Dear sir/madam,

With reference to the above on dated 23 october 2017 i did three transactions of 100 rs from my account [protected] named divya soni by tez app (Upi hdfc bank) in the punjab national bank account no [protected] named shiv parkash soni (Upi axis bank), but it showed that the transaction is failed but the benifisery did not got the money on his account and the money got deducted from my account with upi...

I have submitted aadhar to my bank. And as per bank record aadhar is linked to my account. However npci is showing aadhar is not linked with any bank.

I have followed up with bank.. Bank is advising that they have done all things your aadhar is already linked to your account.

My subsidy is on hold.

Request to please update on same.

Dear sir i have linked my adhaar[protected] with my bank account and my lpg distributor also. But according to ncpi (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. And how i know the status of this, bank person given the adhaar linking receipt with my bank...

I would like to bring to your notice that i have transferred rs. 8000 from my sbi account to bank of india account through bhim app (Transaction number:[protected] on 12/04/2017. This amount was debited from my sbi account but same was not credited in boi account.

Today at 1:02 p. M from tez-a new payment's app by google i has received a cashback 51rs and that time only it credited to my bank account but now 3:06p. M my 51 was debited from my bank account without any my permission what is this i gave feedback in tez app also but there is no response please help me without my permission how to deduct the money my money will back or not i hope it will come back because i trust the npci last time my money...

I made a 2 transactions on 17th oct 2017 for 50rs each using phonepe app. It is not received by the beneficiary and not refunded back to my account, but the money is debited from my account.. Please resolve this issue.

I have linked my aadhaar[protected] with my bank account (A/c no. [protected]) which is in kotak mahindra bank. But whenever i check my status the only message i receive is "sorry, the aadhar number you have entered is not linked with any bank" and the bank says they have updated my aadhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci.

I did a transaction on 17 October of 500rs using tez app. The money was deducted from my account but it is received by the beneficiary. The transaction has been pending for many days and app is showing "waiting for the bank message".

I sent 50 rupees to my friend's account using tez app. Money is debited from my bank account (Sbi) but my friend didn't receive the money. Tez app shows payment processing. Plz help me regarding this. I contact tez team but that doesn't resolve my query. Kindly please look into it.

Dear sir, i aadhar number[protected] & bank account number (Federal bank)-[protected] hereby inform you that my aadhar linking with bank as per npci is not done. I want to fill my ebc form on dbt portal, but they show that bank is not linked with aadhar, and from bank the linking is done. I request you to please give an update to the website of dbt so i can fill my ebc form before the last date.
