debited from my account but not received to the person yet. The payment status shows waiting and it just shows under review after since i reported. Since almost 72 hours have passed till now, i have still neither got my money back nor any response for the issue reported. Thus, hereby i submit this complaint attached in the image are all the other relevant details.

            I have done a transaction of rs 501 on 16/10/2017 through upi. Amount is debited in my account but has not credited in the beneficiary account. I have done this in tez app by google. I am also attaching my bank statement. So i kindly request you to address my issue as quickly as possible and kindly refund my money.

                Dear sir, i aadhar number[protected] & bank account number (Federal bank)-[protected] hereby inform you that my aadhar linking with bank as per npci is not done. I want to fill my ebc form on dbt portal, but they show that bank is not linked with aadhar, and from bank the linking is done. I request you to please give an update to the website of dbt so i can fill my ebc form before the last date.

But According to NCPI (Aadhaar Linking Status in Bank (as per NPCI : Not Submitted)) Not Submitted I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI . And how I know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank account.Please tell me the solutions about this issue

                        On october 13th i made a transaction of rs 5000 from phonepe upi app. I tried to transfer rs 5000 from my bank of india account [protected] to state bank of india account [protected].
                        The money was debited from my account and the transaction status was kept pending for 5 days and they told me the money is safe we will process the transaction in few days you need not worry.
                        After 5 days i got a message from phonepe which is written below
                        Hi, we are sorry about the trouble. The transaction p1710132231584446497538 has failed and the amount has been refunded to the source account with the utr[protected]. We request you to check.
                        When i checked my account the money was not there so i rushed to my bank to see what has happened now the bank is not any taking responsibility for this transaction and if phonepe has refunded the amount then why it is not reflecting in my account?
                        I request phonepe and bank of india cooperate and to kindly give me my hard earned money back it. It’s been 6 days. I am in urgent need of money. Thanks in anticipation.

                                        On oct 1 i send the amount of 6000 to my friend but the transaction was failed after some time i received msg that money deducted from my account then i ask my friend for money but he did not get.
                                        Next day i gone to the bank and see the money is refunded.
                                        After one day on oct 3 the money again deducted from my account.

                                        Banks are not allowing transactions through tez I suppose.
                                        I have been facing such problems.
                                        If my problem is not resolved, I will visit my bank branch and give in writing.

                                        I will lodge a complaint directly to NPCI.
                                        There has been numerous such incidents on 17th and 18th October.

                                        They should reverse the transaction if its in waiting state for more than 1 day.
