On date 18 february 2017 i made an online purchase with myantra, an amount of rs 1112.85 i made the payment through upi virtual address [protected]@pnb.com bearing account number [protected], but due to connectivity issue the said amount has been debited from my account but it was not credited to the benificery account. I have made complaint to my bank and the myantra, till today i have not receive any positive respond as well as my money.

    Sir/ma'm,
    Firstly, I tried to link my aadhaar(no.[protected] with SBI bank a/c ([protected]) which, even after one month, shows your request is pending. I also tried to link offline by submitting documents in SBI bank branch. But my aadhaar is not linked yet. Now if I am trying to check link status, it shows 'You are not authorised to access this URL'.
    I need to link aadhaar and a/c for my scholarship as soon as possible. please help.

      My name is Archana Biswas. My AADHAAR NUMBER[protected]. I linked my AADHAR with Central Bank of India A/c - [protected] ; IFSC- CBIN0281416 but when checked AADHAAR and bank linking staus it is showing " Your aadhaar is not linked to a bank"
      Then I linked my AADHAR with State Bank of India A/c - [protected] ; IFSC - SBIN0000005, now also it is showing the same "Your aadhaar is not linked to a bank". Bothe the banks declared my AADHAR number is duly linked to the A/c and they have nothing to do now. When I insisted both the bank provided me a computer generated aadhar linking status copy.
      I am 58 years old widow not getting LPG subsidy.
      Kindly link my AADHAAR number with any of the above bank A/c.

      My Aadhar card no is[protected] and I have linked with LPG(con no 59363832 Bharatgas)with my agency (Blue Flame)as well as my Bank a/c(BGVB)but till date the status shown npcl not mapped Aadhar no with bank.So please check and do the needful step in this regarding.

        I have linked my adhar[protected] with my bank account and my
        Lpg distributor also. But according to npci it is unavailable and not
        Found in npci database. I have asked so many times in my bank and the
        Bank says that he has done his work from his side and updated my adhar
        With my account and it is not updated by npci

        Please resolve this issue soon...

          Since december subsidy is not getting credited to my saving account.
          Please note i have visited bank 3 times and connected with distributor for 10 times. All in vain.
          Bank has given in mail, that adhar is already linked to above account and there is no other bank account customer have. Most imp : same account is credited with pension, for which adhar is mandatory.

          However in npci database it says account is not linked to bank account. Can someone send a mail id to which we can forward mail from bank.

            Resp sir, i akshay kapoor, consumer no 5531 i have submitted all my document in hp gas as well as my bank account, even my aadhar is also linked with both.. But still i m not getting my subsidy amount from a long time due to npci aadhar seeding, manyy times i have complained about this in in my gas agency, even paid many charges for the problem, i am student and i am facing many problems because of this issue, even my studies are been disturebed earliar also many subsidy amount has been lapsed plz i request u to plz take actions on this else i ll have to complain in consumer forum

But according to ncpi aadhaar linking status in bank (As per ncpi : not submitted) not submitted i have asked so many in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my bank account and its not updated from ncpi and how i know the status of this bank person given the aadhaar linking receipt with my bank account.                   Sir, i am suresh chandra, my bharat gas consumer no.38452. I am receiving subsidy in union bank of india, but due to some inadvertence i have closed my bank account running in union bank of india. Now my saving account running in bank of baroda, which is linked with adhar number but i am not receiving gas subsidy last three to four months in my bank of baroda account.
                  In this regard as per my complaint, your office advised me contact bank of baroda and asked them to delete your adhar number from your account and again add adhar number. Baroda bank authorities told me once a adhar number add with account can not be deleted.
                  Pl. Advice me for getting gas subsidy.

                    Hi Sir,

                    I have updated my Aadhar in SBI on APR-26-2017 but still I can see the Axis bank name as the latest when I check the Aadhar bank link status. Could you please verify why my latest bank SBI details are not showing in the NPCI database. I have also confirmed in the SBI that Aadhar linking was completed.

                    Due to this issue I am not able to get my subsidy. Please look into this issue and resolve as soon as possible.

                        Dear sir,

                        I am not getting my subsidy since dec '2016. My aadhar number has been updated in bank account and my gas distributor.

                        In uidai website it is showing as my aadhar number is active and linked to state bank of hyderabad.in bank also it is showing as linked & active.

                        Where as at distributor it is showing as "payment failed (Aadhaar number inactive)".

                        I made toooo many trips to banks and distributor to solve this problem and also made several calls to npci contact number and hp gas customer care number[protected]. Noboddy is helping me out.

                        Please look into this issue and do the needful.

                          I have submitted my aadhaar card no[protected] to my LPG distributor my bankers. The same is linked by my bankers with NPCI website n bankers have also given me proof of the same. However on checking with Bharat Has I am told that Aadhaar is not linked.

                          In such case I am unable to get my subsidy.

                          Request you to kindly let me know the Yway forward.

                            i have updated my aadhar card number[protected] in State bank of india A/c number [protected] and as well Bank of baroda account number [protected] .but on PAHAL status in HP gas site and *99*99*# there is no any bank Linkage history showing in it .Due to this problem, my LPG subsidy ( HP GAS Consumer Number 605951)showing "payment on Hold" since 19.04.2017.
                            you are requested please arrange to update my aadhar from your side as soon as possible.

                            as i know that subsidy goes in latest aadhar updated bank linkage account, then why my subsidy not transferring in my latest updated account

                                I had send of amount 1970/- through bhim app. On dated 2.2 2017. Tx. Id-upi/[protected]. To [protected]@upi/bijay kumar [protected]@upi. The amount has been deducted from my a/c but it has not been disbursed to that person. Earlier i had complained npci, they told kindly wait for some days your money will be disbursed i told if not possible pl. Return to my sbi a/c [protected]. Two months have passed i have not got my amount. I have mailed so many times but no results so far. Kindly look the matter.

                                  Earlier i had updated my addhar card number with vijya bank, bank by mistake link my adhar card number with association a/c., bank confessed the mistake and delink my adhar status from vijyabank..

                                  Please note that, i have linked my aadhar card number with my sbi bank account saving number but still npci server is not showing the same.

                                      I had linked my Aadhar with Vijaya bank account where I was receiving my LPG subsidy. But this account is closed now and I submitted a fresh request in the year 2013 to my SBI branch to relink Aadhaar with my SBI account from now on. However this is still not done and therefore I am not receiving my LPG subsidy.

                                      I had submitted my Aadhaar details in the year 2013. And as per the SBI bank this is already done from their side. However it is still not reflected in NPCI. Kindly see attached screenshot from BPCL. It says linking status is "Inactive"

                                      As per our knowledge it looks like Bank has not taken care o[censored]ploading my new a/c details in NPCI mapper. But the bank denies any knowledge of doing any uploading. This is very disappointing and frustrating as since 2 years I am unable to change my bank a/c in NPCI!

                                      Please let me know if there is anything to be done from my side to get this done other than contacting the branch. I have talked with bank branch multiple times with no positive outcome.

                                        I already linked my aadhar, bank account with my lpg distributor, but while checking on consumer aadhar status it showing that "not available in npci database" i already rechecked with bank and distributer they both confirmed that aadhar is updated.
