Sir/madam

12 th october i made transaction through tez app of amount rs 16000 to my friend.
Amount is debited from my account but receiver not received amount.
I had consulted tez contact team they gave nice reply amount will be credited within 1 day but amount is not credited into my account or my friend's account.
In tez app it is showing only waiting for bank response no reply from tez
Please resolve the issue at the earliest there is an emergency my friend is in need of money..
Kindly do the needful

        Dear sir,
        I have linked my aadhaar[protected] with my bank account (Punjab national bank) and my lpg distributor also. But according to npci (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. And how i know the status of this. Please tell me the solutions about this issue.

              Today 10 month completed and my account in bank of baroda with no [protected] in ahmedabad maskati branch not connect with npci. But bank is saying that the linking aadhaar and mapping of bank account with lpg connection will be done by npci. I had complaint npci through their website contact form but they didn't respond.                             Sir, i have savings account in sbi, she submitted aadhar copy to the bank. But her aadhar is not linked with her bank account. Bank officer told me that aadhar is linked with account by their side, it is pending at npci
