Dear sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that i have transferred rs. 8000 from my sbi account to bank of india account through bhim app (Transaction number:[protected] on 12/04/2017. This amount was debited from my sbi account but same was not credited in boi account.
I have already escalated this matter to concerned authority of bhim app, complaint details for which are mentioned as under:
1. Deabd/e/2017/13108 on 15/05/2017 &
2. Deabd/e/2017/18774 on 01/07/2017
All email correspondence in this regard with bhim app authorities & public grievances are enclosed herewith for ready reference.
My case is pending since 12/04/2017, i have escalated my compliant to multiple agencies (Through twitter to : pmo, finance minister, npci, bhim app support) but did not get any resolution till date. This kind o[censored]nprofessionalism exhibited by govt agencies is causing physical as well as mental harassment to common citizen of india who are using this app with a trust that the app was launched by prime minister of my country, will not cheat a common citizen by not paying the refund back to the end user.
The above instances surprises me a lot especially when we talk of 'digital india' & 'e-lockers'.
Please look into these serious aspects and let me know by when i will get resolution to above stated problem & also will get my money back which i have lost due to loop holes in bhim app.
